Great experience!
Susanna was extremely helpful and our initial call and ongoing emails made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of! There was always consistent communication and the result on the day of our reception and beyond expectations. I would totally work with her again on any other events we have! -

We are so grateful to Suzy for making our wedding events absolutely seamless. She connected us with an incredible team of photographers and a fantastic décor company, ensuring every detail perfectly matched our vision. Suzy flawlessly organized and coordinated all four of our events, keeping everything on schedule and running smoothly. She took the time to truly understand our style, and even when unexpected challenges came up, she handled them quickly and calmly, allowing us to stay stress-free and enjoy every moment. She was always just a call or message away, ready to answer questions or provide reassurance, and our guests were so impressed with how beautifully organized and effortless everything felt. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner and would highly recommend her to any couple looking for a stress-free, memorable wedding experience. Susanna and Donovan were absolutely pivotal in the success of our wedding day. They made sure all our vendors were aware of what was happening and when, they kept us on our timeline, and they made sure our important documents were kept safe! We hired them for a month/day-of coordinator but Susanna still made time to answer our questions and provide guidance throughout our wedding planning process. Susanna was our month-of coordinator for our daughter’s wedding. Her help was invaluable, especially on the wedding day itself.
She constantly came to provide us with updates, reassurance, and advice on the tiny, but important things. She organized the table menus, Individual personalized cards for each guest. She made sure she was always available when we were looking for her.
She set up the honeymoon suite for our daughter and son-in-law with red rose petals, tiny tea, light candles.
A fantastic Professional who has gone above and beyond. Thank you, Susanna!!

Susanna is wonderful, organize and gets things done.
I reached out to Susanna for partial coordinator (month leading up to wedding and day of coordiator support).
Susanna was wonderful to work with and she went way beyond my expectations. While i only hired her for partial wedding coordination, she helped me review contracts, shared her preferred vendors and helped me review my budget throughout the process. She was professional, organize and always answered my questions.
Steven and I really appreciate all of the extra work you put into for our wedding -

Suzy the great
I don't know where to begin. I am a very type a bride and was super nervous about trusting my day with someone else as I do a lot of event planning professionally myself for a living. I put Suzy through the ringer asking her a lot of questions and going back and forth to figure out if we were the right fit for each other and it was the best decision I made in the entire planning process. Suzy was super willing to work with our budget and find a way to make something work. She was calm, cool, and collected the entire time and helped make recommendations throguhout the process of ways we could even DIY and do things on our own (my preference to personalize). She was there throughout the entire process to chat through everything and when it came to the day of she had everything under control and communicated directly with my MOH changes that she decided to make for the benefit of our wedding. I so appreciate the effort she made personally she genuinely seemed to care about us and it felt like she was a guest right along with everyone else celebrating with us. Highly recommend giving Suzy a chance, as we couldn't have asked for anything more from her.
