The outdoor area provides an excellent opportunity to extend the celebrations under the sky, where you and your guests can enjoy the perks of the natural world. You can cross the bridge into a happily ever after where you'll explore the grounds with your photographer to make the most of this emerald landscape. Inside, an elegant ballroom awaits for drinks, dinner, and dancing. This venue can easily accommodate from 50 to 150 guests, making it a great choice for micro weddings and larger parties.

Our perfect day!
We got married at the zoo in Langley this October, and even though it ended up being the rainiest day of the whole month, it was honestly perfect. Jason and Chelsea were incredible — so helpful, thoughtful, and genuinely on top of everything. They managed the whole day so smoothly that our families didn’t have to coordinate or worry about a thing.
Chelsea brought my décor vision to life in a way that blew me away. I walked in and it was exactly what I pictured, but even better. The venue itself was spacious, full of greenery, and felt so cozy and beautiful despite the weather.
Our guests kept talking about how much they loved the space, how good the food was, and how unique the whole experience felt. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish.
We’re so grateful to the whole team — would 100% recommend this venue to anyone considering it!!

Our Wedding Was Everything We Hoped For and More
We couldn’t have imagined a better venue than The Zoo Event Space! From the very beginning, Jason and Chelsea were absolutely amazing to work with. They were incredibly communicative and made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free.
Chelsea brought my décor and overall vision to life beautifully, exceeding my expectations, while Jason made sure every detail of the day ran perfectly. Together, they genuinely felt like friends, cheering us on and making sure it was the most amazing day from start to finish.
Their attention to detail is unmatched, and it’s clear how much they care about every couple they host. If you’re looking for a venue that’s not only stunning but also comes with the most thoughtful, caring team, The Zoo Event Space is the perfect choice.

Our dream wedding venue!!
Choosing a wedding venue is one of the most important parts of the planning process, and we are so grateful we chose the Zoo. It was absolutely perfect for what we wanted — the space is beautiful, and the hosts, Jason and Chelsea, were a dream team who made everything run seamlessly. We had multiple meetings with them, where they would always patiently and with an open mind listen to our ideas, never making us feel rushed. Our two-day, back-to-back wedding truly felt like a dream come true thanks to them.
The venue itself is stunning even without decorations, and with a few personal touches, it felt truly magical. Our ceremony under the large outdoor arbour was gorgeous, and the reception flowed beautifully inside. Guests loved the spacious outdoor areas, spending time by the pool, playing yard games, and even enjoying the putting green.
We also appreciated the Zoo’s flexibility with vendors. Their in-house options were excellent (especially for food), and Jason and Chelsea did an incredible job coordinating everything across multiple vendors and both days of our wedding.
The bridal suite and groom’s suite were fantastic additions, giving us the perfect spaces to get ready with our wedding parties — and staying overnight made the experience even more special.

Best decision we made!
From the moment we saw the venue, we knew it was the one. The beauty of the property provided the perfect backdrop for our big day, and every detail was thoughtfully curated. What made our experience even better were the amazing owners, Jason and Chelsea. They went out of their way to ensure we were happy and stress-free, making the whole process feel effortless.
The private suite was a huge bonus as it gave us a peaceful retreat to relax and get ready in. Plus, their preferred vendors made booking everything else so easy and streamlined.

Truly, the best wedding and experience ever!
We are beyond grateful to Jason, Chelsea, and The Zoo. We got married in May 2025 and our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more. We owe it all to these two and our wedding planner, Tracey (who, by the way, is included in their package!!).
First off, the venue is breath-taking. Immediately from our first tour, we knew this was the place we'd love to be married in! It really feels like a destination wedding and is so much more unique and beautiful than the standard hotel wedding venues. The bridal suite and grooms suite are such a nice touch to the venue and are vital for the day of! It makes the day feel so much more relaxed and less stressful when you don't have to move around from a getting ready location to the ceremony and then to the reception.
Along with the amazing venue, are the amazing owners, Jason & Chelsea! They are kind, thoughtful, down-to-earth, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made the entire process easy and enjoyable—no stress, no drama, just honest support and incredible attention to detail. They treated our wedding like it was their own, and made us feel like family. They went out of their way to make everything perfect. We seriously can’t say enough good things about them—not just as owners, but as truly awesome people.
On the big day, they were calm, professional, and so supportive. Everything ran seamlessly, and we were able to relax and be fully present in the moment because we knew we were in such capable hands.

My wife and I had our May 2025 wedding ceremony and reception here and it was incredible.
Jason and Chelsea were amazing from the first time we toured the venue right up through our wedding day. The property is amazing, perfect for the ceremony and photos. The reception venue is spectacular and provided a unique experience for our guests.
Booking this venue took away so much of the stress of wedding planning. Both Jason and Chelsea are there to help you through the planning process, always quick to answer emails, and calls. The food and decor package is well worth the money we spent. You have the venue from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning ensuring that you have ample time to bring everything to the venue you will need for the big day, and making sure you have enough time the day after to not feel rushed. If you go with the decor package, their team will set everything for you.
The on-site bridal suite and grooms lounge makes getting ready the day of very convenient.
Jason and Chelsea made us feel so special on our wedding day and helped us create memories for us and our guests that will last a lifetime.
A big shoutout to their wedding coordinator, Tracey as well. She stays on top of all the logistics behind your day and schedule, keeping things running smooth and coordinating with all your vendors.
