Located on the west coast of Vancouver Island, nestled in the old growth rain forest, Cedar Haven offers a natural, tranquil setting to hold a memorable ceremony and has flexible reception space for a tented event. Facilities and capacity

Cedar Haven is a green, natural, breath-taking venue, where you can plan a perfect ceremony and wedding reception, with personalized details. The venue boasts stunning backdrops to create beautiful, unique wedding photos. Cedar Haven has the capacity to accommodate up to 100 guests.

The ceremony site, Natures Cathedral, is a natural amphitheater with a seasonal creek behind running through a fern gully. It's surrounded by magnificent trees and dressed with huge ferns and hanging moss. The reception site is a landscaped area for tented receptions or a simple champagne toast. Surrounded by towering trees and natural garden beds. With varied seating and conversation spots

Services offered

The team offers great packages with excellent amenities. At Natures Cathedral, available for your use are a locally milled bench seating, a large tree hung white arch, signing table and chair, 6 large carriage lamps, shepherds hooks and accessible power.

The reception site offers a slate like base for the large 34ft hex tent. The area is surrounded by bistro lights, we give two 10 X 10 tents to house your bar and music needs leaving extra space in your main reception tent, a conversation seating area with fire pit and a covered area with water and power, for your caterers to work their magic.

The upper dressing room includes a space for wedding preparation, mind and body, for the climax of your special day. A comfortable private space for you and closest friends to relax and have fun. It has a tea & coffee supplies, a fridge. And is above the ladies washroom

The lower dressing room includes a space for wedding preparation, mind and body, for the climax of your special day. It also has a tea & coffee supplies and a fridge.

Other services

Cedar Haven venue is fully accessible and offers golf cart transport for guests with mobility challenges. Parking is available for 20 guest cars and staff are present to park guests as they arrive.

Although Cedar Haven is generally a no live flame property, partly due to the fire risk, they have two designated smoking areas. One of which is 420 friendly. They ask for people not to smoke in the forest.

They want to make your wedding as unique as you both are. Therefore, Cedar Haven allows outside wedding suppliers of your choice for all other aspects of planning e.g. caterers, rentals, transport, music, planners, coordinators etc.

Cedar Haven offers full packages including the venue and rentals of tents.

Extra rentals can be added to the packages by request

Cedar Haven staff will be present during your prearranged time and willing to help should you run in to any unforeseen problems. They always try their best but please remember they are not wedding planners just venue organizers.
