What can we say about Jason and Michael that has not been said. They are everything you want as officiants and more, way more. Their enthusiasm is contagious, their willingness to think outside the box was enthralling and their warmth and compassion to make our day special and unique was of their utmost interest.
Derrick and I have been together for almost 20 years and wanted our wedding to be “a surprise” and that we did, with a surprise wedding at our annual Christmas party. When we suggested this idea to Jason and Michael they could not have been more encouraging. They knew exactly how to achieve the surprise that thrilled our friends and family. Then with the roar of the crowd preformed the ceremony with the perfect amount of intimacy, humor and sparkle. There was not a dry eye in the room and all were taken a back by how well Jason and Michael seemed to know us and delivery our story of the past 20 years, even though they were only part of our most recent chapter.

The Marry Men will be YOUR FAVOURITE people you will ever partner with for your wedding. My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of having The Marry Men tell our story. We loved them and our guests raved about them; definitely one of the highlights of our special day.

We fell in love with Rev. Jason and Rev. Michael from the initial video call, and knew right then and there that we wanted them to tell our story. They're not just your cookie-cutter officiant who follows a script to officiate your marriage. They will take the time to build a relationship with you and get to know you so they can convey your love story as beautifully and as genuinely as possible. The Marry Men also coached us through working on our vows, how the ceremony will flow, and always checked in on us if we had any questions or just needed a chat. They took the time to learn the ins-and-outs of our wedding which showed us how truly dedicated they were in helping to make our special day the best day ever.

Just before our ceremony, Rev. Jason checked in on me (while I was waiting) and found me hand lotion because I was worried my hands were feeling dry. He also provided one of our guests a lozenge to soothe the tickle in their throat. The passion and efforts they put into their craft do not go unnoticed. Our guests absolutely loved them, some even wished they could get married again just so they can hire The Marry Men.

We truly do not have enough words to emphasize how wonderful Rev. Jason and Rev. Michael are. They are so friendly, so passionate, and are true professionals. They genuinely care for all their couples, and their love for story-telling and for LOVE truly makes them the best people to usher your relationship into its next chapter.

We got married a month ago and our wedding would not have been the same if we didn't have Rev. Jason and Rev. Michael as our officiants.

Our experience started when we first began to plan our wedding. While we had reached out to several officiants via email, Jason and Michael were our first and only meeting. Before the end of our call, my husband and I were not only sold on selecting them for our wedding, we were insistent that we needed them both! We still remember that meeting - the energy and the way they complemented each other so well was inspiring and we knew they would be the perfect choice for our wedding.

We went with the Show Stopper ceremony option where both Jason and Michael officiated our ceremony and took care of us from the minute we met. Their communication throughout the whole process was professional, helpful, and also fun. A few weeks before the wedding, we met with them in person at their JaM session (included in our package). We had the most wonderful evening at our venue where we were able to see firsthand how things will play out and they went through all the details necessary for us, making us feel so confident in how the day would go. Besides the working part of it, we truly felt like we were just catching up with old friends. Their genuine warmth and kindness was so contagious and we could have talked all night. We already knew we made the best choice but after that evening, it solidified even more how excited we were to work with them. They genuinely cared about making our ceremony personalized and entertaining but they also genuinely cared to just get to know us as more than just another client.

We received so much help from them throughout the planning from a well crafted questionnaire to a vow-writing kit (so helpful!). Even just advice on logistics and other items that were technically out of scope for them - they were so happy to provide their insight. Pre and post-wedding, they were prepped and organized and we didn't have to worry about anything. We also could feel that we always had their undivided attention when they were communicating with us and most importantly on the day of.

Our guests continue to rave about our ceremony and many have said that it was the best ceremony they've been a part of. When asked what the favourite part of the day was, many of them said the ceremony. We don't know how they do it, but they were able to make us and the entire room, laugh, cry, and all the in between. There was so much emotion and love throughout the room and they shared our story so beautifully with the perfect amount of detail.

So many couples focus on the dinner and party but tend to forget that the reason we're all there is to see you get married. The ceremony should be equally if not more important and if you decide to work with The Marry Men, you will be so happy that you did! Jason and Michael were the perfect addition to our fabulous team of wedding vendors. From the start my husband and I knew we had made the right choice in having them tell our story. Every meeting we had felt like chatting with friends, and that they really wanted to get to know us. Their investment in our day was clearly genuine and full of love.
