Creative projects are still my favorite part of the job, though. Give me a vague Pinterest board, a half-formed idea, or a garment you want completely reimagined, and I'm in my element. Our hand-painted jeans are a good example of the kind of thing I love — taking a plain pair of denim and turning it into something nobody else has.
