Located in North Vancouver, British Columbia, The Wallace Venue is a jaw-dropping wedding venue that specializes in bringing the "wow" factor to weddings and events. What's great about this venue is that it truly is a blank canvas, creating the opportunity for coupless to personalize their wedding celebration completely to their tastes, needs and expectations.
Facilities and capacity
The facilities found at this loft wedding venue include a great location in the historic Shipyards area with facilities such as an open concept “servery” kitchen for food preparation, VIP Room, beautiful wood-inspired vinyl flooring, elevator access to third floor, additional storage facilities, water and power capabilities on the Outdoor Terrace. These facilities can accommodate up to 170 guests seated and 200 guests cocktail style, access is at 9am and end time for guests is midnight.
Services offered
The Wallace Venue includes 6 foot long banquet tables and folding chairs, a built-in sound system, two wireless microphones, one security guard, venue assistant and post-event cleaners. All other rentals such as, decor, ladders, etc. need to be brought in. Catering is exclusive and their is an in-house bar menu. A list of preferred vendors is available.

Stunning Venue with the most beautiful view
We also saved some money when it came to decor as the venue is so beautiful that it really didn't need much.
We had lots of guests from out of town and so we really wanted somewhere to show off why we love Vancouver/ North Shore so much - and this was the perfect spot for that.
Older guests were glad to have hotels so close, younger guests were glad to have the bars and restaurants of The Shipyards so close.
I believe we were one of the first weddings to use their in house bar as well and again it ended up being more expensive than we originally hoped - but the staff were fantastic and we had a great experience making the menu our own.

Lovely wedding venue with great support team
The one thing they could improve in future is that we were not advised that we would need to organize permits from the city for trucks to load/unload during the day, and a few other things, until a couple weeks before the wedding. We were able to get it all done in time, but it would have been great to have more notice so we didn't need to worry about it.
