She constantly came to provide us with updates, reassurance, and advice on the tiny, but important things. She organized the table menus, Individual personalized cards for each guest. She made sure she was always available when we were looking for her.
She set up the honeymoon suite for our daughter and son-in-law with red rose petals, tiny tea, light candles.

Suzy, the founder of SEPAD (Suzy's Event Planning and Décor), has always believed that weddings are about more than flowers and timelines - they're about the people. There's something about watching two families become one, old friends reunite on a dance floor, and a room full of loved ones celebrate a couple's next chapter that Suzy has never gotten tired of.
That love for connection is what led her to start SEPAD. What began as a passion for bringing people together grew into a multi faceted, full-service event planning and décor studio, built on the belief that every couple deserves a day that feels as meaningful as it is beautiful. For Suzy, no detail is too small, because every detail is part of the story two people are telling on their wedding day.
Today, Suzy and her team pour that same heart into every event they plan, from intimate elopements to full destination celebrations. Her goal has never changed: to create weddings that don't just look beautiful, but feel like home - full of the people you love, celebrating you
Donovan, Operations Head and Co-Owner of SEPAD (Suzy's Event Planning and Décor), is the steady hand behind the scenes that keeps every wedding running exactly as it should. With a background in strategy & customer experience and an Ivey MBA in his corner, Donovan brings a sharp eye for planning, process, and problem-solving to an industry where the smallest details can make the biggest difference.
Where Suzy brings the vision, Donovan brings the structure to make it real - from marketing, technology, vendor logistics to budgets to the countless moving pieces that go into a flawless event. He believes a wedding should feel effortless for the couple, which means the harder SEPAD works behind the curtain, the better. It's that same care and precision he brings to every partnership, every plan, and every celebration SEPAD is a part of.
Together, Donovan and Suzy run SEPAD on a shared belief: that weddings, at their heart, are about people - and every couple deserves a team that treats their day like it matters, because it does
