It has been just over a week since our New Years Eve at Ovation Ballroom and we are still beaming from how perfect the day and evening went!

I'll be honest - I did not originally imagine ourselves getting married in a ballroom styled venue, but Ovation came recommended to us as we were planning for a larger sized winter wedding in Niagara and once we met Jolene - we knew this was right choice. Ovation's packaging for larger weddings made the entire process so simple and stress free but in addition to that, Jolene went above and beyond to help bring our vision come to life with a genuine desire to make your special day everything you could want. While she may be the venue manager/coordinator for multiple locations - she does not fail to ensure you are feeling taken care of and at ease.

The entire day flowed perfectly from our more intimate ceremony space in the Port Robinson room, to our extended cocktail hour with an antipasto bar that our guests absolutely raved about and of course the dinner that flowed perfectly with no delays and seamlessly blended into a great night of dancing.

The staff were friendly and kind, the food was amazing (not one complaint from our guests!) and the bar was quick. The team at Ovation were so welcoming, and helpful with us in dropping off and picking up our decor.

This venue can meet the needs of a smaller or larger wedding - absolutely recommend!!

Our wedding was perfection in every way and it was largely due to the team at Ovation! Everyone raved about how fun the wedding was, how amazing the food was, how great the servers and the bartenders were! All in all it was fantastic! Jolene as well was incredible at managing the timeline and day, and answering all the questions I had leading up to the day! I had done an endless amount of venue research prior to booking with ovation and am SO incredibly happy I went with them.

Ovation Ballroom and the 43 North Restaurant Group were truly spectacular at making our wedding so special. To say it was a perfect day is an understatement, it was truly a dream come true. Jolene our wedding coordinator was tentative, helpful, friendly, and kind throughout the wedding process. She was quick to answer any of my questions and made sure everything was in order and on time the day of. Any concern I had, she had a practical solution and went above and beyond to ease my mind. We were very grateful for her guidance and honesty. The food and dinner service at Ovation Ballroom was fantastic! We were a wedding of 350, and we were done speeches and dancing by 9:45pm! Food came out hot and quickly, and was absolutely delicious! We received several complements from our guests on how great dinner service was and how full they were! Ovation was also great at accommodating our guests dietary needs. Servers were friendly and efficient throughout dinner service. The hall itself was stunning. Newly updated, the facility was clean, decorated beautifully, with comfortable temperatures throughout the evening. We cannot say enough great things about the team at Ovation. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone. This hard working team will go above and beyond to make your wedding day special!

The value for our money was great, after looking around for what felt like forever we ended up picking the ovation ballroom. We did not regret it, the packages with all the vendors made life easy and the process ran smooth.

The day itself was beyond what we could have imagined. My husband and I had the absolute best experience at Ovation Ballroom. The food was incredible—all of our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was, even the harder to please guests were impressed. The servers were attentive and on top of everything during both the hors d’oeuvres and dinner service. The bartenders kept the drinks flowing and brought such great energy to the night.

I have to give a special shoutout to Jolene, who was hands down the BEST wedding coordinator/manager I could have ever asked for. Her goal from day one was to make our day perfect, and she absolutely delivered. Her attention to detail, along with John’s support, made everything run flawlessly. They even went above and beyond by accommodating a special dinner for my sick mother the day before the wedding—without hesitation or hassle. If they didn’t have it they made it happen. It was such an amazing experience. The day from start to finish was perfect, we had no hiccups at all, and that’s all due to the staff at ovation ballroom. They have so many offers available like live music during ceremony, photography, wedding cake, limo services, etc. wedding planning was easy because of everything they had to offer!
