Samantha from bridal bar was the perfect wedding day coordinator! It felt like my big sister was helping me plan my special day. The phone calls and emails before the big day were helpful and fun! It was like “oh yea I didn’t think of that!" and “oh that’s a cool idea!” On the day of things flowed perfectly. There were a few little check ins helping me relax and have fun getting ready knowing it was all handled! The day flowed perfectly and I had a fantastic time enjoying my special day completely stress free! I feel every bride needs a day of coordinator and I think I got the best there is booking Samantha!

This company was so incredible to work with! The best decision I made. They paid such great attention to detail and there is no way I would have been able to handle everything they were running around doing! Thank-you!

BRIDES BE WARNED - My wedding was July 7, 2024. The Bridal Bar has been pure disappointment from start to finish.

On your wedding day, you hope your planner has your back. Especially when you've provided them all the details to execute and they complement you consistently on your organization and your detail-oriented planning. But unfortunately, I caught Samantha in so many lies… and all she has done is blame other people for things that any decent person would just take ownership over, especially when all the facts and evidence shows she is in the wrong. I even gave her an opportunity to address the issues and she kept lying and diverting the blame.

2 weeks after the wedding I was sent an invoice for over $750 for items Samantha claims to have done before the wedding. I sent her 3 pages of my seating arrangements, which she asked for to place menus appropriately. She charged me for reviewing a 13 page document. If she had an issue with opening the document, she should have advised me first and asked me to agree to the extra charges. Not to mention, the 3 pages she was given were NOT even followed!!! Our contract includes her finalizing details with vendors. After the wedding, and with no approval/no warning, I was charged $175 for her phone call with the venue. I never agreed to this or preauthorized this. Lastly, the previously agreed to price for a third day-of coordinator was 20% greater on the invoice she submitted to me after the wedding, along with a late fee applied within 1 day of emailing me the invoice. Crazy unethical and scammy business practices by The Bridal Bar - which I have notified the Better Business Bureau accordingly.

Samantha is AMAZING! I was supposed to have my wedding on 2022, however one of our important guests got sick and we had to cancel the wedding. However I worked with Samantha for months and I couldn't ask for more in a wedding planner. She was always on top of any situation. I highly recommend her and her team. I know I was going to have an amazing wedding because she had everything organized, she even read my mind in multiple occasions. Definitely 5 stars!

As if planning a wedding wasn't hard enough, throw a pandemic into the mix and it becomes an impossible task. This team was very helpful from booking to execution, and answered all of my questions along the way. I booked with them last year and obviously things weren't going the way we had planned originally (247 guests) and so we decided to go with a very small intimate wedding of immediate family only. They assisted with the smaller wedding at no additional cost (even though it was a lot more work to cancel and change everything) It was still more beautiful than I imagined and we are looking forward to planning a large reception to celebrate in 2021 or 2022 with this company.
