Fabfete was by far the best, and most important vendor I booked for my wedding. My planner was Danielle. She was amazing! She worked day and night to curate my dream wedding. She would check in with me regularly to see how I’m doing with wedding planning. She helped me design an aesthetic for the wedding and helped me find some amazing vendors. She even coordinated meetings with my vendors for me. But most importantly, she made sure I ENJOYED my wedding day. She took care of EVERYTHING! She made sure everything happened on schedule, she got people where they needed to be, she was the go-to person for all of my vendors on the day and she even took care of me to quell all my anxieties and make sure I was having a good time. The first thing my husband and I said to each other once the wedding was over was “Thank God we had Danielle.” I would recommend to all brides to have a good planner and you can be sure to find that with Fabfete! I would recommend Fabfete to all future brides, and definitely recommend Danielle! -

We hired Fab Fete for month-of/day-of wedding coordination with the expectation that they would reduce stress and ensure our wedding day ran smoothly. Unfortunately, our experience with our Coordinator and her team did not meet those expectations.
In the months leading up to the wedding, our Coordinator offered to meet with us on a bi-weekly basis to answer any questions we had. During this time, there were consistent issues with communication, reliability, and follow-through. She regularly volunteered to take on tasks but often failed to execute, requiring reminders and follow-ups. We were often told that emails or resources had been uploaded or submitted, only to learn weeks later that they had not been. This happened often enough that it became difficult to trust that tasks were being completed. She was also frequently late to virtual meetings, required last-minute rescheduling, and often came unprepared. We raised our concerns about response times and follow-through multiple times throughout the planning process. Despite assurances that our concerns would be addressed, the pattern continued right up until the week of the wedding.
The day of the wedding was unfortunately where many of our concerns were validated.
We provided detailed instructions during the rehearsal, including walking our Coordinator through every décor bin, setup item, and special detail. Despite this, multiple elements were set up incorrectly. Reserved seating signs were forgotten and, when finally placed, the wrong signs were used. The Ketubah was improperly secured to an easel despite our Coordinator being shown exactly how to assemble it during rehearsal, causing it to fall during the ceremony. The DJ was not cued for the recessional, resulting in an awkward pause that our officiant had to fill by improvising. Guest seating arrangements were incorrectly set despite detailed table-by-table instructions being provided. Many details were overlooked or executed incorrectly, reflecting a lack of attention to detail.
Additionally, we were promised that one assistant would remain with us throughout the day to assist with guest management, family photos, and timelines. In practice, the coordinators were often nowhere to be found when needed. We were also extremely disappointed with the performance of our Assistant Coordinator. She appeared disorganized, was difficult to locate throughout the day, and was rude to members of our vendor team. On several occasions our photographers stepped in to help with tasks that should have fallen to the coordination team, including dress bustling, makeup touch ups, drying bouquets, and troubleshooting issues. The assistant was also responsible for repeatedly stepping on dresses throughout the day including my wife’s and a bridesmaid from another wedding onsite. Thankfully my wife’s dress was okay, but the bridesmaid had her train completely torn off and our Assistant Coordinator left without assisting to remedy the situation.
Our second Assistant Coordinator, Maddie, was excellent. She was professional, organized, approachable, and effective throughout the day. She kept me and my groomsmen on schedule, willingly assisted when needed, and handled the end-of-night cleanup and repacking of our belongings flawlessly. She was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience.
Ultimately, we hired a coordinator to give us peace of mind and ensure smooth execution of our wedding. Instead, we spent months following up on tasks and dealing with preventable issues on our wedding day. Prior to posting this review, we scheduled a call with the owner of Fab Fete to discuss their performance during our wedding day. She was defensive and brushed our concerns aside. Based on our experience, we unfortunately would not recommend Fab Fete to anyone. -

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner! Jessie was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly organized, professional, and on top of every detail throughout the entire day and evening. Whenever unexpected challenges came up, she handled them calmly and seamlessly, making sure everything continued to run smoothly without adding any stress to us. We felt completely taken care of and knew we were in great hands. Her attention to detail, ability to problem solve, and professionalism made such a difference in our day. We are so grateful for everything Jessie did to make our day so special and would recommend her to anyone! -

It was such a pleasure having Jessie as our planner for our ~300 person wedding. Leading up to the day, she was a fantastic resource, would always weigh in on decisions and provide such helpful advice. She worked closely with each vendor in the weeks before to make sure that everything on the day of was executed well. She has vast experience and truly thinks of everything in the time leading up.
On the day of the wedding, every single thing from the first event scheduled to the last dance went incredibly smooth. At no point in the day did either of us feel stressed or worried. Jessie and her team worked very hard to make sure that everything was dealt with and ran efficiently. I've never been to a wedding where everything went on time! It was truly remarkable.
Since the wedding, many of our guests, vendors and officiant have commented on how well the day went. Particularly our officiant mentioned that for a wedding of this size, he had never seen such a flawless day.
We are so happy that we chose to work with Jessie and would strongly recommend her to anyone who requires a wedding planner. It would not have been the same without Jessie! -

Jessie at Fab Fete really did everything she could to make our day go smoothly! She helped so much with the month-of coordination with our vendors, making sure there was less for us to stress about. On the day of, she went above and beyond helping execute a surprise planned for the groom, and sewing my dress back together when my bustle broke. Thank you so much! -
