They ensure that every little detail is polished to reflect the enchanting wedding you have wished for. Couples can choose from a variety of coordination packages.
Their Day of Coordination package is what they’re known for, and it's perfect for those who have already planned much of their celebration and need an expert to manage the event and the details leading up to it. Maleila and her team will meet with you two months before your wedding. They will guide you through all of the extra elements that need attention on the big day.

- Multiple in-depth consultations and venue walkthroughs.

Extraordinary day of wedding services
From our initial phone consult with Maleila, we knew we couldn't trust anyone else to help us with our wedding. She connected us to Mel and she's absolutely someone you want in your corner on your wedding day. She was organized, knowledgeable, and helped us navigate scheduling issues and vendor coordination. (Who knew things were timed to the minute? Mel knew.) Most importantly, she patiently put up with our questions and was always supportive throughout. We really felt like she listened to our concerns and sincerely wanted the best for our day.
On our wedding day, she and Melinda kept things moving so well – we were completely off in our own world and everything went off without a hitch. Mel was also our emcee and was engaging, funny, and warm. Melinda rallied everyone for pictures and we couldn't be more grateful for her help in capturing these memories.
I also used Maleila Décor for our venue and can't say enough about the service. They took our completely clueless concept and translated it into beautiful décor. Huge thank you for making this amazing day even more memorable!

There are so many moving pieces throughout a wedding, and knowing Carl was there handling everything gave us so much peace of mind. From setting everything up to coordinating the transition between locations, he made the entire day run so smoothly. He was calm, organized, and seemed to pick up on every little detail without us ever having to worry about it.
One of the things we appreciated most was how composed he was throughout the day. No matter what was happening behind the scenes, he always made us feel like everything was under control, which allowed us to truly enjoy every moment. Looking back, we know there was so much work happening that we never even saw, and that is a testament to how well Carl did his job.
We were so happy to have him as part of our wedding day, and he played a huge role in making everything come together seamlessly.

Once we signed on with them, we worked with Awesta and she was amazing! She covered all of our bases and there were so many things that she organized in advance without us even realizing it. She made us aware of a ton of small details we had missed out on, and she put together a solid timeline super quickly. We didn't have to talk to a single vendor on the day! We really appreciated that once she had the general gist of what she wanted, she needed very little direction and she was able to let us focus on our wedding as much as possible without sweating the small stuff.
There are a number of things we would do differently if we had to do it all again, but one thing we both agree on is that we would go with DOWC and Awesta (and the day-of assistant, Kirsten!) again in a heartbeat. The peace of mind and seamlessness was worth every penny, and I can't recommend them enough.
