Have a wonderful friend who was trying to revamp her logo and website. Cassandra scammed her out of $2500. Absolutely do NOT use her services!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was great throughout the planning until the day of my wedding. She was not punctual at all; came 30+ minutes late to pick up items for the wedding- we all know traffic in Toronto sucks but this isn't anything new. I had filled out my seating arrangement on her wedding planner app; first she texted me saying she didn't know where to put the name cards and I had to prompt her to check her app, then she put all the names in reverse so that guests that were supposed to sit at the front of the venue were at the back of the venue- my husband and bridesmaid had to help rearrange all the names just before guests started arriving. Cassandra was also MIA after my bridal party was done taking photos, I had to send my bridesmaid in to prompt the DJ to start playing music for our entrance back into the venue and I found her to the side of my venue having a smoke.
I emailed Cassandra and told her how disappointed I was with her. She said there was a death in her family and she was dealing with that but all the mistakes were MINOR and a SIMPLE FIX and everything worked out great. Not impressed. Personal problems are hard to deal with especially deaths but when someone pays for a service, you set your personal problems aside and you do the job you signed up for or you excuse yourself from the situation instead of doing a less than mediocre job. You also don't diminish your mistakes and act as though it wasn't a big deal. This was my WEDDING- not a birthday party or a bbq. Any other bride would have had a meltdown.
I would not recommend going with Cassandra

Cassandra was amazing. She was always quick to answer my questions and calmed me down when I was panicking several times throughout. She was at the venue the day before with us helping, and the day of for about 10 hours I think. She set up a lot of decor, kept the night running smoothly, was helping guests with a lot of questions they had (guests told me after) she packed up most of my decor the night of. She was very organized and I would highly recommend her. Shen you book with her she sets you up on a handy wedding planning software to keep you on track. Thanks Cassandra!

Before finding Cassandra, I thought I “didn’t need help”.....the thought of not having Cassandra the day of my wedding gives me a knot in my stomach!!!

Cassandra was not only amazing, organized, patient, flexible and kind, but she was absolutely Vital on the day of!!! When any issues arose there she was, taking care of everything and had everything moving smoothly.

I’m grateful for Aisle do and Cassandra. It wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was without her!

If you have any doubt about hiring a coordinator or planner, let me put your doubts to rest—it will be one of the best decisions you could make on one of the biggest days of your life!!!

Cassandra was a wonderful help making sure our day went as smoothly as possible, from making sure all of our vendors were up to date, that we had everything we needed for the day and even though I was late for the ceremony she didn't make me feel rushed when I got there so I could relax and appreciate everything going on. If something went wrong I didn't even know, she made me stress free and my husband and I were able to enjoy every part of our day. I couldn't recommend her enough!
