Rituals of Love

My bridesmaids and I had a great time shopping at Rituals of Love Bridal. Simone took the time to know exactly what I was looking for and she helped me find the perfect dress within my budget for me. I also purchase my veil by Jane Rhyan there, it was absolutely stunning and completed my look.

Before going here, I have been to 4 other bridal shops - and Rituals of Love definitely stood out with the whole experience and their staff!

The shop is located in the Gastown area so it's very convenient to go to with the skytrain. Even though it's smaller than the other bridal shops, the boutique was so gorgeous and clean. You just have to make sure you book an appointment in advance. It is good though, as you will basically have the full boutique to yourself which is such a special experience to share with your mom/bridesmaids.

While they have a smaller collection compared to other shops, they really focused on the quality and have the most gorgeous gowns and a variety of styles. The staff were so friendly and welcoming! They were also really respectful of budget and we did not even look at dresses that were outside of my budget. The styling service was amazing as they really know what dress would fit you the best - they asked me for my vision, what I wanted and didn't want in a gown. In the end, I ended up picking what the stylist had recommended.

They don't have an in-house alteration service but will definitely recommend you some that they work with. I actually think this is a plus since alteration services in bridal shops are usually double the price.

Even with the pandemic happening, my dress arrived on time for my wedding. I have heard some horror stories from other brides where their dress did not arrive on time - so I am beyond thankful Rituals of Love took care of me.

The shop was stunning and Sarah made me feel so comfortable by chatting with me about my wedding and getting to know me. I was quite nervous and didn’t really know which style fitted the best but the one which Sarah recommended turned out to be the one I loved - she really knows her dresses! The quality of service, the dresses, the atmosphere, and price are all perfect. They connected me to Theresa Chen studios for alternations and I highly recommend Theresa - such fun to work with. Thanks Sarah and rituals of love for making my bridal shopping experience such a joy!

This is a gorgeous boutique located in Gastown with a beautiful selection of wedding dresses and gowns. I had a personal appointment with Kady, and after answering a few questions, she instantly knew the perfect dress for me! The very FIRST dress I tried on was 'the one":) This experience took just under 45 minutes, and Kady was phenomenal. She is a very genuine and nice person - it was such a fun experience! I highly recommend this boutique if you are looking for that unique. modern dress.

One of my favorite memories of the entire planning process was trying on dresses at Rituals. From the incredible selection of gowns, to the romantic airy vibes of the space to the EXCEPTIONAL styling service, Ritual ticked all the boxes and then some. Not only did I have one of the best, funnest afternoons of my life, but I left there feeling incredibly good in my skin because my stylist, Kady was able to really pinpoint what would work for me. Everything from making the appointment to the final pick up was seamless.

Wow this place is awesome! Sure it's small but it's cozy, Kady was the one who helped me and she was SO nice and very on top of things. She got what I wanted and had several styles to accommodate even though right now I'm just looking (wedding isn't for a couple years.) The dresses are kinda pricey but they have sample dresses that go on sale as well. She was also great about including my bridesmaids in the conversation but making sure I knew it's MY dress. She would privately ask me while fitting and let me know that my opinion was what mattered to her most.

The dressing room was perfect in the sense that she had all the equipment. Something for me to stand on to see the flow of the dress, proper clips and not needles/pins for sizing, and plenty of space so fitting works wonderfully. She makes sure you feel beautiful with every dress you put on and she lets you know things that would be changed (such as the dresses being designed at 6'4 but I'm 5'2).
