Best Wedding Planner Anyone Could Ask For!
I can without a doubt say that our wedding would not have been the same without Alana helping us make every dream into reality. Having delayed our wedding an entire year due to the pandemic, Alana was able to deal with all of our vendors and took all the stress away from what was a very difficult situation. Amazing!
There are truly no words to describe how amazing Alana and her team at Swoon Events are… so much so, we planned TWO weddings! Although we had been working for Alana for over two years, we decided to move up the date of our wedding and planned it ALL within 3 weeks. We firmly believe that no one other than Alana could have pulled it off so beautifully for us. Her expertise was so evident every step of the way - from securing the best vendors to planning each detail, it came together in a way better than we could have even imagined. Not to mention, she is truly an amazing person and walked beside us while we navigated planning a wedding in a pandemic. She is calm, cool and collected - our day couldn’t have ran smoother. Amazing, professional, reliable!
Alana and her team are highly organized and professional. Alana planned the entire wedding from start to finish, and the day far exceeded my expectations. Say "I Do" to Alana Swoon Events!
We came to Alana for full service wedding planning and boy did she deliver. Not sure where we would be without her masterful planning skills and collaboration (probably in tears and divorced). Due to the pandemic, Alana calmly rescheduled our wedding multiple times, worked with all the vendors, and kept us organized along the way. Did we mention this was no ordinary wedding. Together, we came up with memorable experiences that would make it one-of-a-kind. "Do you know someone who can design a custom train for the groom?" “What about a Marie Antoinette-inspired strolling table to serve guests champagne?” “What about ballerinas to carry our baby down the aisle?” “What about stunt doubles who dressed exactly like us to perform our first dance?” The answer was always yes. We got our dream wedding thanks to our DREAM planner and her team. And we really wouldn’t change a thing.

Swooning over Swoon
So much praise for Alana at Swoon Events! She was referred by a friend, but I knew it was meant to be as soon as we met! We clicked instantly and she quickly became my go-to for all things wedding. Alana was always on the ball - taking care of every detail, often before I even asked. My now-husband and I both work demanding jobs with long hours and there is absolutely no way we would have been able to plan our wedding without her. Alana is responsive, knowledgeable, well-connected in the industry, patient and truly just one of the most lovely people to be around, always smiling, positive and going the extra mile. Not only was Alana instrumental in helping us plan our BEST DAY EVER, but she also became part of the family. We love Alana and could not recommend her more!!!!

Totally worth it!
Alana made my life so much easier! She is very organized and connected me with great vendors. She is so friendly and bubbly. Whenever we met with vendors everyone ended up laughing. Alana is very patient, despite my millions of emails. She responds in a timely manner with a wealth of great information. When stress levels get high, Alana is there as a sounding board. I am so glad I hired her to plan our wedding.

No words can describe the AMAZING Swoon Events team!
I can't imagine what I would've done without Alana on our wedding day. We hired Alana for month-of wedding planning and boy was it worth it. Alana is professional, extremely organized, but also flexible and understanding. Most of all Alana was so easy to talk to and understands your vision quickly. That made the entire wedding planning experience so much more enjoyable and less stressful. On our wedding day Alana and her assistant Sara saved us from decor disaster when I forgot to pack the 500 tealight candles that I had purchased for the wedding. Alana calmly told me that she couldn't find the candles, I panicked realizing I'd forgotten, while she calmly proposed a solution and executed it in time for the reception. I can't say enough about the Swoon Events team! All I can say is thank you for making our special day a magical one :).

Taking the time to get to know my clients wants and needs is so important to me. My ultimate goal is to deliver an event that goes above and beyond my clients’ greatest expectations. There is no better feeling than providing a stress free wedding day for my couples as well as their families. You can count on me to be calm, hands-on and professional throughout our relationship.
