We recently got married and had the pleasure of working with Callie's team as our day-of coordinators. From start to finish, Callie herself was absolutely spectacular. Even before we signed the engagement letter, her attention to detail was impeccable. She was incredibly responsive, communicated clearly and effectively, and always seemed to be two steps ahead of us. Callie went above and beyond in making sure no detail was overlooked, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the planning process.
On the actual day of our wedding, Steffi took the lead. She was helpful, friendly, and led the two meetings we had prior to the big day. Steffi's organizational skills shone through; she came prepared with a list of questions and made sure everything was covered. It was also a great bonus that she could speak some Chinese, which added a nice personal touch and was helpful for some of our guests. Steffi’s ability to manage various tasks simultaneously and keep everyone on schedule was commendable.
During the ceremony, Sam stood out as an awesome coordinator. She fluffed my dress perfectly and ensured that everything went smoothly. Sam's calm demeanor and quick problem-solving skills helped alleviate any last-minute nerves. She made sure every little detail was in place, ensuring that the ceremony was flawless.
The entire team displayed a high level of professionalism and dedication. They managed to keep the day running smoothly despite the inevitable small hiccups that come with any big event. Their ability to handle unexpected challenges with grace and efficiency was truly impressive. They worked seamlessly behind the scenes, allowing us to focus on enjoying our special day.
Overall, we were quite pleased with the service we received. While there were minor hiccups here and there, the team's effort and dedication were evident. They provided solid and reliable service that contributed to the success of our wedding day. We are grateful for their hard work and the special memories they helped create! -

We recently had the pleasure of having Victor officiate our wedding, and he did an incredible job from start to finish. He was professional, organized, and brought such a great presence to our ceremony. Victor incorporated traditional Filipino elements, which was especially meaningful to us, and guided us through rehearsals with helpful advice and excellent recommendations.
After the ceremony, many of our guests came up to tell us how much they enjoyed his officiating and the joyful energy he brought to the moment. We’re so grateful for his role in making our day so special and highly recommend Victor to anyone looking for a dedicated and engaging wedding officiant. Thank you, Victor! -

We just got married in May 2025 and hired Callie & her team for month of coordination. I can't express how fantastic her team was! As Callie was on Maternity leave, we had Steffi, Sam, and Samantha on the day of, however Callie was still available via email and there to chime in for any inquiries I had leading up to the wedding. There are so many small details you just forget about and I'm so thankful to have Callie's team help iron everything out.
On the day of, Steffi and Sam did a wonderful job keeping us on schedule. Everyone commented on how efficient and on time everything was!
To everyone thinking about whether having a day of coordinator is necessary - it definitely is!!! Not only was the team there to help make sure everything was on track, but Steffi also ensured that I was warm, fed, and hydrated.
I highly recommend CPW for your wedding. You will not be disappointed.

What truly sets them apart is their impressive language proficiency. Our wedding included both English and Cantonese-speaking guests, and these two handled the linguistic transitions flawlessly. Victor, in particular, deserves special recognition for his exceptional Cantonese skills. He delivered heartfelt traditions and cultural elements with perfect pronunciation and natural delivery that impressed even our most traditional family members. It meant so much to have our bilingual celebration feel inclusive for everyone present.

Callie and Sam were absolutely amazing! We did not worry one bit during throughout the whole day. They were able to seamlessly transfer decor from the ceremony, to the cocktail area, then to the reception room. Callie also took over communication to the vendors closer to the day of wedding. She made sure that we stayed on our timeline throughout the whole night, and cleaned up all glassware afterwards. It also brought us ease knowing she was able to speak cantonese to my family members. Thank you so much Callie and team! :)
