Hire Plush Flowers!! Indra is absolutely wonderful!! She is SO talented and a true creative visionary with flowers. She will make your floral dreams come true, but even better!!! If you have a specific vision, she will execute it and elevate it. She will kindly add recommendations if you’d like, with designs and flowers you may not have even known about! She has such a beautiful eye for decoration. She is familiar with so many different wedding venues around the GTA and will examine the space and create arrangements that fill a space beautifully and stay within your budget. As a true bonus, she is the most lovely, thoughtful and kind person to work with. She went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. When my 92 year old grandmother unexpectedly broke her leg 5 days before our wedding, Indra immediately offered (without being asked) to decorate her wheelchair and leg cast with flowers so that my grandmother could still feel beautiful and special despite the unexpected setback. She is a deeply good person and extraordinarily talented! We could not be happier with how our flowers turned out!!

Indra did an incredible job with our wedding florals! Every arrangement was stunning, elegant, and exactly what we envisioned. The attention to detail and creativity truly transformed our venue and made the day feel so special. We received so many compliments from guests—Plush absolutely exceeded our expectations. I rarely write reviews, and I truly dislike having to write something negative. But I was left so upset by my experience that I feel it’s important to share, so other brides know what to expect. While Indra’s work looks beautiful online and I was optimistic throughout the planning process, what I experienced on my actual wedding day was incredibly disappointing.

Leading up to the wedding, Indra was lovely to work with and very responsive, and we had several calls and meetings—including an hour-long meeting the week of my wedding—to review my plan in detail: very simple bud vases with Italian ruscus, white spray roses, and white roses. However, on the day of my wedding I luckily arrived early at my venue, I was shocked to find baby’s breath used throughout the arrangements—something we never discussed and that I specifically did not want. When I pointed it out, she brushed it off, mentioning she had ordered extra that morning, and offered no genuine apology. I immediately asked her to remove them all, which she did. On top of that, she set up a curtain we never ordered, which my coordinator had to call me about to figure out what was happening, taking time and energy away from her work and adding more stress for me.

The florals themselves were sloppy and rushed, often messy and not correctly cut/fit for the respective vase - comments which were also shared by others in attendance.

What hurts most is that now, when I look back on my wedding day, this experience comes to mind before I can even think about the joys of the day. To make matters worse, and what really drove me to write this review, is that there was no follow-up, no apology, no acknowledgment after the event.

My wedding day should have been stress-free, but instead I was left dealing with unnecessary chaos and disappointment, even though I took a lot of time in advance of the wedding to make sure expectations were clear and aligned.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Indra. I truly hope no other bride has to go through the same experience I did on such an important day.

I cannot say enough good things about Indra and the team at Plush Flowers. It feels like we found a true diamond in the rough with them. Florals were something we were dreading to budget for because we knew how much it often costs for very little. We almost gave up on real flowers and went with Costco or fake flowers until we were referred to Plush. We are so thankful we found them!

We had a relatively simple vision: sunflowers everywhere! I also wanted a whimsical bouquet and boutonnières/corsages that looked like mini versions of my bouquet.

Indra worked with us over a few video calls to create a custom vision together with a mood board she created and edited live with us. The planning was seamless. A relief for us with no wedding planner doing it all ourselves!

The execution is where they shined. On time, flexible with our timeline updates up to the week of, and quality of flowers was excellent.

They brought our whole vision to life, 100% perfectly!! They delivered and set up all the flowers and vases AND then moved them from the ceremony space into the reception space seamlessly during our cocktail hour. The guests were WOWED. They also did the candles on the tables for us. And all the candles and vases were ours to keep at the end of the event.

And the cost? Somehow, with ALL THIS, completely within our budget. When we did the math, including needing to buy vases and everything ourselves, it was basically the same as DIYing our florals from Costco but we got WAY better quality and no labour for us or our family to do to set up or arranging. Plush took care of everything and transformed our space into our unique vision with ZERO stress on our end.

I consulted with Indra for our wedding in September. It was really lovely to speak to her and she was prepared for our meeting with a vision board prepared. Indra was communicative and easy to reach. We did not end up going with her services due to our wedding being held unreasonably far from her workshop, but if I were to host an event more locally in future, I would reach out to Indra without hesitation.
