I was assisting with planning my sister's very last minute micro wedding of a very sensitive nature. I found Kate and i have to believe she was put in our path for a reason. She was very quick and responsive, very flexible and as the planning went on she went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. Very professional, but also so deeply caring. As I mentioned it was a bittersweet sensitive wedding and she honoured that fantastically. It ended up being the most beautiful day and that was greatly due to Kate. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kate! Looking back on our wedding day, we feel so incredibly lucky that she was the person standing with us and helping guide us through such an important moment in our lives. Throughout the entire process, Kate was wonderful to communicate with. I planned our wedding myself, so she helped to keep me on track with the little details that would have become overwhelming otherwise. I really appreciated the detailed instructions she gave us regarding how to go about getting the important legal documents. Knowing that we could trust her to get them where they needed to go after the wedding day was a huge stress reliever for me.
She was such a calming presence for me throughout the process, but especially on our wedding day. I was in a panic as it was pouring rain, and our ceremony was set up outside. Kate kept me calm, made me laugh and reminded me that no matter what the weather, everything was going to be okay. I will never forget how she calmed my nerves, and supported me. It was so reassuring to know that I had her in my corner.

Kate truly went above and beyond for us! She even helped with setup on our wedding day, despite it not being a part of her job description. She never hesitated to step in wherever she could to make our day easier and more seamless. Her generosity and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to us and is something we (and our families) will always remember.

Kate drafted the perfect “repeat after me” vows since we didn’t want to overcomplicate things. She took pieces from our story and created 3 beautiful speeches on our wedding day. Kate also has a way about her that is so calming and she had great advice for us to follow on the day. She also was flexible by allowing us to take her by boat to a remote place on our lake and totally went with the flow. She was truly so lovely, professional and kind! Thank you Kate !

Kate was our officiant for our wedding last Saturday and she was amazing !
