Listen you may think “what do I need a day of coordinator for”… that was my husbands thought process too — until he saw Maleila on the day of & everything she handled. My husband said to me “Wow, I actually don’t know what we would’ve done without her” and you know it’s major if a guy notices lol!
Maleila is absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. She takes care of everything so effortlessly, leaving the bride and groom to actually enjoy their day!

My husband and I got married at the Mississauga Convention Center in May 2025. We both have two very busy careers and work over 40 hours a week and we live in the USA. Our families are both in Mississauga and it was very important to us to host the wedding in our hometown so our guests would not have to travel but of course planning a destination seemed like a nightmare - until we met Chantelle. Chantelle is very personable and experienced. She guided us through everything we needed with frequent video calls, Excel files and work sheets to organize our vendors and timelines. If I did not have a vendor, no problem, Chantelle quickly found me multiple options to choose from or she would vet options I found online. Leading up to the wedding Chantelle coordinated timelines with all the vendors so that we did not have to make time for those calls. We would meet with her and let her know what our priorities were and concerns and she would address those issues with the vendors on our behalf. She has excellent communication skills with calls and follow up emails. At times I felt Chantelle had my wedding as a higher priority than I did, which gave me so much peace of mind. The day of the wedding Chantelle handled all communication with all vendors and I felt no stress the entire day because I had complete confidence that even if something did not go according to plan (which it did) she took care of it and let me know after the fact so I could enjoy my day. I would 100% recommend this service with Chantelle to anyone who is looking to enjoy their wedding day stress free with their partner and guests. You will not be disappointed. -

My husband and I were not initially planning on getting a day of coordinator for our wedding, but when we saw their reviews, we HAD to hire Maleila and her team for our special day. Maleila is not only the most amazing and organized person, she was also the best hype woman on the day. She made every single one of our requests come to life and we could truly turn our brains off to be fully present on our wedding day. I would 100% recommend her and her amazing team!! -

In the months leading up to our wedding (which took place last June), my now-wife did some research and decided to engage Day of Wedding Coordinator to help us put together our special day. We opted for the Day of Coordination Package, and are we ever glad that we did! In the weeks leading up to the big day, Awesta from DOWC reached out to us, and she hit the ground running. She got us thinking about some things that we hadn't even considered, and worked with us to create a detailed schedule for the day from start to finish. She attended meetings at the venue and the church with us to make sure that she had all the details that she would need for the big day, and she was in regular contact with us, making sure to help keep us on track in providing her with the details that were taking us just a little extra time to figure out.
On the day of the wedding, Awesta and her teammate Priyanka took care of all the setup at the venue, and they were on their feet all day, coordinating with our other vendors and keeping things running like clockwork. I can't even list all of the little things that they managed for us, but they were numerous, and added up to a ton of work. My wife and I felt completely taken care of, and thanks to Awesta and Priyanka, our families and friends were able to relax and enjoy the celebration.
Awesta and Priyanka were rockstars! We absolutely loved working with them, and would recommend DOWC to other couples in a heartbeat. -

Maleila was absolutely amazing. I cannot thank her enough. My husband was wary about hiring a day of and is a very very hard man to impress. But when I say he could not stop raving about them to everyone who would listen. Once I dropped off those decor items I felt such a weight lifted knowing you had it covered! Even the take over of the emails and scheduling was the most smooth transition. She made our day that much better and we love her!!! Thank you so much 🥰🥰 we will never stop raving!! -
