Michelle went above and beyond to make our special day a dream come true. From the very beginning she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and dedication which made our wedding planning a stress-free and memorable experience. One of the standout qualities of Michelle was her unwavering support and responsiveness. Always with a very warm and welcoming demeaner and was always just a phone call or message away, ready to answer any questions or concerns we had. On the day of the wedding, Michelle and hear team were an absolute lifesaver. They coordinated every aspect of the event flawlessly, from the arrival of the vendors to the timing of the ceremony and reception. This allowed us to truly enjoy the day without worrying about the logistics. Her enthusiasm for making our day as perfect as possible was evident in everything she did. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fab Fetes services to any couple looking to create a truly magical and unforgettable wedding.

Writing this review a couple months post-wedding has given us time to reflect on what an amazing day it was. Both from our experience and from hearing feedback from all our guests - everything on the day was flawless. Even if there were any hiccups, Jessie's professionalism and proactiveness resulted in us never even noticing. We went with the Full-Service package with Jessie as our Planner and would very highly recommend. We work stressful jobs and having Jessie and her incredible eye for detail along for every step of the way was invaluable to both of us. We had such a wonderful experience with Jessie and the Fab Fete team and can't thank them enough.

Working with Jessie was an absolute dream. She is warm, professional, organized and creative. I had no stress on my wedding day knowing that we had Jessie in charge. My wedding party and guests also remarked on what an incredible job she did. The day was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have done it without Jessie!

Everything went flawlessly, and without a single hitch. I can definitely appreciate the challenges of your job ensuring we’re all staying on schedule while also doing everything we wanted to do. Your organization skills are second-to-none! Even the small things like making sure I had the diet coke can at the podium were noticed and appreciated, as I would have completely forgotten otherwise! It gave me so much comfort that anything we asked of you, no matter how small, would be looked after.

You were also extremely kind and enjoyable to work with and have around on the wedding day, so thank you for that too. And same with Tiana, she was extremely helpful even willing to frequently hold my sunglasses during the later photoshoots, and was so pleasant and kind to have around!

We had a 224 person wedding. It was a year and a half of planning. I seriously cannot imagine how insane I would have gone without the help of Michelle and her team. She was on every single email from the beginning and many more that I wasn't even included on because she was working behind the scenes coordinating things with other vendors. She brought a level of expertise and advice that helped guide key decisions. She was very prompt and responsive. She always had our best financial interest in mind too. She has long standing relationships with vendors, so knew what it was like to work with them and who was reliable. Day of we also worked with Kayla and Yonit who were so nice and calming. Can't say enough good things about this team. They touch almost every aspect of the wedding, so its well worth the cost to have experience and a strong level of organization.

We are beyond thrilled with the outstanding service provided by our month-of wedding planner Keren! Her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills ensured that our special day ran smoothly from start to finish. She maintained frequent and clear communication between us and our wedding vendors, making the entire process seamless.

One of the most impressive aspects of Keren's service was her ability to handle challenging conversations with our wedding venue effortlessly. This allowed us to enjoy the month leading up to our wedding without any stress or worry. Kayla was incredible from start to finish. She gave us great recommendation for vendors, was speedy in her responses to us, and made for a very smooth wedding day! We can’t thank her enough for her amazing work and friendship. Our guests remarked on how efficient everything was done and how seamless it appeared. Her communication with us and our vendors was of the highest quality. Our event would not have been as amazing as it was without her. We look forward to working with her again one day in the future.

I have to say I have never used a party planner before but Tamara from Fab Fete blew me away . She was so.warm, super organized and NEVER complained about our emails/ questions . Her planned itinerary was amazing and yet she was flexible and always open to ideas .
My som was nervous about a party planner but let me say this.- Tamara made the bride ,groom and their families feel like they were her own family and she centered the day around keeping everyone calm,relaxed and on schedule .
Nothing fazed her and her assistant Tracy was a gem and in sinc with our needs.

We hired Christine from FabFete for month/day-of coordination. Right from our initial meeting, Christine presented as calm, welcoming, and confident; all the right qualities we were looking for. A month before the wedding we received access to a detailed Google Drive that helped us organize our vendors, speeches, floorplans and more. She helped coordinate last-minute details with our vendors, and take care of the day-of cash payments. On the day, she and her assistant Bonnie ran the show. As a hyper-organized, anxious, Type A bride, I was shocked by how little stress I felt on the day because I knew these two had things covered. When my dress ripped, Christine was there with her emergency kit. Bonnie made sure my Dog of Honour was fed and looked after. All of our décor was set up exactly as we wanted. They corralled and herded our families to make sure no one missed a special moment or speech during the reception. We ran on time (even early!). We wholeheartedly recommend FabFete, and especially Christine, to any couple that hopes to give up control of their day and yet still see their vision come to life, perfectly.
