When I first started planning my wedding nearly a year and a half ago, I was a bit on the fence about hiring a wedding planner. Eventually, I came around to the idea when I realized how much work it would be and so I interviewed approximately 10-12 wedding planners in the GTA, and I had by far the best feeling about Zerlene. Now that my wedding is over, I would say that Zerlene was easily the single best investment we made in our wedding, and I attribute the success of our wedding entirely to her. From the start, Zerlene was incredibly organized and responsive. She remained on top of all the details, constantly reminding us about deadlines and decisions and did not let things slip through the cracks. Zerlene also had amazing vendor recommendations, attended all of our meetings and had questions for the vendors that I wouldn't have even thought to ask.
Zerlene went above and beyond. Our wedding was not an easy one - it was a large wedding (nearly 200 people), and we had a lot of individual guest accommodations and specific requests for various vendors. She was able to execute on all of it and always remained incredibly calm. Even in the face of a couple of difficult vendors that we were dealing with, Zerlene was on top of it - she reached out to them immediately and frequently, and she advocated for us to ensure that we got what we wanted.
If you are at all on the fence about hiring a wedding planner (or can't decide which you want to hire), you will absolutely not go wrong with Zerlene. She was the best decision we made, and I could not be happier with how our wedding turned out. Thanks to Zerlene, it will truly be remembered as the happiest day of my life. -

Zerlene was FANTASTIC - I cannot emphasize enough how professional and on top of things she was. She is a very smart - problem solving and graceful individual. She is very good at her job and moreover a person of integrity. She can handle the job, and some curve balls were thrown out way last minute. I strongly recommend her - and here is the most important thing - she is on your side - this is critical. Thank you, Zerlene - you saved the day. -

We are so glad that we worked with Zerlene and her team as our day of coordinators! We met with Zerlene a few times before our wedding and she connected with all of our vendors ahead of time. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly (even with last minute changes) due to Zerlene and her team. We didnt have to worry about a thing and our spaces were set up up beautifully and cleared up at the end of the night which was a huge load off of our minds. Zerlene went the extra mile by being so kind to our guests and us making sure we ate throughout the day and checking in on us! Thank you for giving us such a great & stress free day we will never forget! -

Zerlene was hands down amazing. I found her on a whim on google, and after dealing with several other wedding travel coordinators, she put me at ease almost immediately. She always made herself available (day and night), guided me and my partner on processes that were complex and overwhelming, and thought of so many things that never even crossed our minds. Being a new bride was very overwhelming at first, but with Zerlene’s help she made everything flow seamlessly. I’d recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good wedding travel or wedding coordinator (as she does both). Her communication skills exceeded my expectations and she was so helpful on everything from start to end. -

It was hands down the best day of our lives and it's in large part thanks to Zerlene for coordinating every moment flawlessly. Everything was absolutely perfect and although so much work and planning went into that, she made it look easy. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor helped us tremendously and we are so appreciative of all her help from decorating our lovely room, queuing speakers, and corralling our troops. She did an amazing job and was a joy to work with. -

Wedding planner
It was an absolute pleasure and relief working with Zerlene. Initially I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner and eventually decided to get a planner for the “month/day of”. little did I know that this was probably the best decision I could’ve made. Following all the stressors of wedding planning, Zerlene really helped alleviate a lot of stressors as she was very organized, flexible and easy to contact. I had a couple last minute changes and needed a bit of guidance and Zerlene was the perfect wedding planner to have. My wedding day was seamless with absolutely no issues or complaints and I truly have Zerlene to thank for that.
I would definitely recommend her to all future brides/couples that are on the fence or considering a planner. -
