After getting engaged in 2023, I came into the wedding planning process with a groom but not much else. I was completely clueless and overwhelmed. Over the year that followed, Tanya held my hand and created the most beautiful day imaginable.

Tanya has an exceptional eye for detail. She provides options and suggestions, without being pushy or overbearing on vision or vendors. She took the pressure of planning off of my plate, and broke the process down into bite size pieces that were easy to manage one step at a time. She provided timelines and lived up to them, keeping me focused when I needed to make a critical decision, but never overwhelming me with lists or getting lost in the weeds.

She seamlessly collaborated with our venue, caterer, photographer, hair and makeup, stationary/signage, and rental vendors to turn my cluttered pintrest dreamboards into a fairy tale. In particular, her recommendation of Sarah at Posh Beyond Events for florals brought my fall garden dream to life.

She is responsive, thoughtful, and FUN. She was so relaxed and organized on our day of, I was able to enjoy my day completely. I created a hiccup (and potential disaster) when I missed picking up one of our guest favours, but she simply said "I'll handle it" and worked her magic to have the gifts delivered later in the day, on time to be ready to go at each place setting.

Tanya is also incredibly kind. My special needs uncle was one of our guests of honour, and she personally made sure he made it to his seat.

As much as I personally loved working with Tanya, the best feedback on a successful wedding is guest feedback. I have lost count of the number of guests that have told us our wedding was the best they've ever attended (and there were some real veterans among us) - we received so many comments on place settings, design, and flow, and appreciation of the little details. Tanya was the mastermind who brought each of the vendors' unique and special contributions together to make the day the success that it was.

Tanya and her team were incredibly helpful as we were planning our extravagant wedding. We booked Tanya and her team for the full wedding planning package. She understood the vision and the assignment, and she never let us down with the vendors that she recommended. We received SO many compliments from guests about every aspect of our wedding, from the band to the cake. My husband and I were planning our wedding as COVID restrictions were being put in to place and being removed very unpredictably. The lifting and setting of restrictions caused us to go through quite a few changes in our venue and were extremely worried about being able to have the wedding at all. Tanya helped us with this stress and always prompt in responses to emails. She was very supportive on the days coming to the wedding. On the day of our wedding she was beyonf. I had such a stressfree time, Tanya handled everything. I enjoyed the day so much and it was such a relief to have Tanya as a wedding coordinator. I don't know how we would have managed everything without her. She coordinated vendors, played our entrance music for the ceremony and set up our reception and timed speeches perfectly. Everything I had picked and planned came together just as I pictured due to her hard work. I recommend her month of wedding coordinator services to anyone who wants to pick their own vendors and plan things but wishes to have a stress free and relaxing wedding day! Tanya was an excellent month of coordinator! Many of my vendors praised me for selecting her to coordinate my wedding. She ensured all the linen sizes matched the tables at our reception, handed out favours & programs at our ceremony and ensured everything happened without a hitch on our perfect day!

She also hepled make our wedding day timeline go smoothly, and ensured our dinner was not boring by arranging for speeches and formal dances (father/bride, mother/groom) to accompany different courses of our meal.

She has excellent knowledge of how wedding days should go (for those of us brides who have a lot of ideas and planning, but no clue how to execute everything on the day of our wedidngs). She also contacted the photographer when he didn't come to our rehearsal as arranged. (She attended most of our final meetings and walkthroughs before our wedding).
