Pandemonium Events is a wedding coordination company based in Kingston, Ontario. It is owned by Caitlin, a professional with experience orchestrating corporate and fundraising events and in sales and property management. She got the idea for her company after having to make adjustments for her wedding day due to the pandemic. Seeing others dealing with the same issues and knowing that the solutions could be straightforward, her company was born. This organized planner is adept at bringing together the logistics to curate an exceptional wedding experience for her clients with as little hassle as possible.

Pandemonium Events offers consultations and a number of event planning packages from day-of to full-service options. She also offers a bundle for organizing destination weddings and packages for corporate and personal events. Best experience you could ask for

We decided to plan this wedding very much at the last minute and we couldn't have done this without Caitlin. She had info sheets to help guide us, and helped us gage exactly what we wanted. Overall, she made the whole process so easy and enjoyable, and she made sure we had the most wonderful evening. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would!

Best Hire by Far

Our wedding was basically a DIY where we had to plan and do everything ourselves from hiring catering and bartending, renting linens, cutlery, glassware, creating our own signage, providing the alcohol, etc. I knew that I needed a day-of coordinator so we could enjoy our wedding so we hired Caitlin. Best decision I made for our wedding. She was my one point of communication for the day which made the day easy to manage. She took care of all of the day-of coordination and communication with all vendors! Bonus points for reminding us to eat and drink water! She was reliable, professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend you hire her for your wedding!

The idea for Pandemonium events came to me on my couch during the COVID-19 quarantine. I had been browsing some local Facebook wedding pages I was part of for my own wedding and my heart broke for all of the brides struggling with their wedding plans. As someone with industry experience, it took me a total of 2 hours to change the date of my wedding while some people have spent days trying to figure out where to start.

So, I decided it was time to get back in the game. I want to help you have the best day ever to celebrate you and your partner. I can help with postponements, remote vendor screening & booking, and any other wedding or event related questions and help you may need. I aim to be low cost to accommodate the financial restrictions that are currently arising from this pandemic.

My past event experience has been mainly corporate and fundraising events however I have done many consultations with friends over the years offering advice. I have also planned my own wedding that was scheduled for June 6, 2020 but will now be in May 2021. I left events for sales, both B2B and consumer sales in publishing and travel then dabbled in some property management. I feel this has only enhanced my event planning skills. I love people, I know how to negotiate and I love organizing. I would be happy to discuss how I can make your day the best you can dream.
