    Bridal Gown.

    I booked in last minute as I saw a Randy Fenoli dress i just had to try on, they were very accommodating and booked me in right away. Kayla was our consultant and understood how important it was for my mom to see the dress. We came back with my mom and we ordered the dress. Kayla has been amazing to work with and has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend to all my friends that are engaged.

    Great staff, cant wait to go back for alterations. They helped me select my perfect dress and accessories. Looking forward to my fittings and last few finishing touches. Very speedy reply to emails and correspondence. Would recommend

    Consultant Did Not Make The Appointment Feel Special

    I was truly disappointed with the customer service. This boutique had come recommended to me from a friend. I was very excited as I knew they had a large selection of dresses. It was not what I expected. The consultant did not seem happy to assist me. Not once did she compliment me or make me feel bridal. Dress searching can be hard and a consultant needs to ask questions to help you to find what you like - she did not. I was mentioning some shapes and designs I liked and she kept pulling dresses that were outside my comfort zone. I am very glad this was not my first stop as this would have set a very negative tone.

    Great place

    Would recommend this place for sure! Very friendly staff. They offer alterations and have a great selection of gowns. Prices are good and they take care of you from start to finish. Haven't purchased yet, but was super happy with my experience!

    Not a good experience

    Initially I had a great experience. My consultant Michelle was great (unfortunately she does not work there anymore). As soon as I ordered my dress the level of customer service went down drastically. It seems as soon as they have your money they don't care anymore. Made an accessories appointment and since Michelle no longer works there was stuck with a consultant that didnt seem to want to be there or help me. I left in tears. They ordered me the wrong length in the dress (I get the feeling they wanted me to spend more money on alterations). Once I got my dress I took it somewhere else for alterations as I was done dealing with them and their negative/we're better than you attitude. If you want a happy, smooth experience, go somewhere else. Even when I called to speak to a manager about how unhappy I was, they always seemed to have an excuse for their poor service. Very disappointed.
