On the actual day of our wedding, Steffi took the lead. She was helpful, friendly, and led the two meetings we had prior to the big day. Steffi's organizational skills shone through; she came prepared with a list of questions and made sure everything was covered. It was also a great bonus that she could speak some Chinese, which added a nice personal touch and was helpful for some of our guests. Steffi’s ability to manage various tasks simultaneously and keep everyone on schedule was commendable.
During the ceremony, Sam stood out as an awesome coordinator. She fluffed my dress perfectly and ensured that everything went smoothly. Sam's calm demeanor and quick problem-solving skills helped alleviate any last-minute nerves. She made sure every little detail was in place, ensuring that the ceremony was flawless.
The entire team displayed a high level of professionalism and dedication. They managed to keep the day running smoothly despite the inevitable small hiccups that come with any big event. Their ability to handle unexpected challenges with grace and efficiency was truly impressive. They worked seamlessly behind the scenes, allowing us to focus on enjoying our special day.
Overall, we were quite pleased with the service we received. While there were minor hiccups here and there, the team's effort and dedication were evident. I am going to try to keep this brief but it's hard to with everything she did for us!
Originally we didn't have a coordinator in our budget and wanted to find someone to handle clean-up so we could enjoy our day to the fullest. What Callie did was WAY beyond our expectations!
Before the wedding, she caught a timing error and solved it very quickly. We spent time going through all the details so everything was perfect for the wedding day and I didn't have any worries or have to answer any questions on the actual day.
She perfectly laid out all the decor and made it all so beautiful. When the rain hit, she acted quickly to get everything inside.
Throughout the day, I had many other vendors tell me how amazing she has been to work with, which speaks to the care and time she puts into her work.
Our day went perfectly and smoothly all thanks to Callie.
The true icing on the cake was the Google Drive we received after of all the behind-the-scenes pictures and videos she took throughout the day. It was almost like having a third photographer there.
If you are debating hiring her, just do it! I promise you won't regret it!
