THE BIG BARN

Built in 1882, and filled with old-world charm, the Big Barn is ideal for couples wanting to add a little rustic countryside style to their wedding ceremony and reception.

The Big Barn offers flexibility and charm in one stunning location. Couples are welcome to bring in the caterer and decorator of their choosing, giving them the freedom to create a celebration that reflects their unique style. This venue includes rustic harvest tables and black Chiavari chairs, enhancing the natural elegance of your special day.

GLEN ELGIN

The Glen Elgin Room at Ball’s Falls Conservation Area is a high-style and elegant wedding reception venue perfect for any season. Surrounded by vibrant summer blooms or magical winter snowfalls, this sophisticated space allows you to bring your dream wedding ceremony and reception to life.

With floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful scenery, the Glen Elgin Room offers an airy, light-filled atmosphere that seamlessly blends indoor comfort with outdoor wedding charm.

A connected patio provides space for an outdoor wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, or even dancing under the stars.

The Glen Elgin Room is located inside the Centre for Conservation, which opened in 2008. It is built to gold LEED standards (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), making it the perfect venue for environmentally conscious couples looking to celebrate their love in a sustainable and meaningful way.

HISTORICAL CHAPEL

Make your wedding a part of history by choosing our beautifully restored historical wedding chapel for your ceremony. This romantic and intimate setting features warm wood tones and a welcoming ambiance, perfect for couples dreaming of a rustic wedding ceremony with a touch of historic charm.

Formally known as St. George Anglican Church, the chapel was built in 1864 in Rymal, a community now known as Hannon, Ontario. In 1974 the building and its interior furnishings were offered to the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority. Since reopening in 1974, the chapel has become a cherished site for wedding ceremonies and special events.

With seating for up to 110 guests, this historic wedding venue offers a one-of-a-kind setting for both religious and non-denominational ceremonies. Whether you’re planning a classic, vintage-inspired wedding or a simple and elegant event, the Ball’s Falls Chapel provides a meaningful and memorable space to say, ‘I do’. Guest Capacity: 110

Our outdoor ceremonies feature a beautiful custom-made 10x10 wooden arch – an elegant focal point for your wedding ceremony. The wooden arch will be the perfect touch of rustic elegance, instantly elevating the look and feel of your ceremony. Outdoor ceremonies also include wooden benches, and a bespoke signing table made from an antique Singer sewing table with live edge wood.

BRIDAL SUITE

Experience comfort, privacy, and vintage glamour in our elegant Bridal Suite, exclusively available to couples booking their wedding ceremony or reception at one of the Ball’s Falls venues. This spacious and private space provides the perfect setting for you and your wedding party to prepare, relax, and enjoy every moment leading up to your big day.

With access from 8 am until the end of your celebration, our private bridal suite features beautiful natural lighting, vintage-inspired décor, and plenty of space for your hair stylist, make-up artist, and photographer to work their magic.

Capture stunning “getting ready” photos in front of the windows, large mirror, or comfy couch and create lasting memories of each moment from your perfect day.

Our Bridal Suite can accommodate one wedding party per day. When two weddings are scheduled on the same day, the suite will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in booking this wedding day amenity, please let us know when booking your venue.

Services offered

Wooden tables and black chiavari chairs are provided for the wedding. The setup of tables and chairs is done for the Centre for Conservation. Couples have the flexibility to bring their own vendors for event rentals, decorations, and catering.

Location

The Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority is close to Pelham Centre. It is only 10 minutes from the Niagara Central Dorothy Rungeling Airport and 54 minutes from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.
