My husband and I recently had our wedding at Club Roma on October 24, 2020. We had our ceremony outside in the gardens, had refreshments for our guests in the Member’s Lounge and our reception in the Starlight Room. We toured venues in spring of 2019 and after seeing several decided on Club Roma. We first met with Sean during our initial tours. He was knowledgeable and was able to assist with any questions and details we had. We really liked that Club Roma had so much to offer- multiple ballrooms, outdoor ceremony space, beautiful grounds and lots of decor to choose from. After booking with Club Roma, Victoria became our wedding coordinator. She was absolutely amazing from the planning to the wedding day.

We were invited to the wedding showcase in June 2019 and were able to sample all of the food and drinks as well as meet with many preferred vendors. Victoria met with us to plan everything out and spent over an hour going over timelines and every small detail. She constantly kept us informed and was prompt answering emails and my many questions.

We were very worried with COVID-19 and the ability to have any type of function. Club Roma and Victoria were so accommodating and flexible! They allowed us to drop our number (from 165 to 50) and adjusted anything that needed to change due to restrictions (antipasto buffet changed to elaborate antipasto platters and served stations). They were flexible with payment timelines (again with changing restrictions over the summer and early fall) and really worked with us to make it the day we always planned. Victoria readily agreed to meet with us to discuss new details and put me completely at ease.

I had my bridal shower and our rehearsal dinner at Club Roma. The shower was in the Anziani Room and the food, service and set up was executed perfectly. This gave me great relief knowing the wedding would be great as well. We also had our rehearsal dinner at Club Roma at La Terrazza. The food was fantastic! Everyone could not get over how great the food was and how nice of an atmosphere the room had- definitely a Niagara hidden gem!

I must have emailed Victoria a dozen times leading up the wedding and each time she answered all of my questions and made sure that I was comfortable and happy. She facilitated me dropping off all of my items in the days before and decorated the room exactly as I had envisioned. I was slightly worried as I am a perfectionist and she did exactly as I had planned. The day of, Victoria ensured everything went smoothly and was on time. She coordinated with my vendors and took care of all the coordination and details for me! She even remembered and ensured all of the little details/requests we had- like having a very specific type of pop at the bar. It was very comforting to have her greet me before the ceremony and be with us throughout the reception to ensure everything went smoothly.

The staff at Club Roma have all been top notch. The servers were friendly, efficient and attended to everyone's needs. Our bartender was Patrick and he kept the drinks coming all night! Our server from the rehearsal made our best man a special drink and said she would tell Patrick for our wedding the next evening. Patrick made this drink so well that it became the signature drink of the night!

Everyone at Club Roma went above and beyond to make sure our wedding could happen and feel as special and normal as could be. I cannot express how grateful I am to them. With all the stress of not only a wedding but also a pandemic, they all worked so hard to make our wedding as perfect as possible. And they did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend having your wedding or any event at Club Roma. Thank you to Club Roma for making our wedding such a special and unforgettable experience!

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this venue. My husband and I made a quick decision to check out Club Roma back in April of 2023 for our September 2024 wedding and we are SO glad that we did. The grounds are absolutely stunning - when in full bloom, there are flowers and lush greenery all around the gardens and the ceremony sites. We decided to get married in their Tuscan Garden and have our post-ceremony photos taken on site, which made things so convenient and yielded gorgeous photos! Our reception was held in the Gemini Ballroom, which is the perfect mixture of grand and modern rustic. The bar/lounge area is large and welcoming and the hall lends itself to many different set ups and sizes of weddings. Having the bar just outside of the actual hall was nice for guests who wanted to chat away from the music. The staff were just incredible - the kitchen was very accommodating to guests with allergies and dietary restrictions (from vegan to celiac, we even had a guest who could not have any alcohol cooked into her dishes), the food was well made (everyone RAVED about the lasagna and antipasto bar!), the wait staff were friendly and attentive and the bartenders could make just about any drink you wanted (except for blended drinks). Our venue coordinator, Emma Pepperall, was a dream to work with. She answered all of our questions and was always so reassuring, working hard to make sure our vision for the ceremony and reception came to life. The day ran SO smoothly with her running the show, I never had anyone ask me a single question through the entire day. I knew we were in great hands from the first moment we stepped foot on the property. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a location with great aesthetic, great food and hardworking, pleasant staff. Weddings these days are expensive, but Club Roma is very competitive with their pricing and for what you get it is worth every penny!

10/10 for Club Roma. We had the best day of our lives. The venue takes care of all the set up and offers a bunch of decor peices at no extra cost. The reception and ceremony spaces are beautifully kept and the flower gardens around are beautiful.
They had a change of staff half way thru the planning process but the new staff members made us feel just as good as the original. Everything was just perfect. The food was amazing, and service was quick and flawless, and the bar was flowing. Everyone had a great time.

Club Roma really fit our bill of an all inclusive venue (beautiful greenery, ceremony space, covered reception area, in house catering and bar) and then even exceeded expectations with: an extensive menu, flexibility with outside food so we could provide our guests with multiple dessert options, a large selection of in house decor that is set up by their team, as well as being incredibly accommodating with dietary restrictions. All of our guests remarked about how stunning and perfect the venue was, which given that most came from out of town made us so happy.

There were a few hiccups along the way, some of which happened the day of, but Club Roma was very professional and generous with their handling of the issues after the fact when we settled up with them. We have thanked not only our own team, but theirs as well for such a beautiful day and for their help.

We highly recommend going with either the platinum or diamond packages as those two include the antipasto bar during cocktail hour which was such a crowd pleaser. You also get upgraded table linens from Simply Beautiful, and Club Roma takes care of those the day of which really elevated our whole experience.

We are so so happy with how our wedding day unfolded, and are absolutely in love with our photos, and we are so happy that we booked with Club Roma.

We highly recommend Club Roma, specifically the garden pavilion for your wedding. The service was incredible and they were very attentive through every step of the process. The day was so smooth, even with rain and having to move our ceremony inside. Our coordinator Samantha made sure the space was beautifully decorated and even added pieces from their own stock of decor to make sure it didn’t look bland or empty. All of the staff were amazing on the day of and our guests were very happy with the service and food. Many guests said it was some of the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. We had our own server and he was so attentive to us throughout the entire night. We are so thankful to Club Roma in playing a huge role in making our wedding day the best day of our lives.

I cannot say enough about our daughter and son- in- law’s wedding this May at the Club Roma Garden Pavilion. From the moment we visited, and they decided to book this venue, (two years ago) it has been a most positive and rewarding experience. Emma, their wedding coordinator, understood the bride’s vision and executed it with such professionalism and creativity, we were blown away. She listened, she suggested, she was beyond amazing! From the bar staff, to the wait staff, we so appreciated their attention to detail, their desire to please, and their enthusiasm to make our wedding experience such a success! The venue and ceremony areas itself was breathtaking and lovingly tended. The food was delicious and the drinks fabulous! I want to also say that we had the wedding rehearsal dinner here (we highly recommend this!) and Club Roma, you knocked it out of the park! The food was more than we expected and so, so good. Jaylinn, our rehearsal dinner waitress, was EXCELLENT. Emma was there to help us with the rehearsal and she even helped Jaylinn with getting our food to us. Club Roma, you are very lucky to have these two dedicated women working for you!
We want to sincerely thank Club Roma and all their staff, from everyone who set up the ceremony chairs, cleaned up the rose petals, to the chefs and kitchen staff who cooked that delicious food, to the staff who set up the venue, to those who attended to every detail, thank you, thank you, thank you for making our daughter and son-in-law’s day so very magical. It truly was a “FairyDale.” You cannot believe the number of guests who kept saying, “This is the BEST wedding we have ever been to.” It certainly was, thanks to Club Roma!

Cierra and the team at Club Roma did a flawless job with facilitating me and my wife's wedding day. They were very accommodating and flexible with the last minute changes we throw at them, coordinating with our vendors, and exceeding our expectations in making the plans we have in mind translate in person. Hospitality and the food was spot on even through our simple to our complicated request. Highly recommend.

Club Roma was the first venue we toured and we booked the next day. It was clear from the start that they knew their stuff. We got paired with Anna Marie - who is an absolute asset and magic maker.
6 months ahead of the wedding, they invite you and up to four guests to attend a Showcase - where you see the whole space, view decor, meet coordinators and external vendors; try all the food (every course) as well as the bar options and desserts. It really helped with keeping our family involved in the decisions as well as solidify what we wanted day of.
From there Anna-Marie consulted and communicated back and forth with us to finalize all the details. She gave great suggestions and captured our vision and wants to a t.
We opted to have a rehearsal and dinner at their on-site Bistro. And WOW - it was such a great evening. It literally gave me butterflies finally seeing the Gardens and Pavilion with lush greenery and in the evening lit up.
On the wedding day, they absolutely crushed it. Anna-Marie and her team kept us on time but also enjoying the moment. The food was amazing, the decor looks stunning (did I mention most of the decor is all inclusive so no stress in coordinating all the little things!) and the atmosphere was so heartwarming and special. We had the best night and the staff truly made you feel like royalty. I am beyond grateful we chose this venue. It was worth everything and more - and we are still getting compliments about it.

Our wedding was at Club Roma on October 21, 2023 in the pavilion. My husband wanted a venue that was rustic while I wanted a venue that was more food focused. Club Roma was the best compromise between both worlds. We had an absolute perfect wedding day that went off with out any issues. Sam, our coordinator was fantastic to work with and made our day so easy. We provided a list and boxes of decor and she set everything up for us without any stress. Everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful. We wanted to have a late night chicken wing bar which Sam made happen - so amazing. We have been complemented so much since our wedding day on how amazing the food was how beautiful the venue looked and how everything felt so classy and upscale. I cannot recommend this venue anymore. I’m so happy I chose Club Roma, and I was the happiest bride in the world.
