My husband and I recently had our wedding at Club Roma on October 24, 2020. We had our ceremony outside in the gardens, had refreshments for our guests in the Member’s Lounge and our reception in the Starlight Room. We toured venues in spring of 2019 and after seeing several decided on Club Roma. We first met with Sean during our initial tours. He was knowledgeable and was able to assist with any questions and details we had. We really liked that Club Roma had so much to offer- multiple ballrooms, outdoor ceremony space, beautiful grounds and lots of decor to choose from. After booking with Club Roma, Victoria became our wedding coordinator. She was absolutely amazing from the planning to the wedding day.

We were invited to the wedding showcase in June 2019 and were able to sample all of the food and drinks as well as meet with many preferred vendors. Victoria met with us to plan everything out and spent over an hour going over timelines and every small detail. She constantly kept us informed and was prompt answering emails and my many questions.

We were very worried with COVID-19 and the ability to have any type of function. Club Roma and Victoria were so accommodating and flexible! They allowed us to drop our number (from 165 to 50) and adjusted anything that needed to change due to restrictions (antipasto buffet changed to elaborate antipasto platters and served stations). They were flexible with payment timelines (again with changing restrictions over the summer and early fall) and really worked with us to make it the day we always planned. Victoria readily agreed to meet with us to discuss new details and put me completely at ease.

I had my bridal shower and our rehearsal dinner at Club Roma. The shower was in the Anziani Room and the food, service and set up was executed perfectly. This gave me great relief knowing the wedding would be great as well. We also had our rehearsal dinner at Club Roma at La Terrazza. The food was fantastic! Everyone could not get over how great the food was and how nice of an atmosphere the room had- definitely a Niagara hidden gem!

I must have emailed Victoria a dozen times leading up the wedding and each time she answered all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable and happy. She facilitated me dropping off all of my items in the days before and decorated the room exactly as I had envisioned. I was slightly worried as I am a perfectionist and she did exactly as I had planned. The day of, Victoria ensured everything went smoothly and was on time. She coordinated with my vendors and took care of all the coordination and details for me! She even remembered and ensured all of the little details/requests we had- like having a very specific type of pop at the bar. It was very comforting to have her greet me before the ceremony and be with us throughout the reception to ensure everything went smoothly.

The staff at Club Roma have all been top notch. The servers were friendly, efficient and attended to everyone's needs. Our bartender was Patrick and he kept the drinks coming all night! Our server from the rehearsal made our best man a special drink and said she would tell Patrick for our wedding the next evening. Patrick made this drink so well that it became the signature drink of the night!

Everyone at Club Roma went above and beyond to make sure our wedding could happen and feel as special and normal as could be. I cannot express how grateful I am to them. With all the stress of not only a wedding but also a pandemic, they all worked so hard to make our wedding as perfect as possible. And they did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend having your wedding or any event at Club Roma. Thank you to Club Roma for making our wedding such a special and unforgettable experience!

I cannot say enough about our daughter and son- in- law’s wedding this May at the Club Roma Garden Pavilion. From the moment we visited, and they decided to book this venue, (two years ago) it has been a most positive and rewarding experience. Emma, their wedding coordinator, understood the bride’s vision and executed it with such professionalism and creativity, we were blown away. She listened, she suggested, she was beyond amazing! From the bar staff, to the wait staff, we so appreciated their attention to detail, their desire to please, and their enthusiasm to make our wedding experience such a success! The venue and ceremony areas itself was breathtaking and lovingly tended. The food was delicious and the drinks fabulous! I want to also say that we had the wedding rehearsal dinner here (we highly recommend this!) and Club Roma, you knocked it out of the park! The food was more than we expected and so, so good. Jaylinn, our rehearsal dinner waitress, was EXCELLENT. Emma was there to help us with the rehearsal and she even helped Jaylinn with getting our food to us. Club Roma, you are very lucky to have these two dedicated women working for you!
We want to sincerely thank Club Roma and all their staff, from everyone who set up the ceremony chairs, cleaned up the rose petals, to the chefs and kitchen staff who cooked that delicious food, to the staff who set up the venue, to those who attended to every detail, thank you, thank you, thank you for making our daughter and son-in-law’s day so very magical. It truly was a “FairyDale.” You cannot believe the number of guests who kept saying, “This is the BEST wedding we have ever been to.” It certainly was, thanks to Club Roma!

Cierra and the team at Club Roma did a flawless job with facilitating me and my wife's wedding day. They were very accommodating and flexible with the last minute changes we throw at them, coordinating with our vendors, and exceeding our expectations in making the plans we have in mind translate in person. Hospitality and the food was spot on even through our simple to our complicated request. Highly recommend.

Club Roma was the first venue we toured and we booked the next day. It was clear from the start that they knew their stuff. We got paired with Anna Marie - who is an absolute asset and magic maker.
6 months ahead of the wedding, they invite you and up to four guests to attend a Showcase - where you see the whole space, view decor, meet coordinators and external vendors; try all the food (every course) as well as the bar options and desserts. It really helped with keeping our family involved in the decisions as well as solidify what we wanted day of.
From there Anna-Marie consulted and communicated back and forth with us to finalize all the details. She gave great suggestions and captured our vision and wants to a t.
We opted to have a rehearsal and dinner at their on-site Bistro. And WOW - it was such a great evening. It literally gave me butterflies finally seeing the Gardens and Pavilion with lush greenery and in the evening lit up.
On the wedding day, they absolutely crushed it. Anna-Marie and her team kept us on time but also enjoying the moment. The food was amazing, the decor looks stunning (did I mention most of the decor is all inclusive so no stress in coordinating all the little things!) and the atmosphere was so heartwarming and special. We had the best night and the staff truly made you feel like royalty. I am beyond grateful we chose this venue. It was worth everything and more - and we are still getting compliments about it.

Our wedding day at Club Roma was an absolute dream come true, and we couldn't be more thrilled to share our experience with future couples in search of the perfect venue.

From the appetizers to the main courses, every bite was a culinary delight, and we couldn't be happier with their culinary expertise.

The venue itself is a picturesque setting that left a lasting impression on our guests. The ambiance, both indoors and outdoors, was simply stunning. The charming decor and the lush surroundings provided a beautiful backdrop for our celebration, and we received countless compliments on the venue's aesthetics and ambiance.

In sum, our wedding day at Club Roma exceeded every expectation we had. It was a day filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories, and we have the incredible team at Club Roma to thank for making it all possible. Our wedding was at Club Roma on October 21, 2023 in the pavilion. My husband wanted a venue that was rustic while I wanted a venue that was more food focused. Club Roma was the best compromise between both worlds. We had an absolute perfect wedding day that went off with out any issues. Sam, our coordinator was fantastic to work with and made our day so easy. We provided a list and boxes of decor and she set everything up for us without any stress. Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful. We wanted to have a late night chicken wing bar which Sam made happen - so amazing. We have been complemented so much since our wedding day on how amazing the food was how beautiful the venue looked and how everything felt so classy and upscale. I cannot recommend this venue anymore. I’m so happy I chose Club Roma, and I was the happiest bride in the world.

From the food, the drinks, the event coordinator, serving staff. I literally cannot say one bad thing about this venue. The people working for Club Roma are amazing, kind, patient, and very professional. The prices remain below other competitive rates within the GTA and for what you’re getting it is worth every single penny.

We got married in the Tuscan garden and enjoyed the pavilion space for reception on Sunday July 9, 2023. We had a live belly dancer for entertainment and we had a live harpist for the ceremony, each had no issues setting up and had very positive feedback about the event staff and location. We attended the symposium to see the decor and taste test food and drinks in January 2023. Samantha was our coordinator and she was just amazing, she ensured that she reserved everything we had seen at the symposium immediately. So many of my guest adored the venue and had very positive experiences that night. The pavilion can get a bit hot but it’s filled with laughing faces, dance moves and lively music any space would! Decorations can be minimal because the space truly speaks for its self. The bathrooms were in need of some TLC and outdated but it wasn’t exactly something I cared about!!

Thank you Samantha and the team at club Roman, we won’t forget this moment and thankfully it’s because of how smoothly everything went.

Club Roma was the perfect wedding venue for us! We were looking for an outdoor venue, as we had gotten engaged in 2021 and did not know what the pandemic would be like when we finally got to get married in 2023. It is the most beautiful venue with the best price! Victoria was our wedding coordinator, and she was fantastic to work with. Starting with the rehearsal dinner, everything was organized and well thought out. Our ceremony was supposed to be outdoors in the Tuscan Garden; however, due to the pouring rain, our ceremony had to move indoors. The staff made the indoor space look so cozy and beautiful, and Victoria was awesome at taking extra care to ensure that my husband did not see me before the ceremony! Our guests could not say enough good things about our reception. For weeks after the wedding, one of the most common comments was how delicious the food was! The decor was all included with the venue, and the bar was open all night! Our guests loved the little fire tables that were outside the pavilion, and could not stop talking about how lovely the entire outdoor space was.... so many of them have actually changed their social media profile photos to themselves at our wedding venue! I loved that the first wedding I attended at Club Roma was my own, and it will always have a special place in our hearts.

Nicole our wedding planner was amazing! Club Roma was very professional and prompt when responding to my emails. Everything that Club Roma provided us (food, drinks, space, decor) was worth every penny we spent! We have people still raving about the antipasto and the dinner! If you're looking for an all in venue, Club Roma is IT.

When we first started looking for venues for our wedding, I didn’t even really know where to start. I knew I wanted everything taken care of, (ie. i didn’t want to be searching for table cloths and having catering / drinks from the outside). I wanted a gorgeous, one stop shop. I looked at my MOH (sister) and right away she said “omg Club Roma.”
We actually booked the date and venue site-unseen in the height of the third COVID wave. I can say this, this was the best decision I’ve ever made for such a huge life event.
Everything was taken care of. Ceremony, food, drinks. We even held my bridal shower there and it was the most beautiful day. They truly cater to you and your needs and use their packaging styles to help you scope out your perfect day from arrival, to ceremony, to photos, to cocktail hour and reception.
Our wedding planner, Nicole, was by far the highlight of this experience. She did everything she could to help me sculpt this perfect day, and didn’t flinch when I brought in my mom and sister (MOH) for every meeting.
She worked with us and always had ideas and options available, when and if we decided to pivot with an idea.
Every single thing about this day was perfect. I have Zero complaints.
The ceremony alone, in the gorgeous Tuscan Garden - was so incredibly beautiful, I had people telling me it was the most beautiful ceremony they ever went to.
The food was amazing, the antipasto and midnight Buffett were incredible. And. Of course, the all-inclusive bar was an absolute hit.
If you want a gorgeous one stop shop, this is it. We knew when we went in for our wedding showcase that we picked the right place, we knew even more when we met the amazing Nicole. Seriously. Day or night, this woman was a text away and I couldn’t have been happier with her. Seeing her when I walked in for my wedding day and having her calming presence beside me before I walked down the aisle, was above and beyond!
We loved everything about Club Roma - we highly recommend!
