She listened to our vision, added her own creative touch, and handled every detail flawlessly. On the big day, everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to truly enjoy the moment. Our guests are still raving about how perfect it all was! We couldn’t recommend Heather and her team more highly.

Matthew was amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable, which really helped calm us down for our big day. We loved how open and accommodating he was, but also when we asked for opinions, he would give us the truth (like yes I recommend a rehearsal and using mics for the ceremony) which we really appreciated! Him and Heather were great on the rehearsal and big day, highly recommend!

We choose Heather to help us plan our September 2023 wedding and it was the best decision we could have made. The online planner was perfect to keep us on track and organized and she was with us every step of the way helping guide us and giving her expert opinion to help us make decisions when needed.

I worked with Heather and her assistant Vivian for my small wedding in Sep 2022. Heather was supportive throughout the entire planning process, made sure that I was on track and helped quell my nerves. On the day of, she was truly a God send!! Bowtied help our daughter and her husband with every detail of planning a wedding in Kingston, ON. Heather was supportive of the bride and groom achieving their vision for the day. As we were not from the area, her assistance was key to connecting us with other local services such as: a band, florist, calligrapher, photographer, wedding favour supplier. In addition, she did a beautiful job decorating the reception hall in accordance with the theme. On the actual wedding day Heather was there helping us by looking after all the details. She seemed to be everywhere at once, quietly orchestrating when and how things were to be done. As the parents of the bride we were able to just enjoy ourselves. Do not try to do it all your self, hire Bowtied. It is worth it.

My husband I had one of those COVID wedding planning adventures where everything went wrong and we planned our wedding three times over. Heather was crazy enough to agree to be our day-of-coordinator one month before our wedding day. The second we booked her, we felt like we could breath. She understood our vision and executed it beyond belief. Heather has a way of floating, being everywhere at once. Heather and her staff have such a calm, kind demeanour. Heather and her team were incredible to work with leading up to our wedding and they BLEW US AWAY on our wedding day. There was nothing that wasn't thought of!

Bowtie was absolutely the best thing that could have happened to us while planning our wedding. My now-husband and I are so fortunate to have found Heather. She was extremely attentive to us every step of the way, helping us calmly get through this stressful time. Whenever we started feeling overwhelmed or confused about wedding plans, we would send her a text, email, or phone call and she would promptly get back to us and ease our minds by answering our questions or following up with vendors on our behalf. In fact, she was often able to use her connections to get responses from vendors who weren't answering our emails. Plus, she was able to recommend great wedding vendors in Kingston (we live outside Kingston but our wedding took place in Kingston). We used several vendors on her recommendation, and every one of them was outstanding!! We were so impressed. But she was also willing and excited to work with new vendors who we brought forward. She also became the point of contact for all our vendors, following up with them, making sure we paid our invoices on time, etc. This was a life-saver. Even the best wedding vendors can be tricky to deal with, but Heather can figure them out and make it all work. She creates relationships with the people she works with, and it shows.

When the day of the wedding came (and it comes up fast!), she went above and beyond to make the day right. She set up our entire tablescape, our lawn games, the bar (a handy add-on service she provided!), AND all the floral decorations, including our cake and a large backdrop piece on a large tree on the property. (In order to get it all right, she even visited our private venue several times before the wedding.) There was also a fireplace on the property, so her partner brought kindling and fire starting supplies to make sure it would be a success.

Friendly to no end, everyone at our wedding loved dealing with Heather and her assistants, all of whom were extremely professional, kind and attentive. Heather truly wants you to have the best day possible, no matter what that is for you. We are truly thankful that we found her, and that we had the opportunity to work with her and her team. There is a care and honesty that shines in her work.

We hired bowtied with love as our wedding coordinator for our small intimate wedding ceremony and dinner on August 22, 2021 Heather was fantastic! From the first zoom meeting where me and my now husband didn’t have much prepared besides an idea of what we wanted, no idea on venders or venue for that matter. Heather provided us with recommendations based on what we had told her for everything, which were amazing and exactly what we wanted. The day of the wedding went better than we could have ever expected, Heather created an amazing and beautiful space for our ceremony and dinner. Heather did so much beyond our expectations.
