Services Offered
Day of Wedding Coordinator manages all of the behind-the-scenes elements of your dream day. The team covers everything, from décor set-up and takedown to managing guests, vendors, and the full itinerary. They ensure that every little detail is polished to reflect the enchanting wedding you have wished for. Couples can choose from a variety of coordination packages.
Their Day of Coordination package is what they’re known for and its perfect for those who have already planned much of their celebration and need an expert to manage the event, and the details leading up to the event. Maleila and her team will meet with you two month before your wedding. They will guide you through all of the extra elements that need attention on the big day.
This package includes
- Access to all their planning documents, resources and guides
- Multiple in-depth consultations and venue walkthroughs.
- Rehearsal direction
- Coordination of the wedding
- Expert guidance from a Lead Planner, and an on-site assistant for up to twelve hours.

On the day of the wedding, Awesta and her teammate Priyanka took care of all the setup at the venue, and they were on their feet all day, coordinating with our other vendors and keeping things running like clockwork. I can't even list all of the little things that they managed for us, but they were numerous, and added up to a ton of work.
