I was assisting with planning my sister's very last minute micro wedding of a very sensitive nature. I found Kate and i have to believe she was put in our path for a reason. She was very quick and responsive, very flexible and as the planning went on she went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. Very professional, but also so deeply caring. As I mentioned it was a bittersweet sensitive wedding and she honoured that fantastically. It ended up being the most beautiful day and that was greatly due to Kate. We will never be able to thank her enough for her efforts, and I would recommend her to absolutely everyone. A million thanks Kate -

Cannot recommend Kate enough!
Kate is so incredibly kind, thoughtful, funny, and an absolute joy to work with. She took the time to genuinely get to know us and used everything she learned to create a ceremony that felt completely and authentically us. The ceremony itself was kept as a surprise, and we were repeatedly asked if Kate was actually our friend because of how specific, personal, and perfectly tailored it was to us. She made the whole experience so special, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to officiate our wedding. Cannot recommend Kate enough!! -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kate! Looking back on our wedding day, we feel so incredibly lucky that she was the person standing with us and helping guide us through such an important moment in our lives. Her bubbly personality and big smile gave us so much reassurance, especially during those moments where there were a million things happening at once.
From our very first conversations with Kate, she made us feel so comfortable and cared for. She took the time to get to know us as a couple throughout the process of planning our ceremony, and because of that - our ceremony felt so personal and authentic to who we are. We received so many compliments from our guests about her, and we completely understand why. She brought such a warm, genuine, and heartfelt energy to our ceremony, and told our love story in such a beautiful way. It was obvious to everyone how much care she put into making the ceremony special and unique to us.
Throughout the entire process, Kate was wonderful to communicate with. She made sure to check in with us periodically to ensure that we were comfortable with her process and answer any questions we had. I planned our wedding myself, so she helped to keep me on track with the little details that would have become overwhelming otherwise. I really appreciated the detailed instructions she gave us regarding how to go about getting the important legal documents. Knowing that we could trust her to get them where they needed to go after the wedding day was a huge stress reliever for me.
She was such a calming presence for me throughout the process, but especially on our wedding day. I was in a panic as it was pouring rain, and our ceremony was set up outside. Kate kept me calm, made me laugh and reminded me that no matter what the weather, everything was going to be okay. I will never forget how she calmed my nerves, and supported me. It was so reassuring to know that I had her in my corner.
Kate truly went above and beyond for us! She even helped with setup on our wedding day, despite it not being a part of her job description. She never hesitated to step in wherever she could to make our day easier and more seamless. Her generosity and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to us and is something we (and our families) will always remember.
If you are looking for an officiant who will genuinely care about you, take the time to get to know your story, and go above and beyond to make your wedding day feel special and personal, we could not recommend Kate more! She was absolutely wonderful, and we are so thankful she was a part of our day! We will definitely be recommending her to anyone that will listen, and I look forward to working with her again in any capacity!

Kate drafted the perfect “repeat after me” vows since we didn’t want to overcomplicate things. She took pieces from our story and created 3 beautiful speeches on our wedding day. Kate also has a way about her that is so calming and she had great advice for us to follow on the day. She also was flexible by allowing us to take her by boat to a remote place on our lake and totally went with the flow. She was truly so lovely, professional and kind! Thank you Kate ! -

Kate did such a great job of listening to our wishes, taking our story and weaving it into a beautiful and simple ceremony as we wanted. Her way of bringing excitement and fun and humour to the ceremony was so fantastic and set the tone for a wonderful day celebrating our wedding with our friends and family. Kate also is excellent at explaining the legal process for getting a marriage license and applying for a marriage certificate later after the wedding which initially seems complicated but she makes it easy to understand. I wholeheartedly recommend you hire Kate to be your officiant, you will not be disappointed! Thanks Kate! -

We had a wonderful experience being married by Kate. We were very happy with the vows she presented us and the ceremony went off without a hitch. She is genuine and caring and responsive to our requests. My wife and I would highly recommend her for your wedding.
