It is owned by Caitlin, a professional with experience orchestrating corporate and fundraising events and in sales and property management. She got the idea for her company after having to make adjustments for her wedding day due to the pandemic. Seeing others dealing with the same issues and knowing that the solutions could be straightforward, her company was born. This organized planner is adept at bringing together the logistics to curate an exceptional wedding experience for her clients with as little hassle as possible.

From the first meeting she put our minds at ease. We were planning our wedding from overseas so had extra stress that we would miss something. Even though we only hired her for day-of-coordinating she was happy to answer any questions we had in the months leading up to the big day, and give suggestions. She helped us get everything organised and get a cohesive timeline for the day, and led us all through the rehearsal the day before the wedding. All my stress faded away after the rehearsal as I knew I could hand over everything to them and I didn’t have to worry if the rings got to the right person, or if the dj and band had arrived, or what came next, I could just enjoy the day. She was also an amazing value! We are so thankful as we didn’t think having a wedding planner or DOC would fit in our budget and we are so grateful we found Pandemonium Events.
She is absolutely the reason our wedding day went so seamlessly and we were so relaxed the whole day. I couldn’t recommend her more.
