Caroline was beyond amazing, covid kept throwing obstacles at her and she just kept making our day better. She was worth every penny and as a result we only have fond memories of our wedding day. Honestly could not have done it without her.

We are so glad that we chose Love & Confetti to provide day-of-coordinator services for our wedding! From our very first meeting, we knew we had to book Caroline. She is absolutely amazing - friendly, kind, punctual, and detail-oriented. Most importantly, we could tell that she was very passionate about the work that she does.

Caroline attended our rehearsal and made sure it ran smoothly. She contacted all of our vendors beforehand and helped us make important contact lists and iron out the details of our timeline. She had a lot of helpful ideas and suggestions for us as we moved towards our big day.

On the actual day of our wedding, Caroline worked tirelessly in the background, helping with all the decor and directing the vendors. She coordinated with the photographers and helped with the first look. She coordinated with the DJ during the ceremony, introductions at dinner, speeches, and first dance. She assisted with putting the boutonnieres and corsages on the wedding party and family members. We also had a Chinese tea ceremony at the venue and Caroline helped with the set up as well. She had safety pins in her bridal emergency kit when one of my guests needed them for her dress. These are just a few of the things that she did! No detail was overlooked and she did everything with grace and a positive attitude. She even helped to make sure all the toilet paper was fully stocked in the bathrooms for our guests! She really does make sure that you and your guests can relax and enjoy your wedding without having to worry about these smaller things.

We were very impressed with the level of Caroline's services. We cannot say enough about her. She is so sweet and professional. Our wedding was a success and everything was perfect. We would highly, highly recommend her.

If I could change one vendor from my wedding, it would be Caroline. Many months after the wedding I still feel such extreme regret hiring Caroline. She did not care about my wedding day, and ruined so many elements that I had spent over a year planning.

Firstly, you should know that she does not honour the contract that you sign. Even though the contract covered the whole wedding day, shortly before the wedding she decided that she was not going to stay until the end of the night unless I payed her more. She also didn't stay for the entire rehearsal because her parking ran out.

She is not organized. Even though I had paid her in full. she sent me another invoice a month before the wedding because she hadn't recorded that I had paid. She repeatedly gave wrong information to vendors. Communication was a big issue. She set up "office hours" but then wasn't always available during those hours. After I waited over 8 hours for her to reply after a last minute change was needed right before my wedding, her excuse was that she was spending time with her family - even though she never communicated this earlier or put on an out-of-office reply.

The biggest problem was the wedding day. Her main job was to set up the ceremony and reception spaces. She managed to set up the ceremony space and we went through with the wedding ceremony. However, after it was done I found out that she hadn't set up the reception space AT ALL - which guests were heading to right after the ceremony. We could have delayed the wedding if she needed more time. My guests went to a reception space that didn't have music playing, no flowers on the tables, and no favours on the tables. She had left them in the groom's suite without bothering to take them to the reception for them to be set up. She blamed it on the restaurant even though it was not their fault. The cake was not on a stand. Decor was still in the hotel room, waiting for her to take down to the reception.

She doesn't take responsibility for her mistakes. She doesn't read the instructions that you send her. She doesn't do what she is supposed to do. She is very inexperienced. Pay someone more and hire someone that actually knows what they are doing as a wedding planner.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Caroline and her team for my wedding in October. Caroline is worth her weight in gold and then some!! She's extremely organized and helpful and made the day of the wedding super easy and comfortable. I don't think I could've pulled it off without her.

My husband and I knew we wanted to work with her as soon as we met her. She's very friendly and makes you feel confident in her abilities. She was our day of coordinator so we didn't have her for the whole planning process but once she took over, it helped me focus on other things and I knew I didn't have to worry since she was always on top of everything. I knew I could tell Caroline something once and it would get done. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. She even helped me after the wedding when I had some trouble with one of my other vendors. I can't recommend her enough - trust me, you need her on your big day! Thank you so much for everything!!

Caroline was incredible. Our wedding day wouldn't have been the success it was without her. She was organized, never stopped working and went above and beyond what we expected to make sure we had a smooth day.

Caroline was amazing. I am a fairly organised person but I am not sure what I would have done without her on the day!
Caroline is friendly, organised and was always responsive to my emails and questions. She helped both our rehearsal and wedding day go flawlessly and we couldn't recommend her highly enough. She was the go-to person which meant that we could really just enjoy our day and not worry about anything.

Caroline was a great Day of Coordinator. She was very professional and always on top of things. She helped me with the timeline of all my events and called all my vendors prior to my wedding day. She was readily available and answered all my emails and questions promptly. Would highly recommend!
