We had the most wonderful experience hosting our wedding at Conscious Lab. The venue is absolutely stunning — a beautiful brick building in the heart of Gastown in Vancouver, that perfectly combines character and charm. The space is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a separate room so that I could get ready without guests seeing me, and for pre-wedding photos etc. plenty of room to move around.

The natural lighting throughout the venue created a warm and intimate atmosphere, which was exactly what we were hoping for. With 50 guests, we had more than enough space for our ceremony and it never felt crowded. The space is also equipped with fabulous lightening throughout the venue, so you can dim the lights or have them as you need them. Orson was very helpful with our planning questions and always attentive to correspondence.

Conscious Lab also provided all the essentials, including chairs and tables, which made the planning process so much smoother. There was also a large area for food prep in their kitchen area with, which was incredibly helpful. This space also doubled for hair and makeup a few hours before our ceremony.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The venue was beautiful, functional, and contributed so much to the flow and feel of our day. Highly recommend!

Had our wedding here and it was amazing. The room is gorgeous and having the kitchen was so useful. The owners and event manager were so kind and helpful and good at communicating. We had so many people comment on how great the space is. Would definitely recommend it!

My husband and I got married at Conscious Lab last spring 2024. We had issues at our initial vendor and booked Conscious Lab relatively late. However, Orson and Jenna made it incredibly easy for us. As a result, we had such a lovely wedding of 75 guests with a variety of seniors, children, and young adults.

Biggest hook: The place was stunning! It was so convenient for us to decorate and clean up as well. As for the wedding itself, we had our catering and DJ come in for the evening.

The Conscious Lab team went above and beyond our expectations. Exceptional communication and incredibly reasonable to work with. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend events here at Conscious Lab. Our guests absolutely loved the brick wall vibe this beautiful place has to offer. It's so beautiful that we didn't have to spend much on decor!
