Seamless Events was outstanding. I hired Tessa for the full planning service for my wedding in September and I couldn't have picked a more perfect person to help me plan. Originally, I wanted someone to just help me when the day of but then the more I started to look at vendors and coordinators, the more I wanted a full service planner. This helped me maintain my professional and personal schedule while at the same time still have first and final say in my wedding planning process. I had a clear vision on what I wanted our ceremony and reception to look like and Tessa helped me achieve just that. She made the entire planning process easy and lead me through to each vendor and decision with ease. She is the reason why I really enjoyed the entire planning process. I had some crazy ideas, things that haven't ever been done before at weddings or maybe done differently, and she made them happen. Most importantly, she was always on my team. That was so crucial for me as a bride because its such a high pressure time. as a bride you get a lot of stress from your family, friends, groom and grooms family and friends, and its hard to tell them all no or get your opinion in. Tessa always made me feel like the first priority and would always ask me "what do YOU want?". She kept my wants and needs a priority and that was so helpful during the entire process. The other thing that I loved about Tessa when I first met her was her kind demeanour and professionalism. I knew she was the perfect planner for me because she genuinely loved planning weddings. She did it all day everyday, and she has vast experience, so that's what really made my decision so easy! My wedding was to die for and Tessa and her team were such a great decision.

Tessa and her team are AWESOME! Our wedding was affected heavily by the COVID-19 pandemic and had to go through many previously unseen changes as a result. Tessa was quick and willing to help us with anything that needed to be done, and was diligent and dedicated to helping us create our dream wedding. Tessa and the Seamless Event Management team were an invaluable asset leading up to and on our wedding day! I knew I would be a fairly hands-on and detail-oriented bride, so I didn’t need end-to-end planning - mostly looking for someone to keep us on track and manage everything the day of. That’s exactly what we found in Tessa! She came recommended to us from our venue who knew her and enjoyed working with her on weddings there – Tessa’s familiarity with the venue was key and gave us huge peace of mind.

Tessa was also able to recommend photographers, bakers, and bands that we chose from - it was great to have the choices narrowed down. We kept in touch steadily leading up to the wedding - mostly through email or zoom or over the phone and she was very accommodating of our busy schedules - and we would go through questions and ideas together to keep our plans on track and make sure we were doing what we needed to do to make our vision come alive. Tessa was also there for our rehearsal and helped plan our rehearsal dinner, and supervised everything on our wedding day - ensuring vendors and bridal party were on time and where they were supposed to be. Everything went off without a hitch and we were so happy to have had Tessa and her team to help us every step of the way.

Tessa was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that my wedding went smoothly. She is organized and on top of things. Hiring her took all the pressure off me and gave me the ability to enjoy my day knowing that everything was going to be taken care of.
