Canadian Wilderness Adventures is a year-round adventure activity operator that invites couples to host their weddings at their unique venues in the vast wilds of Whistler, British Columbia. Set amongst one of the country's most pristine sites of natural beauty, party-goers are certain to fall in love with the spellbinding wilderness locations. The sharp peaks of the Fitzsimmons Range, including the iconic Whistler mountains, create a backdrop of epic proportions against which to say "I do". Whilst the venue is located far from the bright lights of any city, it is nevertheless easily accessed from nearby Whistler Village via a short and enjoyable drive.

Facilities and Capacity

Canadian Wilderness Adventures' gates are open to welcome parties into a world of bucolic bliss amid snow-covered pine forests. The barn is a spacious property, and can welcome up to 300 guests to celebrate together. Couples can choose to celebrate outdoors in order to take full advantage of the barn's scenic wilderness location. A ceremony site can be set up on the patio of the barn, out front of the impressive barn doors, at the Caboose, or in the nearby forest. Retreating indoors into the warmth of the barn, a venue of pure pastoral chic awaits. The barn's patio welcomes in ample natural light, casting its warm wooden interior beams into relief. Its high-raised ceilings support cartwheel chandeliers, and strings of fairy lights wrap around sturdy posts throughout the room. In warmer months, a dinner reception can be set up outside. There is limited parking available on-site, shuttles are strongly suggested.

Services Offered

Canadian Wilderness Adventures' staff is immensely proud of their venue and welcome groups with open arms. They can organize tours of the surrounding backcountry trails into the wilderness. These are great fun and include snowmobile rides in the winter and ATV and off-road buggy tours in the summer. The venue is suitable for all stages of the wedding experience, from ceremony to reception.
