Located in the pristine setting of Pitt Meadows, British Columbia, Golden Eagle Golf Club is an ideal venue for celebrating the most special day of your life. Framed by the magnificent Thompson Mountains, the club features two 18-hole championship golf courses. The venue’s knowledgeable and friendly staff is committed to helping you create the wedding celebration you have been dreaming of. From planning to execution and clean up, the staff is ready to serve couples in any way.
Facilities and capacity
Along with using the lovely outdoor deck and banquet room, you can host your ceremony on the beautiful terrace that covers an area of 2,200 square feet and boasts stunning views of the mountains and golf course. The venue has the capacity to accommodate up to 150 guests. To spice up the big day, couples can also opt for the various helicopter packages offered by the venue. These packages include helicopter rides before or after the celebration.

The club’s professional and talented wedding coordinator will assist you as you are planning your day. Couples can either choose from the various packages offered or customize their own package. Ceremony packages include the following services:

Add in a helicopter flight to a beautiful mountain top location for your pre or post bridal photo shoot.

Executive Chef Robert Dew will assist you in designing a menu according to your preferred taste and style. We used Golden Eagle as our wedding venue and could not have been happier. Their wonderful outdoor ceremony pavilion with the mountains behind it resulted in some gorgeous photos, we were able to take sunset photos on the course, and their dining and dancing area is a warm and intimate space perfect for a wedding reception. We especially loved all the fairly lights and draperies on the walls that really leant the space a magical feel. The staff were excellent and their wedding co-ordinator, Lamica, was a huge help in ensuring we had everything we needed both before and the day of the wedding, including helping us determine what vendors we needed and setting up all the timings for the day.

We had our wedding in August 2022.
Lamica and the Golden Eagle team we amazing! Lamica has been there since day one! She was very accommodating and always responsive to our inquiries. She understands how stressful it can be planning a wedding- she helped us organize our timeline, recommended some vendors, suggested some decor ideas, and answered all the questions my husband and I had either via email or phone call.
Our wedding day was a dream come true! Lamica and her team made everything go smoothly! We cannot thank her enough for all the help and hard work she's done to help us! Great Venue
This was a great venue that offeres many things on site making planning super easy and stress free. The food was amazing. The coordinator was super helpful and informative and ensured that everything ran smoothly. We loved that they offer decor and floral services through Rosewood. They were super flexible with how we wanted the bar/alcohol handled. It's also just a beautiful setting.

A magical day!
Our wedding at Golden Eagle Golf Club was 2 weekends ago, yet all of our guests are still talking about the special day! Lamica was so amazing and helpful throughout the journey and this day could not have happened without her support. She guided us throughout the whole process and was always available to answer our many questions. She made sure every detail was perfectly addressed and she was clearly experienced in wedding planning. The location of the venue was gorgeous and we could not have asked for better scenery. Many of our guests said our wedding was one of the most beautiful weddings they have attended! Being swept away in a helicopter after the ceremony felt like a dream! Also, a huge shout out to the chef because the food was amazing. The guests are still raving about the food! He was so accommodating to meet different dietary needs. We would recommend Golden Eagle Golf Club to anyone wanting a magical wedding!

Amazing wedding venue and team
We had our wedding at Golden Eagle last weekend, and everything went completely smoothly. The natural beauty of the venue speaks for itself, but the reception area is also beautiful with all the chandeliers and twinkly lights. Many guests told me it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Lamica was amazing- she responded to all of my (many) emails EXTREMELY promptly and was very organized and excellent at communicating. She led us through our rehearsal dinner and made sure we knew what to expect day of. The servers and other wedding staff are all extremely kind, and also helpful to my family who was taking down decor at the end of the night, helping in any ways they could. Would 10:10 recommend this venue and Lamica!!

Amazing Wedding
We had an incredible experience with our venue. They were always quick to respond and extremely flexible! Lamica is their event coordinator and she makes magic happen! We had to rearrange a bunch of things last second and you would have never known!

Golden Eagle is the best!
Before we chose Golden Eagle to host our wedding we went to see different venues in lower mainland. What made us to choose Golden Eagle out of all other venues was because of the mountain backdrop of the ceremony site and the fairy land banquet room. It was definitely a bonus when we got to work with Lamica. She is such a wonderful and cheerful lady. She is very responsive and helpful. She gave us the initial advice of the wedding day schedule. There is no small question to ask her. It was such a wonderful experience to work with her. The wedding went very smoothly. Thanks for Lamica who basically ran the back end of the whole reception. The wedding came and went but the memory is forever in our mind. The food was amazing! We chose the gold buffet and it was wonderful. The guests highly appraised the food: the canapés were gone quickly and the groom’s mom said “ The food was stupendous and the roast beef I had been waiting weeks for was more worth the wait ! The whole meal was simply amazing! By the time dessert arrived, we had to share since we were so full”. If you are thinking where to host your wedding, look no further, Golden Eagle golf club is the best! We highly recommend it!!!

Me and my now husband hired Lamica and team at golden eagle golf club! I cannot express how much she made the day a breeze. Lamica kept on top of all my crazy questions, her and the team provided excellent service throughout the planning journey from walking us around the venue at day 1 to keeping in contact a few days after making sure everything was as we saw fit.
The food was amazing- the chef and his team provided delicious food that everyone at our wedding was raving about.
The event staff that stayed throughout the evening was so much fun and easy to work with- they we super friendly and answered my crazy questions throughout the evening as well- keeping the event space clean and tidy.
Golden Eagle Golf Club is overall an 11 out 10 in my books and I recommend anyone to go take a look and chat with Lamica.

A truly unforgettable day
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Lamica and her team at Golden Eagle. Our guests have not stopped talking about the amazing food and how friendly the servers all were. Lamica was always there to answer my questions and helped me every step of the way with planning and organizing. When we had to reschedule due to covid, Lamica made it absolutely seamless and stress-free and I can’t thank her enough for that. Amazing experience!
We all absolutely loved the wedding experience at Golden Eagle Golf Club. Super beautiful location and very nice setup. Lamica is very nice and helped us a lot with planning the event, she was also very flexible with our last-minute changes. The food was very delicious.
