We recently got married and had the pleasure of working with Callie's team as our day-of coordinators. From start to finish, Callie herself was absolutely spectacular. Even before we signed the engagement letter, her attention to detail was impeccable. She was incredibly responsive, communicated clearly and effectively, and always seemed to be two steps ahead of us. Callie went above and beyond in making sure no detail was overlooked, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the planning process.
On the actual day of our wedding, Steffi took the lead. She was helpful, friendly, and led the two meetings we had prior to the big day. Steffi's organizational skills shone through; she came prepared with a list of questions and made sure everything was covered. It was also a great bonus that she could speak some Chinese, which added a nice personal touch and was helpful for some of our guests. Steffi’s ability to manage various tasks simultaneously and keep everyone on schedule was commendable.
During the ceremony, Sam stood out as an awesome coordinator. She fluffed my dress perfectly and ensured that everything went smoothly. Sam's calm demeanor and quick problem-solving skills helped alleviate any last-minute nerves. She made sure every little detail was in place, ensuring that the ceremony was flawless.
The entire team displayed a high level of professionalism and dedication. They managed to keep the day running smoothly despite the inevitable small hiccups that come with any big event. Their ability to handle unexpected challenges with grace and efficiency was truly impressive. They worked seamlessly behind the scenes, allowing us to focus on enjoying our special day.
Overall, we were quite pleased with the service we received. While there were minor hiccups here and there, the team's effort and dedication were evident. They provided solid and reliable service that contributed to the success of our wedding day. We are grateful for their hard work and the special memories they helped create! -

If you’re considering booking Callie and Samantha for your wedding, do it. Hiring them was genuinely one of the best decisions we made.
From the planning process all the way through to our wedding day, they made everything feel organized, manageable, and completely taken care of. They understood our vision, kept us on track, communicated with our vendors, and handled every little detail so we didn’t have to.
What really stood out to me was finding out after the wedding that there had actually been a few issues happening behind the scenes that day — and I had absolutely no idea. Callie handled everything so calmly and seamlessly that none of that stress ever reached me. I got to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and just be a bride. That alone was worth everything.
Our day flowed beautifully, and so much of that was because Callie and Samantha were always one step ahead. They were responsive, reassuring, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making sure our wedding was everything we wanted it to be.
There are so many things you spend money on for a wedding, but having a planner you completely trust is something you truly appreciate once the day arrives. Knowing that someone has your back and can handle whatever comes up is invaluable.
We cannot recommend Callie and Samantha enough. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding day without worrying about timelines, vendors, logistics, or the unexpected things happening behind the scenes, book them. We would choose them again in a heartbeat. 🤍Callie Pak Weddings and Events's reply:

Ivan Sent on 11/08/2026We May Have Been The Stars But CPW Was The Heroes
When we first started planning our wedding, I had no intention of hiring a wedding coordinator. My original plan was simply to have Callie help with our tea ceremony. During one of our conversations, Callie explained that with a wedding of our size, having someone oversee the entire day would make a huge difference. We were expecting around 300 guests, and while our wedding wasn’t overly complicated, it had a lot of moving parts. Looking back now, agreeing to have Callie and Steffi coordinate our day was one of the best decisions we made.
There were several unexpected situations throughout the day, extra guests arrived, we had a sound system issue during our violinist’s performance, and countless little details that could have easily become stressful. The amazing thing is that my wife and I barely noticed any of it because Callie and Steffi handled everything seamlessly. They managed our ceremony, tea ceremony, and reception with such professionalism that we were able to stay present, enjoy every moment, and focus on celebrating with our family and friends.
What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They thought of things I never would have considered and kept the entire day running on schedule without making us feel rushed. At times during planning, I remember thinking, “Do we really need to think about all of these little details?” After seeing everything come together, I completely understood why. Their experience and preparation prevented so many potential issues before they ever became problems.
It’s honestly difficult to put into words how grateful my wife and I are. They didn’t just coordinate our wedding—they gave us peace of mind. They allowed us to truly experience one of the most important days of our lives without worrying about logistics, timelines, or putting out fires behind the scenes.
If you’re debating whether you need a wedding coordinator, take it from someone who originally thought he didn’t: you do. And if you’re looking for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, incredibly detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about making your day perfect, I cannot recommend Callie and Steffi enough.

Courtney Sent on 07/06/2026Amazing Coordinators for Stress-Free Wedding Day!
Callie, Steffi, and Prachi were our month-of coordinators for our wedding and we're so glad we booked them! They honestly made the last pieces of wedding planning (timelines, managing decor, coordinating with all the vendors we booked) so so easy and stress-free!
My husband and I had a Chinese Tea Ceremony in the morning and Callie helped with the facilitation and reciting of blessings and calling all the groups. We also were able to borrow their chinese wedding decorations which made it so much easier for us, not having to buy separate specific decorations for!
Steffi was our primary coordinator and was with us for the whole day. She assisted with our wedding rehearsal and her professionalism with ensuring we had our allotted rehearsal time against other wedding couples and coordinators helped us put our trust her in. She worked closely with all photographers /videographers and makeup artist on the day-of and also took behind-the-scene photos! We provided a portable mic and speaker for the coordinators to use to call out groups for formal photos with us, and although they were not able to figure out how to use it. Steffi stepped up and used her voice to ensure the formal photos with each group/family unit during cocktail hour went smoothly.
Prachi assisted with the decor arrangement and cleanup at the wedding venue and coordination with our venue coordinator, decor rental and dance floor vinyl vendors on top of many others. She executed our vision to perfection and we were amazed at how it all came together so beautifully!

We hired Victor as our officiant for our wedding this past May 23 2026, and we’re so happy with his services ! Some of our guests thought he was a close friend of ours, just because of how personal, and curated he made our ceremony. We decided to do private vows beforehand but he made the ceremony statements and storytelling of our relationship, very personal to us and summarized our relationship perfectly. Although a bit pricier than other officiants, we felt the extra investment was worth it for how heartfelt, funny, and personable he made our ceremony feel. We wouldn’t have had it any other way ! We recently had the pleasure of having Victor officiate our wedding, and he did an incredible job from start to finish. He was professional, organized, and brought such a great presence to our ceremony. Victor incorporated traditional Filipino elements, which was especially meaningful to us, and guided us through rehearsals with helpful advice and excellent recommendations.
