We can’t thank Erika and her team enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect! From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly, and we felt completely taken care of every step of the way.

Our guests raved about the food catered by Trattoria—we went with the mustard-braised beef and butter cod, and we received so many compliments throughout the night. One guest even mentioned how thoughtful it was that takeout containers were provided when they had to leave early. That kind of attention to detail and care was evident in every part of the day!

Erika and her team were an absolute dream to work with—so thoughtful, responsive, and on top of every detail, even the most specific dietary requests. Whether it was organizing the flow of drinks, coordinating the DJ and tech setup, or managing the dance floor, they handled it all with professionalism and ease. Because of them, our evening was fun, smooth, and completely stress-free. We were able to relax and truly enjoy our celebration with family and friends.

The venue itself—Element—was just as impressive. It’s a beautiful, newly renovated hotel with a clean, modern feel. The banquet hall opens up to stunning views of the city skyline and surrounding mountains, which made for such a gorgeous backdrop. It also easily accommodated our 150+ guests using the full third floor space. As a bonus, they provided thoughtful extras like votive candles and wood round centerpieces, which made our setup much easier since we opted for minimal decor.

We wholeheartedly recommend Element, Erika, and the entire team for anyone looking for a beautiful, well-run, and memorable wedding experience. Thank you again for everything!

Elements was exactly what we were looking for - we wanted to have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception at the same location. Their beautiful rooftop patio overlooking the mountains was the perfect place to have our ceremony. The food at the reception was delicious - all our guests were raving about it.

Overall, we are really happy we chose Element Vancouver Metrotown as our venue and would recommend to anyone getting married!
