Enjoy the unique setting of Holland Marsh Wineries and its delectable cuisine, exceptional wines, and professional service on your wedding day. Centrally located in Newmarket, Ontario, this 22-acre estate is enclosed by natural beauty. The vineyard, rustic shack, gazebo, waterfall, and carriage create the perfect backdrop for your celebration.
Facilities and capacity
The 3000-square-foot, rustic-style Clubhouse provides a peaceful ambiance and emanates a feeling of warmth. It can comfortably accommodate elaborate weddings for up to 200 guests. Experience the magnificent view of the luscious vineyard from the exquisite second-floor balcony. The Clubhouse includes a dance floor, a private bridal suite, and a bridal bathroom. Couples can host their intimate gathering in the Tasting Room, which opens into a covered garden patio that is decorated with picnic and trellis benches.
Services offered
The team of Holland Marsh Wineries will help couples throughout the entire planning process, from seat assignment to final toast. The wedding packages include the following services:
- Bar services
- Wood burning fireplace
- 60″ round tables, 4′, 6′, and 8′ banquet tables and chairs
- Cleaning service (excludes decor)
- One dry red and one dry white per table of eight guests for dinner service
- Use of grounds for photography
- Bridal suite
Cuisine
Avanti Events, the preferred caterer of Holland Marsh Wineries, offers buffet, stations and formal plated services for your event. The packages also include linens, glassware, cutlery, and staff service. Couples are also welcomed to work with our list of 6 exclusive caterers.
Accommodations
Best Western in Newmarket offers excellent accommodations for guests from out of town. After the celebration, guests can relax and enjoy their stay at this facility.
Other services
The Tasting Room is ideal for bridal showers and engagement parties. Various events can be held at this vintage winery.

Incredible day, amazing venue!
Where do we even start! We had an incredible experience with the team at Holland Marsh Wineries. In lead up to our day, they were so on top of answering my (many) questions to ensure I had everything I needed for planning. When I met with them in person (Tamara - you were incredible!) they walked me through the venue and put all of my stress at ease. They are experts at what they do, and are so accommodating. We wanted to have specialty drinks available on our wedding day, and they brought in all of the ingredients needed to do so! They switched their bar selections for us based on our preferences, including bringing in a different type of beer they don't typically serve. On the day of, they helped get all of the bridesmaids organized before walking down the aisle and made sure we were ready to go, really making our day stress-free. One thing I loved about this venue is that you don't need a ton of decor, because the grounds are already so stunning. I would definitely recommend this venue to family and friends. Thanks so much!

Beautiful Venue, Fantastic Coordinators
Ashlee and Tamara were fantastic, helping answer each and every one of our questions and guiding us through the venue process. The venue itself is stunning and requires very little decoration to set the right mood. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and was even better than we could have imagined. We upgraded the chairs and added the indoor/outdoor lights and fireplace (would recommend). Now, we can go back and sample some wine and reminisce whenever we like--a nice perk.

Perfect venue!!
I can't recommend this venue enough, from it's private winery grounds, the various ceremony locations, beautiful reception hall and extremely helpful and responsive events team. The entire experience was absolutely perfect!! The wines are beautiful, our guests cannot stop talking about what an amazing venue and location this was!!

Beautiful Venue
We had our wedding here and it was soooooo beautiful. Tamara and Ashley were our main contacts and they were fantastic, always easy to communicate with. I broke my foot 10 day before my wedding day so we had to re-work some logistics and Tamara was always ready to accommodate. The only thing, AC could have been lowered at times it was very hot and since I was not able to run outside with my broken foot I was a bit hot. When we asked them to open the doors or turn down the AC, still waiting for them to do so...lol! so next time as a couple plan ahead with them but otherwise. it was a fabulous time,

Fantastic Team!
Fantastic team! I had such a great experience with HMW for our wedding in May 2023. The venue is perfection. Love how you have the whole place to yourself for the evening and everyone was very helpful with whatever questions I had before the wedding. I would definitely recommend HMW :) amazing wine too!!

The Perfect Day
The best an most accommodating venue! The venue itself was beautiful and the staff just as much! Everyone involved was attentive, patient and understanding. Would highly recommend this venue to anyone who will listen!

Gorgeous wedding venue!
As soon as we visited Holland Marsh Wineries, we knew we'd found our dream venue! Not only is the wine amazing, but the ceremony and reception areas are beautiful. We had our wedding in the fall and it was so dreamy with leaves falling around us during the ceremony. The reception area is gorgeous even without any decorations plus regardless of where guests are, they never miss out on the party thanks to the open second floor and huge windows to the patio. Not the mention the wonderful staff! Ashlee, our coordinator was always quick to answer out many questions and all the staff on the day of were so fantastic and organized. An absolute dream of a wedding venue!

Amazing venue with outstanding service
My husband I got married at the Holland Marsh Wineries last weekend and could not be happier with our decision to host our wedding there! Not only are the grounds and club house immaculately maintained, the owners and employees are exceptional! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we owe a huge, huge thank you to the whole HMW team for making our dream wedding come to life. From all of the communication with Ashlee the events coordinator leading up to the day, to the wonderful and warm owners and staff on our wedding day - we cannot recommend this venue enough! They made sure that every last detail we had spoke about was executed just the way we had planned. Ashlee was our main point of communication throughout our planning process and she made it such a breeze! She was so kind and helpful and went out of her way to accomodate certain requests of ours! Thank you so much Ashlee for everything - you are amazing! Our guests had only wonderful things to say about the venue and it is a night that we will remember forever! If you are looking for a unique venue that has beautiful photo opportunities on the grounds (not to mention the amazing sunset), and a spectacular reception space - HMW is a must see! You will not be dissapointed with the service and beauty of this venue! Thank you so much to everyone at HMW!!!!!!

Gorgeous venue with exceptional service
Thank you to Norrie and Ashlee for their exceptional service for my daughter’s wedding. This venue is an absolute dream. The grounds are so beautiful and the vibe is so elegant and cozy at the same time. They were able to execute the ceremony , bar services and venue setup seamlessly and flawlessly. All of their staff are so personable and go above and beyond. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be heading back here on a regular basis for their wine tastings and other weekend events. Thank you for contributing to the wonderful success of such a special day!!

Most magical night of our lives!!
We love Holland Marsh Wineries! We had our wedding this past weekend at Holland Marsh Wineries, and they were incredible. Super easy to work with, and the venue is stunning. The grounds are kept beautifully, the trees were colourful, leaves were falling around us, so our photos are stunning - and we were able to use the entire winery for our photos! Thank you so much for helping us to make our wedding day so magical!
