  Amazing Multicultural Wedding

  Zerlene from Impresario Events was invaluable in planning our multi-day, multi-ceremony wedding. The bride and I hired Zerlene for full service wedding planning for a wedding in Toronto, and we live in the US. Given that we were remote, we could not have planned such an amazing wedding without her. She was very flexible working with us, gave us tons of great advice, solved problems for us, was extremely responsive at all hours of the day, and made wedding planning fun.

  Zerlene from Impresario Events was invaluable in planning our multi-day, multi-ceremony wedding.   Professional, Organized and Open to a Challenge!

  I did not have the most conventional wedding reception, but with Zerlene as my coordinator, it somehow came together perfectly. My husband and I could never have pulled off our dream day without her. She tended to every detail that I would have never thought of alone. Zerlene took care of all the confirmations and details leading up to the wedding so I could focus on the day. I highly recommend Zerlene to take care of any style wedding you might be throwing! Thank you, Zerlene!

  Amazing co-ordinator!

  We had the absolute pleasure of working with Zerlene as our day-of-coordinator. She really knows her stuff and made our wedding day run extremely smoothly.
  
  From the moment we met, you could just tell she was on it. She gave us detailed forms for us to fill out, which helped us think through our planning process. She also recommended time frames for each portion of the day, which helped us plan the logistics.
  
  On the day of our wedding, I didn't even notice any issues since Zerlene solved them immediately. Thank you Zerlene!

  Zerlene was a terrific wedding coordinator!

  Me and my wife got married on September 14, 2024 and we chose Zerlene to be our wedding coordinator after careful research. This was one of the best decisions we made! From our first meeting, the creation of our itinerary, to the wedding day everything went so smoothly. Zerlene's responsiveness and professionalism really made the whole process easy. On the day of the wedding Zerlene made sure the entire day was in alignment with the itenrary and there was 0 hiccups. I cannot recommend Zerlene enough!

  Our family's second time with Impresario

  We were very fortunate to have the help of the team at Impresario. Zerlene was organized throughout the entire prep process and quick to respond to concerns and adjustments. On the day of our wedding, Zoya was on top of all the behind-the-scenes details. Together, they gave us peace of mind and took on many of the responsibilities so that we could more fully enjoy our wedding day. We found out about Impresario through a family referral, and we would be happy to recommend this team ourselves.

  We were very fortunate to have the help of the team at Impresario. Zerlene was organized throughout the entire prep process and quick to respond to concerns and adjustments.   The BEST decision we made!

  Working with Zerlene and her team was the absolute best decision we made. We hired Impresario for "Day-Of" co-ordinator, 1 month to our wedding date when realized how crazy it would be to try and manage our wedding ourselves, but in all honesty if I could do it all again, I would have hired Zerlene much earlier now knowing the invaluable experience she has.
  
  Zerlene was in touch constantly through the last 4 weeks, organizing zoom meetings and all of the details we had put together from before. She worked with all of our vendors and made sure that everything was running smoothly.
  
  We had the pleasure of having her assistant Zoya for our rehearsal and wedding day, and it was such a pleasure to work with her as well! Zoya ensured that not a single detail was missed, and in fact, the vision we had was so beautifully brought to life, we were pleasantly surprised beyond our imagination. The day ran so smoothly, effortlessly, and gave us a peace of mind that you cannot put a price on!
  
  We had the most beautiful wedding day and we cannot thank Zerlene and her amazing team enough for helping to make our day perfect.

At the outset, she provided us with lots of information and templates that helped us plan all the little details we might have forgotten. After our handover meeting, she expertly managed our vendors so that we could focus in the final weeks leading up to the event. She managed the rehearsal efficiently and made sure all our family felt comfortable and excited about the event. On the wedding day, she and her assistant set up everything perfectly at the venue, and for any issues that arose she calmly handled them with ease so that we could enjoy the big day! Thank you Zerlene!!

Her breadth of knowledge of the wedding space really made us feel like we were in good hands. She worked with us to make sure every hour of the day was planned and everyone involved in the wedding knew exactly where they had to be. She was able to step in and help run the rehearsal when our officiant unexpectedly backed out. She even had a card box and cake cutting set we could use.
  Zerlene is extremely efficient when she works. She is able to recognize and resolve problems quickly, without anyone noticing. We truly enjoyed every minute of the wedding day because we knew that if anything came up she had it under control. We would highly recommend Zerlene and Impresario events to anyone planning a wedding.

  She's the One!

  Zerlene not only helped us out with planning our wedding once, but when we had to move everything up by 4 months she helped us do it all over again! She validated all of my concerns and even helped me change things up last minute when I was deciding things on the fly (which I do not recommend doing but she worked with me to make it happen!). When choosing a wedding planner, you need someone who knows the business and the area very well and Zerlene was absolutely that person for us. Highly recommended!!

  Zerlene was our planner for our wedding in July, 2024. We started working with her ~April 2023, and she made every step of the wedding planning process much easier than if we had done it on our own! She helped us find our ideal venue, recommended amazing vendors within our price range, and was always there to answer any questions. We relied on her knowledge and experience, and that removed so much of the pressure and stress that comes with wedding planning! On the day of the wedding, she dealt with any big or small issue that came up, and my husband and I were able to fully enjoy our big day without worrying about anything! We had the best night, knowing that Zerlene has things under control :) highly recommend spending the money on hiring her, so that you are able to enjoy the process, and most importantly your big day!!
