Stress-free! SO worth it!

Vicky is calm, cool and collected. She’s got every little thing covered - including things I would never think of (and probably still didn’t realize she did). She was professional and caring throughout.

We opted for the Wedding Month Management with Vicky as our month of and day of wedding coordinator - and it was definitely worth it. Vicky allowed us to be stress-free and enjoy the lead up to and day of our wedding. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without her.

We stuck to our wedding in August and Vicky helped us navigate all of the COVID uncertainty and last minute changes as new information became available. She definitely went above and beyond for us, for example, working with the venue, public health, and our band so that we could have live music, sourcing, renting, picking up and returning the additional screens that were required almost entirely behind the scenes so we didn’t need to stress about it.

I would highly recommend Vicky, in fact all of our family was so impressed with Vicky, my sister-in-law immediately booked Vicky for her wedding.

Over the moon!

Vicky and her team were absolutely amazing as our wedding coordinators!!! They made the whole process stress-free and handled every detail so smoothly. The day ran perfectly, everything was organized, and we got to just relax and enjoy. Couldn’t have asked for a better team — highly recommend!

Best Decision Ever - Hire Them!

Before booking Vicky and team, I read all of the reviews on her Google page - every person singing her praises is not exaggerating. I am blown away by the attention to detail, seamless organization, and kindness of her and her team from my wedding this past weekend. Vicky goes above and beyond to make sure she understands what you need from your wedding, and dealt with plenty of last minute changes on my end (including my fiance who broke his arm at his bachelor party a couple weeks earlier causing us to have to rework some pieces). I felt like I floated through my wedding day and did not have to stress about the details because Vicky had it covered. There were things that weren't going to plan, and Vicky took care of it without me even knowing what was going on behind the scenes. I felt stress-free and locked into enjoying my day because Vicky and team had my wedding on lock. I had the best day ever and I credit so much of this to Vicky handling everything and anything - from queuing the entire wedding ceremony, to ensuring all the table setups were immaculate, to making sure everyone knew where they had to be at all times. I think she even memorized our 100 person seating chart ? Or at least could tell you exactly what table people were sitting at, which was wild. Vicky, thank you x a million for everything you did to make our wedding so special. If you are reading this and you're not sure if you need a wedding coordinator, I'm here to tell you that you do - you will not regret a single dime spent if you hire this team. With all the money you're spending on everything else, Vicky makes sure that your wedding vision comes to life in the way you dreamt it.

Couldn't have done it without Vicky!!

We need to start of by saying that picking Vicky and her team to be our wedding planner for our wedding on July 26, 2025 was the best decision we made out of everything we did for our wedding. The second we had a call with Vicky we felt instantly comfortable and she gave us a plan on what we still needed to do and helped us organize our day perfectly. Vicky helped me feel less stressed especially because I felt that she knew exactly what we wanted and needed during every call, she understood us! On the day of the wedding I was extremely stressed out but the second I saw Vicky I instantly felt calm as she ensured me everything was accordingly to plan and things were on schedule the way we planned. Not only is Vicky amazing but so is her team. We had the pleasure of meeting Matt and Jenny on the day of the wedding and they were making sure things were going smoothly with our videographer and photographer and helping with things throughout the day. We felt as if we could just relax and enjoy our special day together and soak it all in with our loved ones. Everything went way better that we can possibly imagine and we know for a fact it was because of all the hard work Vicky and her team did for us on the backend. Excellent, incredible and we highly recommend Perfect Planners

We cannot thank Vicky and her amazing team at Perfect Planners enough for making our wedding day truly unforgettable. From the moment we met her at the Bridal show, we instantly clicked and knew she would be incredible to work with. I must have emailed her 1,000 times yet she was always on top of every change and minute detail, I never felt like I was bothering her. I would even get responses from her well into the evening as she was always working hard for her clients. She has an incredible list of recommended vendors that we used, and I would rate all of them a perfect score as well. They also gave us discounts since we were working for Vicky so we got 5 star service at reduced rates! Throughout the entire process the whole team at Perfect Planners was organized, calm, creative, and always a step ahead. We had many check-in emails and reminders of things requiring attention all throughout our planning process, making everything less daunting and overwhelming. Their attention to detail and ability to bring our vision to life exceeded all our expectations. They handled every challenge with grace and kept the entire process stress-free, allowing us to actually enjoy the experience. I was honestly able to let go of all stress on the day of our wedding and she kept everything moving exactly how I wanted our day to go. There were a few hiccups with other vendors and she took control of everything to make sure I was always happy. Vicky and her team worked so hard on my wedding day from first thing in the morning to well after 1 am, I don’t know how they did it! Our guests are still raving about how seamless and beautiful the day was!
Thank you for your incredible dedication and for making our dream wedding a reality, we are forever grateful and will never forget you and your amazing team. We highly recommend Perfect Planners to anyone looking for a dream to come true.

So happy we hired Perfect Planners!

We hired Perfect Planners for their month-of/day-of services and it was the absolute best decision we could have made. Owner and Lead Planner, Vicky Nicholas, is very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. She paired us with Tevonne "Tee" Carnegie, Lead Planner, who we worked with up until and on our wedding day (September 14, 2024). Tee is incredibly kind, organized, knowledgeable, and also super easy to work with. She really was a calming presence throughout the process. She's quick to problem solve and adapt to any situation (e.g., one of the groomsmen wore the wrong colour shirt and she was able to resolve the situation). She literally worked magic on the day of! The whole wedding day felt seamless and we were able to focus on what truly mattered. Our other vendors also relayed to us how great she was to work with. Highly recommend Perfect Planners!

In short: perfection!

In the fewest words possible, they truly live up to their name! The planning was perfection and entirely exceeded any expectations we had.

Vicky stepped in to save us the month of our wedding. She knew all the right things to ask and what to turn our minds to so we could fill in all the gaps. Her genuine care and thoughtfulness was felt throughout the entire time leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. Her ability to problem solve and her expertise in delicately navigating tricky situations was so apparent and incredibly reassuring.

I would feel comfort in putting the planning of any life milestone event in her hands! I have met few people as passionate about what they do as Vicky. I would have her on my team any day and we will forever be grateful to her for her part in making this the most memorable day of our lives.

Vicky did a phenomenal job with our wedding, we are so grateful to her and her team! She did all the heavy lifting, we described our dream wedding and she went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Perfect Planners for your wedding arrangements!

Truly Perfect

We are so happy to have chosen Perfect Planners. Working with Vicky was such a breeze. She was extremely organized, prepared, and calm, and worked so well with all of our other vendors. Not having to worry about the flow of things on our wedding day was so worth it. Vicky made such good decisions as things came up to make our day go perfectly smooth. Thank you so much Vicky and Teresa. We can’t recommend them enough.

Phenomenal experience!!

We booked Vicky for her full wedding planning package and she was nothing short of amazing!! She is so experienced and always had the answer and solution to my questions. She is so organized, providing is with detailed excel sheets and google docs to keep track of our budget and outstanding payments. She created an exceptional schedule that was so detailed and ensured all vendors were on the same page. Leading up to the wedding, she met with all of our vendors and ensured all of our requests were communicated to each of them. She was so available for us, was willing to meet with us whenever needed and was extremely accessible leading up to the wedding. It was so reassuring to know that she was just one text away and she accommodated for so many of our last minute changes.

What blew me away the most was how her and her assistant Nancy handled our actual wedding day. There were so many last minute details that I hadn’t thought of and they were always one step ahead of me, always making sure everything was handled and ran seamlessly throughout the day. We received so many compliments from guests about how smooth and perfect the whole day went and we could not have done it without them!! They were on site all day from 8 in the morning for setup until 2am for tear down and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

I could not recommend her enough, please book her for your wedding, you definitely will not regrets it!!!
