Larissa Calderone was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I live in Vancouver and had hired Calderone & Co. Luxury Wedding and Events for their month-of coordination services for our wedding in Toronto. Larissa was very organized and always responded to our emails with a lot of detail and professionalism. Even though we didn't get a chance to actually meet with Larissa in person until a few days before the wedding (due to our own busy schedules and the fact that we did not fly into Toronto until a week before the wedding), she was able to clearly understand our vision for the wedding, keep track of our constantly changing day-of itinerary, and help us focus on details that we had not put our minds to. I could tell early on from my conversations with her, that she had put the time in to read through all of our vendor contracts.

My husband and I were both very impressed with Larissa's attention to detail and ability to stay on top of everything, with minimal direction from us. On the day of the wedding, she was able to resolve issues with our vendors quickly without having to trouble us. Our whole wedding party and immediate family also complimented Larisa on a job well done and had only positive interactions with her throughout.

Adriana from Calderone and Co was our month/ day of coordinator and we can't recommend her enough. I was a little unsure of whether or not I should go ahead with booking a coordinator but went ahead with it last minute and I am so glad I did. She helped answer so many questions and uncertainties I had about logistics and helped ease a lot of the stress I had leading up to the day. On the day, she ran everything absolutely perfectly and cleaned up as well. I don't think I could've done it without her!!!

The best decision my husband and I made while we were planning our wedding was hiring Calderone & Co! We hired them for full service planning & coordination. We had no idea what we were doing, but Larissa and Filomena guided us through our planning journey step by step and made it so easy for us. Larissa was terrific in helping us deal with a tough situation that popped up during our planning and made everything stress-free. The day of the wedding we showed up to our venue and everything looked gorgeous. The ceremony and reception went off without a hitch and was SO organized. I had previously met Filomena while I was a bridesmaid in a friends wedding. When it was my turn to get married I knew getting Calderone & Co was a must! Filomena was so helpful in confirming all the last minute details with our vendors, creating our day of timeline, and executing all our requests flawlessly throughout the day. I was ambitious with many DIY items and she made sure everything was set up exactly as I had pictured. It was such a relief having her there which made us so relaxed and more present with our family and friends on the wedding day. Not to mention she is so sweet and lovely to be around. Calderone and Co. made my wedding absolutely perfect. The attention to detail that they helped me with leading up to the wedding day and the day of was better than I could have even hoped for. Fil made sure that the "day of" was followed perfectly and kept the whole day running on time. Being a destination wedding, I was really nervous about everything coming together and having their help and guidance made my destination wedding absolutely perfect. The woman who worked with us at the resort in Mexico said that Filomena was an "absolute pleasure" to work with and she told me Fil was one of the most organized Destination Weddings Specialists she's ever had the pleasure of working with. We hired Calderone & Co. Events to organize our destination wedding in Mexico.
