We truly enjoyed our wedding day, thanks to Katie and Alysse! View more ensuring our vision came to life seamlessly. Better yet: I think it was just past midnight when I first realized what time it was. It was as she had promised: we were guests at our wedding! For the entire day and night of the wedding, Katie had managed to keep things moving in such an effortless way that we never had to wonder or worry about the time. Our wedding with no running water in the barn and everything to DIY or rent meant that Katie’s job was no small feat to start with; she excelled. I will mention a few personal highlights: my (picky French) mother still speaks about Katie’s “perfect job”; guests told me how impressed they were when, for example, Katie appeared out of nowhere to sweep a broken glass that had just broken; our ceremony started on time—you read that correctly. I could go on. We feel very grateful for her calm and professional demeanour, which still allowed for a sense of humour and most importantly, smart and independent decision-making with constant attention to detail.

As soon as we hired Katie, she took over the lead of ensuring a smooth planning process...and she ROCKED at it. The wedding itself went as smoothly as it possibly could. Katie coordinated everything so perfectly for us and all of our guests. Despite living a few hour drive away from us, she was always willing to make the trek (even in a snowstorm!) to visit with us. It relieved A LOT of stress for us, as we both have busy schedules at work. We HIGHLY recommend Katie and her team for any planning/coordination needs. She is a saviour.

Katie was so thorough from our very first emails and we immediately felt confident booking with her. We opted for Day of Coordination, particularly because we had a venue ... View more where we were bringing everything in ourselves and were assigned Alysse as our Coordinator. Despite only booking the Day-of package, both Katie and Alysse provided tons of consulting along the way and steered many of our decisions in the right direction. Their professionalism and attention to detail at all of our meetings was impeccable, while also making us feel super comfortable. As a designer myself, I designed/DIYed/provided all of our decor and I cannot put into words how perfectly Alysse and her assistant executed my vision! Everything was stunning and I kept catching myself just staring at the space in awe throughout the night. Vendor coordination was also a total breeze thanks to Alysse which was a huge relief for us in the weeks leading up to our wedding. We truly had the best day possible all thanks to Alysse and Katie and are so thrilled with our special day. My only grievance is that I can't keep emailing them everyday - feels like someone is missing from our lives now that we're back to reality! :)

Were absolute life savers on the wedding day, and played a huge role in keeping us sane ... View more in the weeks leading up to the wedding. It was such a pleasure working with Katie both leading up to, and on the wedding day. We appreciated her calm and professional demeanour, her thorough approach to communicating with all of our vendors, and her attention to detail with every little thing on the wedding day. We had expected to set up our decor the day before, but because of the weather, had to have Katie do it on the day of the wedding. She took great care to make sure that everything was exactly as we had planned it, and set everything up very tastefully. The rest of our vendors had nothing but positive things to say about their interactions with her. She kept everyone organized and on time, and made sure that everyone knew what was happening. We were so grateful to be able to be present and enjoy our wedding in a way that we wouldn’t have been able to had we not had her executing everything behind the scenes. She handled every little emergency gracefully without anyone knowing the difference (including us - and that was the best gift!)
