Celebrate your wedding in a ballroom, under the stars or surrounded by lush greenery at Club Roma. Located in St. Catherines, Ontario, this venue boasts elegant and romantic event spaces.

The venue offers a variety of indoor and outdoor event spaces. Whatever the size of your wedding, Club Roma can accommodate it. Some of its event sites include:
- Gemini Ballroom: This is the largest of event spaces offered. With gorgeous chandeliers and a beautifully pleasing aesethic, the ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 500 guests.
- Starlight Room: The Starlight Room features an extraordinary setting. Decorated with the canopy of magical stars, this location can host around 200 guests.
- Garden Pavilion: Set amidst lovely gardens and majestic trees, this covered outdoor location is ideal for hosting both ceremonies and receptions. It features a accordian glass walls, outdoor bar, restrooms, and ample parking space.

An experienced and knowledgeable wedding specialist will take care of all the details of your event to ensure you enjoy your special day. Club Roma offers all-inclusive wedding packages, such as the Gold and Platinum wedding packages that include a premium open bar and wine service throughout the celebration. Couples are also free to customize their own package to suit their taste and style. Some of the items in the packages include:

Cuisine

Club Roma is an amazing venue!
We got married at Club Roma in the garden space and had the reception in the garden pavilion. It was absolutely gorgeous. Many of our guests said it was the nicest venue they had been to. Our coordinator Emma was very responsive to all of my emails, and she set up the decor EXACTLY how I wanted it. She also was very present and made sure our ceremony ran smoothly. The service for cocktail hour and dinner was incredible and very efficient. The guests raved about the food! Additionally, Club Roma has a lot of decor onsite already, which really helps with planning. The only negative thing was that the bridal suite for the pavilion did not have a private washroom. Otherwise, I highly recommend Club Roma!!!

Best Wedding Venue In Niagara!
I cannot recommend Club Roma highly enough as a wedding venue! I got married April 2025 and from start to finish, the experience was seamless, easy, and honestly—fun. Compared to other venues in the area, Club Roma was incredibly reasonably priced, but what truly set it apart was the level of service and experience they brought to the table. Every question I had was answered with confidence—and more importantly—with a "yes."
We were lucky enough to work with Emma Pepperall, who was technically our venue coordinator but honestly felt like a full-on wedding planner. She was an absolute dream to work with: responsive, organized, and always willing to go the extra mile. Any idea I had, she made it happen—and she handled all the setup and cleanup, which took such a huge weight off my shoulders.
The venue itself is stunning, especially the Garden Pavilion, where I had my ceremony. It’s such a beautiful space that it needed very little extra decor. On top of that, Club Roma has a huge inventory of decor to choose from, and they partner with many excellent local vendors, which made planning even easier.
Now let’s talk about the food and bar—hands down the best I’ve ever experienced at a wedding (and I’m not just saying that because it was mine!). The food was absolutely delicious, and the bar was incredible. They created signature cocktails for us and were happy to serve any additional drinks our guests wanted. Everyone was raving about it.
Thanks to Club Roma, Emma, and their amazing team, my wedding day was truly the best day of my life. I felt so supported, everything looked and ran perfectly, and I got to fully enjoy every moment. If you're considering Club Roma—do it. You will not regret it.

Lovely experience
This venue was super organized the day of, i was so worried because of the stories ive heard from people on social media about different venues. Our day of coordinator was amazing, thank you Emma truly. We dropped things off and she just handled the rest from setting it up to making sure it was also aesthetically pleasing. Even the next day was smooth, they ensured us to not worry and come pick up our stuff the next day. We had the privilege to just enjoy the night and no packing up for us. Thank you again Club Roma

Great day for a wedding
10/10 for Club Roma. We had the best day of our lives. The venue takes care of all the set up and offers a bunch of decor peices at no extra cost. The reception and ceremony spaces are beautifully kept and the flower gardens around are beautiful.
They had a change of staff half way thru the planning process but the new staff members made us feel just as good as the original. Everything was just perfect. The food was amazing, and service was quick and flawless, and the bar was flowing. Everyone had a great time.

A stunning venue, a hidden gem in St Catharines
Club Roma really fit our bill of an all inclusive venue (beautiful greenery, ceremony space, covered reception area, in house catering and bar) and then even exceeded expectations with: an extensive menu, flexibility with outside food so we could provide our guests with multiple dessert options, a large selection of in house decor that is set up by their team, as well as being incredibly accommodating with dietary restrictions. All of our guests remarked about how stunning and perfect the venue was, which given that most came from out of town made us so happy.
There were a few hiccups along the way, some of which happened the day of, but Club Roma was very professional and generous with their handling of the issues after the fact when we settled up with them. We have thanked not only our own team, but theirs as well for such a beautiful day and for their help.
We highly recommend going with either the platinum or diamond packages as those two include the antipasto bar during cocktail hour which was such a crowd pleaser. You also get upgraded table linens from Simply Beautiful, and Club Roma takes care of those the day of which really elevated our whole experience.
We are so so happy with how our wedding day unfolded, and are absolutely in love with our photos, and we are so happy that we booked with Club Roma.

The best day of our lives!
We highly recommend Club Roma, specifically the garden pavilion for your wedding. The service was incredible and they were very attentive through every step of the process. The day was so smooth, even with rain and having to move our ceremony inside. Our coordinator Samantha made sure the space was beautifully decorated and even added pieces from their own stock of decor to make sure it didn’t look bland or empty. All of the staff were amazing on the day of and our guests were very happy with the service and food. Many guests said it was some of the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. We had our own server and he was so attentive to us throughout the entire night. We are so thankful to Club Roma in playing a huge role in making our wedding day the best day of our lives.

Magical Garden Pavilion Wedding
I cannot say enough about our daughter and son- in- law’s wedding this May at the Club Roma Garden Pavilion. From the moment we visited, and they decided to book this venue, (two years ago) it has been a most positive and rewarding experience. Emma, their wedding coordinator, understood the bride’s vision and executed it with such professionalism and creativity, we were blown away. She listened, she suggested, she was beyond amazing! From the bar staff, to the wait staff, we so appreciated their attention to detail, their desire to please, and their enthusiasm to make our wedding experience such a success! The venue and ceremony areas itself was breathtaking and lovingly tended. The food was delicious and the drinks fabulous! I want to also say that we had the wedding rehearsal dinner here (we highly recommend this!) and Club Roma, you knocked it out of the park! The food was more than we expected and so, so good. Jaylinn, our rehearsal dinner waitress, was EXCELLENT. Emma was there to help us with the rehearsal and she even helped Jaylinn with getting our food to us. Club Roma, you are very lucky to have these two dedicated women working for you!
We want to sincerely thank Club Roma and all their staff, from everyone who set up the ceremony chairs, cleaned up the rose petals, to the chefs and kitchen staff who cooked that delicious food, to the staff who set up the venue, to those who attended to every detail, thank you, thank you, thank you for making our daughter and son-in-law’s day so very magical. Flexibility to last minute changes at its finest. Highly recommend.
Cierra and the team at Club Roma did a flawless job with facilitating me and my wife's wedding day. They were very accommodating and flexible with the last minute changes we throw at them, coordinating with our vendors, and exceeding our expectations in making the plans we have in mind translate in person. Hospitality and the food was spot on even through our simple to our complicated request. Highly recommend.

Professional, Stress-free and the Best Day of Our Lives
Exceeded our expectation by a mile!
Club Roma was the first venue we toured and we booked the next day. It was clear from the start that they knew their stuff. We got paired with Anna Marie - who is an absolute asset and magic maker.
6 months ahead of the wedding, they invite you and up to four guests to attend a Showcase - where you see the whole space, view decor, meet coordinators and external vendors; try all the food (every course) as well as the bar options and desserts. It really helped with keeping our family involved in the decisions as well as solidify what we wanted day of.
From there Anna-Marie consulted and communicated back and forth with us to finalize all the details. She gave great suggestions and captured our vision and wants to a t.
We opted to have a rehearsal and dinner at their on-site Bistro. And WOW - it was such a great evening. It literally gave me butterflies finally seeing the Gardens and Pavilion with lush greenery and in the evening lit up.
On the wedding day, they absolutely crushed it. Anna-Marie and her team kept us on time but also enjoying the moment. The food was amazing, the decor looks stunning (did I mention most of the decor is all inclusive so no stress in coordinating all the little things!) and the atmosphere was so heartwarming and special. We had the best night and the staff truly made you feel like royalty. I am beyond grateful we chose this venue. It was worth everything and more - and we are still getting compliments about it.
