He really went the extra mile in making sure we felt supported throughout the whole process. Soular went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. We had some great calls with Sandy in the lead-up to the wedding to ensure our vision, taste in music, and vibes for the night were spot on. They were extremely accommodating to our requests, even when we went well-beyond the suggested 25 songs we were supposed to provide. They were the most-complimented component of our wedding – everybody LOVED the band. When we got a sneak peek of the reception room, they even played a private pre-first-dance song while they were warming up that will forever be one of our favourite moments from the day. After the band, the DJ absolutely knocked it out of the park too. Do not have enough good things to say about the entire experience with this group. They are truly the best of the best, through and through.

Soular is the LIFE of the party!! I could rave about this band endlessly. To start, the communication from the beginning was professional, organized and attentive to detail. I had multiple phone calls and emails with the band lead to make sure we were on the same page about the vibe, sound and overall flow of the music for the night. Both myself and the groom also managed to join the band for a surprise song, playing the guitar and drums, and everyone in the band was SO incredibly nice and gracious allowing us to join and making it sooo much more fun that we could have anticipated! They kept our dance floor packed for hours on end!! The excellent, high quality live music was by far the most common compliment we received about our wedding. People are still talking about it!!! They know the right song to play at the right time to keep the energy high. They are so tuned into the guest experience. Lastly, the sound coordinator at our venue told us he had been working at the venue for over 20 years and Soular is his favorite band in Toronto!! He said he learned so much of what he knows regarding audio, as well as the equipment to use, from the folks in Soular and uses those skills to this day! I am not surprised at all. They are the best of the best. Hire this band!! It will be the best decision you make!!

Soular was one of the reasons why our wedding was the best night of our lives. They were incredible. We felt like we were front row to our own private concert. Their music choice was exquisite, they knew how to read our crowd, and our dancefloor was packed all night. All night and after the wedding, our guests kept telling us “Where did you find this band? … They are amazing!”

Working with Sandy was an incredible experience. He had so many great suggestions which we incorporated into our wedding day that made the day and night run so smoothly and which made our wedding so fun for our guests. He took care of every small detail that really elevated our wedding. Most importantly, he worked together with our family members who sang when I walked down the aisle and later on in the evening. These are the moments that I will remember for the rest of my life.

I wanted to also recognize Ernie, who DJ’ed during our ceremony and reception. He took care to incorporate the songs for our important cultural dances and also our dance song requests. I didn’t leave the dancefloor all night!

There were so many memorable moments that Soular created for us throughout the night - from our entrance song, to our first dance, to our family singing for us, to our Hora. It’s impossible to choose just one. We have so much love and gratitude for Soular and how they made our special day even more special.

We can only hope that we see Soular play again at another wedding we attend - that’s how good they are.

Sandy and his team at Soular were outstanding. From the initial process of choosing to sign them on for our wedding, to choosing what their setup would look like, making decisions for the music on our big day, and of course, the actual execution - they were absolute pros who made one of the biggest decisions for our party one of the ones we were most sure was the RIGHT CALL.

We were able (and encouraged) to choose music that would make every moment of our wedding night meaningful. The guest arrival time, the ceremony, and the reception all had songs that exactly matched the vibe that we and our guests were feeling, and every note sounded perfect.

All our party attendees gave raving reviews of the music on our big day, saying that it created a vibe unlike any wedding they had been to before.
