In our first meeting she easily helped us clear up any logistical questions we had and she continued to problem-solve throughout the planning process. She was absolutely amazing to work with. We hired Chantal as our day-of coordinator for our wedding so her services officially started about 1 month before our wedding. Even before her services officially started though, she was always happy to help and quick to respond to any questions I had. 1 month before the wedding, our weekly meetings on Zoom started and it was like a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders. She was so knowledgable and organized. She kept us on track and made sure we had everything done on time. She thinks of everything so you don't have to! She was so kind and easy to work with. My husband and I looked forward to our Zoom calls every week! She even sent us an MC template and met with my cousins who were our MCs to help guide them. She was a huge help at our rehearsal making sure everything was organized and ready to go. On the wedding day, she had every detail taken care of. Every detail we had planned was executed PERFECTLY! She worked so well with all the other vendors. She guided everyone and made sure everyone was where they needed to be all day long. She was just perfect and I am so grateful to her for making sure everything went perfectly on our big day. I didn't worry about a single thing on my wedding day because I knew she was taking care of everything. Do yourself a favour and hire her!!

I had my wedding in late October, 2022 - but I was engaged in 2020. So I booked most of my vendors in 2021 because I thought I was going to get married in 2021. Chantal was amazing even though she talked to me for much longer than her normal plans allow for. Not being from Kingston, I knew i needed local insight, support and help. Chantal offered all three and even though she was not feeling great the day of the wedding - she was amazing and was just what we needed.
Someone to be where I couldn't be and making sure the plans we confirmed fell into place. I organize events for work and volunteer and i needed Chantal on my wedding day. So if you're on the fence. Think about what you want to focus on for your wedding is it your friends, family and new spouse? Then save a bit more money and make this investment. You will not be sorry.

Chantal was absolutely incredible and so integral to how well our wedding day ran! Working with Chantal was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. She kept us so organized, asking us questions we didn’t even know we needed the answer to! Having her running things on our wedding day kept us so relaxed and enjoying the day - we feel so fortunate that we were able to simply enjoy the day and be present to soak in every moment with our loved ones.
