About

Vancouver Eastside Vineyard Church at St. David of Wales is a charming loft-style wedding venue located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Ideal for ceremonies, this old-style chapel boasts enormous appeal, making it suitable for those all-important โ€œI doโ€ occasions. Intimate or large affairs can easily take place here, owing to the numerous event spaces and generous usable areas available. Inside and out, it is a wonderful building that is more than suitable for events that spotlight devotion, romance, and the beginning of lifelong bonds.

Facilities and Capacity

There are two main interior spaces to make use of at this property, while the exterior would also provide a pleasing backdrop for those all-important group photos. The jewel in the crown of Vancouver Eastside Vineyard Church at St. David of Wales is undoubtedly the Sanctuary. Situated on the second floor, it provides a traditional setting for couples to exchange vows and slip rings on fingers. At the head and the rear of the room, stained-glass windows offer colourful focal points. Arched beams, wooden pews, and modest windows that flank each row combine to create a well-lit, understated setting that lets the couple take centre stage. Here, up to approximately 120 people may be accommodated to watch magical milestones unfold. The altar would be suitable for the celebrant to stand at as they preside over the event, but it can also host musical entertainers.

Elsewhere, the Lower Hall provides a homely function area where people can gather before or after the ceremony. It would be an ideal place for the wedding party to mingle and converse about the unforgettable ceremony or to wait for chauffeured vehicles scheduled to bring people to the reception site. As many as 50 people may be welcome here.

Services Offered

The Lower Hall may be furnished with chairs and tables if the couple so desires, affording guests with places to sit. Parking is available at Vancouver Eastside Vineyard Church at St. David of Wales, easing the experience for anyone traveling via their own mode of transport. Whatโ€™s more, the propertyโ€™s city location makes it ideal for those who would like to take a short excursion to Pandora Park to enjoy some photo opportunities. Alternatively, slightly further afield, couples can enjoy photoshoots with the Vancouver Harbour in the background.
