Hi There! My name is Connie Butera and I am a self-proclaimed event planning geek :) I've been planning both private and corporate events for over 15 years as a professional event planner and project manager. Before becoming a mom and going off on my own, I worked for one of the top agencies in York Region. I have worked with some of the largest labels in the business and have planned events across the world -- large and small -- including numerous weddings, conferences, trade shows, sales, corporate parties, expo's, fundraisers, surprise events and more! I am a graduate of York University.

I am proud to also have become an ordained Pastoral Chaplain and am now licensed to marry all couples in Ontario as a wedding officiant.

I would say that my niche is weddings --especially with budget brides looking to save some cash and DIY. I love coming up with great, cost effective solutions and adding those personal touches to make your event truly unique.

Events are not just my business... its my passion! I thoroughly enjoy what I do and working with my customers to pull their event off without a hitch! I like to tell them that I'm sort of like hiring that best friend that you wish you had.... that did everything they should to help you for your special day, but that you don't have to return to the favour to one day :)

In my spare time, I am also a proud mom to 4 children, wife, entrepreneur, health enthusiast and volunteer.

In any successful event there are multiple moving elements at play. Nicole’s aim is to ensure that all of the details are running smoothly. Nicole’s calm nature and outgoing personality allow her to work confidently within a variety of different situations. She can pivot like a pro when needed to.

You can expect Nicole to be willing to go that extra mile to make sure that the event is exactly as you want it to be. She is professional, friendly and when you need something done, you can bet it will be done efficiently.

Nicole has had the pleasure of working closely with a wide variety of different vendors and has gained a wealth of experience coordinating multicultural events and weddings.

Nicole runs a private event venue just north of Toronto and has begun to manage her own events.

She lives in Whitchurch-Stouffville and is willing to travel for events. She is smart serve certified and has a wide range of hospitality experience.

Due to the overwhelming growth of my business, I am truly *blessed* and pleased to welcome the following associates to my team. These lovely ladies are all equally professional event planners and available to all of my clients .

All associates are independent contractors, working on the Perfectly Planned Parties brand under a strict contractor, NDA and confidentiality agreement. All have been trained as per the PPP way of hosting events by Connie Butera.

All clients who book with Perfectly Planned Parties by Connie Butera have UNLIMITED ACCESS to myself, throughout their wedding planning process. You will still work with me leading up to your event date to consult and prepare all documentation. I perform a transfer of knowledge to my assigned associate and then you will have a meet and greet with the associate to be reassured of the the agreed-upon plans. Associates have access to me during your event for ongoing communication as well.
