We had the most incredible wedding at Meadow Gardens Golf Club! The venue is absolutely stunning - beautifully maintained with breathtaking views. Kayla and the entire staff were amazing, checking in on us throughout the day and making sure everything ran smoothly. Kayla did everything she could to bring our vision to life and provided excellent recommendations for trusted vendors.

The food was also a highlight! We had a plated dinner, and our guests were still talking about how delicious it was weeks later. Some even said it was the best steak they’d ever had, especially for a wedding!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Meadow Gardens for anyone looking for a gorgeous venue with top-notch service and food.

I recently got married here at the end of August and it was beautiful. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and made my dreams really come true. Kayla the wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing, she helped with everything I needed and reassured me of my concerns and was a huge help when it came to pictures. Food was amazing everyone loved it and the golf course is a beautiful place to get amazing golden hour pictures. Highly recommend and can’t wait to have more events here in the future!!

She was always a phone call away prior to wedding answering every question we had. Honestly the best wedding coordinator ever. The venue was absolutely stunning. Our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives, and so much of that is thanks to Kayla, our incredible event coordinator. From the very first meeting, Kayla was warm, attentive, and impressively organized. She made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free, always communicating clearly and responding quickly to any questions we had.

Me and my now wife were looking to get married and found Meadow Gardens Golf club on our search. They were very friendly when we first had our initial meeting, provided everything we needed to make a quick decision to rent the venue for our wedding. Leading to the wedding, they were always accommodating to our request, and ensured us a seamless stress free time planning our big day. On the day of the wedding they were very helpful in getting things organized and provided the best service I’ve seen in a while. The food was top score (would recommend the squash ravioli) and by the end of the night everyone left happy and with great memories. I highly recommend this venue if anyone is looking to get married. Kayla was hands down one of the best coordinators around!

My husband and I sort of knew we wanted to book Meadow Gardens before we even met with Kayla, but after our first meeting - we didn't need to look any further.
We were shown around the grounds, given a rundown on how the day would look and of course, went over the wedding packages.
The grounds are stunning; the clubhouse is well kept, spacious and the food is SO good - we seriously had so so so many compliments about the food!!!

From the get go, Kayla helped bring the vision of our day to light and was always answered my ridiculous/stressed out emails promptly and always with kindness.
Once rehearsal time came, and I saw her interact with my other vendors with ease and I knew I wasn't going to be worrying about a thing come wedding day -- and I was right! If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I couldn't tell you because everything was taken care of!
Kayla is a professional through and through and simply enjoys her job and takes care. I cannot thank her enough for the work she put in for us.

Apart from the venue being so beautiful, Kayla and the team at Meadow Gardens Golf Club are truly angels! Thank you SO much for making mine and my now husband's special day a dream come true. Kayla, you took the stress and load off of every little detail possible, from the moment we met to the very end of our wedding day/night. You were very calming and supportive through it all. We appreciate you!

We booked a ceremony on the terrace and reception in the Ivory Room. Due to rain, we had to go with plan B and bring the ceremony in. It was done smoothly thanks to our event coordinator Kayla Bell. They were able to assist us with last minute details with the decorations and were very accomodating. We had a lunch buffet, wine service and a host bar. It was all excellent!

From searching for a venue , booking Meadow Gardens to wedding day , Kayla and Erin were absolutely incredible. We had to select food , give guest totals and pay , the ladies literally did everything else. I am amazed at how flawless our wedding was. They timed everything perfectly so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. If you’re planning a wedding and want it to be stress free , book with Kayla ! The food was incredible ! Our guests are still talking about it !!

You want a venue manager who will help your day go seamlessly? Go here. Kayla was a godsend and honestly kind of a therapist. You are helped with budget, timeline, vendors, seating charts, you name it, you can ask for a helping hand. Communication is phenomenal and Kayla was always ok with us coming in for a quick meeting if I was having a crisis. She connected with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. All our guests raved about the food, even at the rehearsal dinner everyone was absolutely blown away.
It ended up raining on our wedding day, but Kayla was on it and got a giant tent to cover everything. There are also some really cool places to take photos on sight, I only have sneak peeks, and even those are amazing. Of course no bride wants to take outside pictures in the rain, but we made it work.
Everyone said it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Can't say enough good things about this venue.
