Rev. Corrie Sakaluk is an experienced wedding officiant based in Downtown Toronto, Ontario. Celebrant Corrie is a certified, ordained metaphysical minister who offers traditional, civil, LGBTQ and non-traditional ceremonies for couples. The Reverend is available to perform customized celebrations in Downtown Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.

Services Offered

Rev. Corrie Sakaluk has worked at a broad range of ceremony types, providing services for weddings, elopements, vow renewals and rehearsals. Ensuring a customizable occasion, Corrie allows the to-be-wed's own vows on the day, allowing them to convey their love to one another authentically. The Reverend also offers pre-marital counselling to assist couples to feel at ease before the big milestone event. The celebrant offers various packages to suit the needs of each client and includes custom ceremonies, event planning support and travel in their standard bundles.

Best officiant! Highly recommend!

Corrie is an incredible wedding officiant. We had interviewed with other officiants but immediately knew Corrie was the right person for us. She was warm, professional, detail oriented and thorough with the process. She got to know us and our story to curate a wedding ceremony that was unique to us. She even helped me write my vows! Corrie is so compassionate about what she does and it really shows in her ceremony. Our guests really loved her enthusiasm. We are very grateful. Highly recommend!

Like having a friend next to you!

Corrie fit into our celebration like an old friend. She immediately made my partner and I feel comfortable.
She is a thoughtful person who is able to read the energy of the room and lead with grace. She has so much experience with weddings and had suggestions on how to prepare for different timing scenarios.
Corrie is easy to collaborate with, she ensured our ideas were incorporated wherever possible.
Leading up to the wedding, her communication was clear and we knew what to expect during the ceremony.
Day of the wedding, she was so professional and went above and beyond! She reached out to coordinate her outfit with our wedding colours. So happy she was available for our special day. We knew from the first zoom we hoped she could marry us.

10/10 highly recommend!

Corrie took such great care of us throughout the whole process! She walked us through everything, and knowing what to expect on the wedding day made us feel much more at ease. She helped tailor our ceremony to match what we envisioned and she answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. She has a such a warm and calming presence, and helped make our day so incredibly special. We got so many compliments on the ceremony from all the guests! We can say first hand that Corrie is so amazing and has such a pure heart and that clearly comes across her professionalism and the care that she puts into her work as an officiant! We highly recommend her!

Can't recommend Corrie enough!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Corrie as our wedding officiant, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the planning and preparation process with her was smooth and stress-free. She guided us through every step, including a thoughtful run-through of the ceremony where she shared helpful tips, especially for getting great photos!

Corrie took the time to tailor the ceremony specifically to us. Coming from two different faiths, we were so impressed and grateful for how beautifully she incorporated meaningful elements from both traditions. On the big day, she led the ceremony with warmth, grace, and confidence, capturing the attention of all our guests from start to finish.

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better officiant. Corrie made our day feel personal and unforgettable. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making your ceremony special.

The BEST officiant!!

Corrie made our ceremony one of the highlights of our wedding day. She is such a kind and welcoming person. Her ceremony was exactly what we asked for - about our love. She created a story about our lives together with only a few bullet points, and made sure to add some fun to our ceremony. We had numerous people tell us afterwards it was their favourite wedding ceremony they have ever been to, and some even asking us for her contact information. If you are getting married, you need Corrie. I cannot thank her enough for making our ceremony so beautiful, thoughtful, and personal to our love story.

Perfect experience

I reached out to Corrie 6 months prior as we had limited time for an administrative wedding (we are having a wedding abroad).

Corrie was extremely responsive during the entire process and flexible. When it came to the day (something I though that it would be purely administrative) - Corrie did such a beautiful job to make it so special.

I would highly recommend Corrie to anyone!! She was brilliant :)

Easy, Efficient and Excellent

Corrie made things exceedingly easy for us, we had to worry about nothing related to our actual ceremony, she walked us through everything that we needed, everything we needed to do, where to stand, what to say and how it would be executed. She had insight into so many things that were helpful for planning and coordinating the ceremony, even things as simple as will you hug your parents before they sit down, handshake, etc. were very helpful and things we never would have thought of. We had scores of people from our wedding comment after on how good our officiant was and had the right balance of managing and performing the ceremony while keep all of the focus on the couple. We can't thank Corrie enough for her help and support for our day!

Professional, Friendly, Perfect

Corrie spent a lot of time with us--from customizing and practicing our ceremony to reviewing our vows (and practicing them one on one too). She was available via Zoom and phone and very responsive. Corrie was able to cue our ceremony seamlessly and took a lot of pressure off of our shoulders. As a shy bride, her approach helped me feel comfortable speaking in front of our large wedding and being present in the special moment. We also received rave reviews from family and friends--they were really impressed. Would highly recommend.
