Services Offered
Day-of coordination, Full or Partial planning and Destination Wedding planning for locations throughout the Caribbean are the core offerings. With the Day of Coordination, your Wedding Planner will become involved with you from about a month before your wedding, providing you with guidance and assistance in those last few critical weeks. They will be there throughout the wedding day to manage vendors and the day's happenings professionally and effectively. It takes all the worry out of "did I forget something?" or "what if?", allowing you to truly enjoy your wedding knowing Impresario Events has everything in hand.
With Full or Partial Planning, Impresario Events will be there to ensure that you are getting the perfect venue for you, stellar vendors and keeping you on track from a budget and timeline perspective. You will be guided throughout the entire planning process and can cruise into your wedding day in full confidence that it is everything it should and could be.
Destination Wedding service is start-to-finish, offering you invaluable guidance through the venue selection process, depending on your needs and budget. With travel counsellor credentials, Impresario Events can handle all the travel arrangements and bookings for you and your guests, in addition to being professional wedding planners to plan the details of the actual wedding with the resort coordinator on your behalf, taking the hassle and stress out of doing a destination wedding.

Impresario Events believes that every wedding is a unique reflection of the couple and that their role is in partnership with them as an advisor, guide and trusted friend. It is their goal to ensure that you feel stress-free throughout this special time in your life, especially as many future newlyweds are already dealing with other daily life happenings, and time is at a premium. Incredible
Zerlene went above and beyond. Our wedding was not an easy one - it was a large wedding (nearly 200 people), and we had a lot of individual guest accommodations and specific requests for various vendors. She was able to execute on all of it and always remained incredibly calm. Even in the face of a couple of difficult vendors that we were dealing with, Zerlene was on top of it - she reached out to them immediately and frequently, and she advocated for us to ensure that we got what we wanted.
If you are at all on the fence about hiring a wedding planner (or can't decide which you want to hire), you will absolutely not go wrong with Zerlene. She was the best decision we made, and I could not be happier with how our wedding turned out. Thanks to Zerlene, it will truly be remembered as the happiest day of my life.

We think she might be a magician… in the best way possible
Her professionalism, personality, transparency, responsiveness, and overall approach to planning are truly unmatched. Wedding planning was incredibly overwhelming for us, especially since we knew almost nothing going into it, and decision fatigue was very real. Zerlene’s insight, honesty, transparency, knowledge, experience, and decisiveness were exactly what we needed. She has this directness in a playful way that we appreciated that honestly kept us well informed and sane throughout the process.
What we appreciated most was that she never dismissed our vision or ideas, even when they may have sounded unrealistic and/or all over the place. Somehow, she always worked her magic and found a way to make things happen while still guiding us realistically and professionally.
She treats you like an actual human, not just another client. She was so understanding of different cultures, emotions, language barriers, time zones, family dynamics… all the moving parts that come with planning a wedding. Her rapport and communication made us feel so supported every step of the way, and she was always incredibly responsive whenever we needed her.
She’s also amazing at working with any vendors you throw into the mix. No matter the personalities, styles, or moving parts involved, she collaborates seamlessly and makes everything feel cohesive and under control.
On the wedding day itself, we barely had to worry about anything because Zerlene already had everything handled, often even the things we as a couple completely overlooked. She was always several steps ahead.
She is truly wonderful to work with, goes above and beyond in every aspect, and delivers so much value for what she charges. Don’t sleep on her!! She is incredible!!! Just go with her already, we are speaking from experience here!!
