Peace of mind on our wedding day
We hired Juliann for day-of wedding coordination, where she helped to bring our vision to life. I needed someone to be “me” when I couldn’t be at the venue before the wedding, someone to conduct the processional, and someone to ensure the vendors were communicated with so the day could go smoothly. (it went flawlessly!)
Although we pulled her on-board pretty last minute, I was very impressed with how she immersed herself into every detail in order to execute on the big day.
Thank you, Juliann for your attention to detail and ability to keep me calm! Your appreciation for family made me feel comfortable bringing you along for our crazy little ride.

5 stars isn't enough!
Jules was the best addition to my day. Early on, I convinced myself I didn't need a planner because I figured I could handle it all on my on. Looking back now, I would have hired her sooner if I could have. Our first meeting was so detailed and thorough I left feeling like she was actually excited to help me!! Even though I kept control of most of the planning myself (I'm a bit type-A) Juliann was super comfortable with that and followed my lead. Unless I needed direction, which she could always tell before I even had to ask! She kept me calm when I felt like I should completely change my color scheme a month out, and even drove an hour and a half to meet me and talk in person about it!
On the wedding day, she could not have been more calm and collected. The biggest perk for me was how meticulous she is with timing, my day-of itinerary was planned right down to the minute!! She checked in often, and if there were changes she would let me know so I was always in the loop. My MCs both said how much they enjoyed working with her because she was so organized and direct, without being aggressive.
I could seriously go on and on about my experience with Jules and I really can't recommend her enough.

I highly recommend Juliann. From the moment we met, Juliann was knee-deep in my wedding. We were tackling my to-do list together on the very first day. She took the time to understand my vision, so all of her recommendations and suggestions added so much value. Juliann also recommended so many fantastic vendors! Juliann has so many great connections (hair, makeup, linens, flowers, chalk board designs, etc.) that she has previously worked with. I was able to hire them feeling confident they would all exceed my expectation which they all did! Also, I hired Juliann as my florist and she did an amazing job!!!!
Overall, Juliann is wonderful! She is detail-oriented, an extremely hard worker, trustworthy and she is such a pleasure to work with and to be around. She was always there for me, every step of the way. I could always count on her replying to my questions within 24 hours (usually it was within 1 hour lol). She also took all the pressure off coordinating with my vendors and created me an itinerary that was so helpful. Also, Juliann made sure we stayed on track and never fell behind schedule. I can't express how helpful she was from the planning, execution and take down and how much her efforts were appreciated and recognized by myself, my husband, my family and friends. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Juliann!
