We absolutely loved our experience at Shelby’s Pond and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

The venue is beautiful with a rustic farm feel, incredible mountain views, a peaceful pond, and a stunning willow tree. Our friends and family were truly wowed by the scenery, and it was breathtaking on our wedding day.

Robbie was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process. She arranged extra tours so we could show the venue to our family, helped coordinate ice during an extreme heat wave when we were not on site, and made us feel completely supported from the beginning. We also lost a very important card on our wedding night, and Robbie took the time to search the property and found it for us the next day, which meant so much to us.

While touring other venues, we met people who felt abrasive or dismissive and left us feeling uncomfortable. Your wedding day is incredibly personal, and it is not something you want to share with someone who makes you feel uneasy. Robbie made us feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for, and we truly felt welcome as a same sex couple.

We also appreciated being able to supply our own wine for the tables, with the note that it does need to be removed after dinner. It was an extremely hot day, and while the barn did get warm, the fans and large barn doors helped keep air moving.

Everything went off without a hitch. The bar service was great, bathrooms were consistently stocked, and Robbie set up the aisle chairs perfectly for the ceremony. We loved that the venue provided tables and chairs, so we did not have to rent them separately. Having access to the venue from Friday to Sunday was a huge stress relief and made everything so much easier. The covered patio was perfect for food service, and power was reliable for the DJ and vendors.

We truly loved our experience at Shelby’s Pond and are so grateful to have celebrated our wedding there.

Shelby's Pond was everything we could have wanted for our wedding! Such a beautiful location, both at the barn and in front of the pond. The owner Robbie was so helpful, and accommodating. We ending up having a rain storm during our wedding, and we were able to quickly shift to having our wedding inside the barn. I would suggest this location to everyone i know. Such reasonably prices for everything you get!

I loved that you could have your ceremony and reception in the same place and it took so much stress (and saved $$$) to have the venue for the entire weekend because I didn't have to hire anyone for set up and take dow. Robbie was great to work with- I appreciated her letting me come visit the venue as much as I wanted. The scenery is gorgeous and the space really doesn't need much decor at all. We wanted our wedding to be casual and family oriented and this venue was perfect for that! Would definitely recommend!

Everything about the venue was amazing. Ceremony and Reception all in one place. All good comments from the guests how beautiful the scenery was. Great service.The lady who run the place was very pleasant to work with. Had an awesome experience 😊

I cannot say enough good things about or experience at Shelby’s pond for our special day. The venue was perfect for us. Beautiful backdrop for the ceremony and a beautiful barn for the rest of the celebration. Great service and a joy to work with. Thank you again!
