I had a wonderful experience finding my dream wedding dress at With Love Bridal Boutique. I was initially overwhelmed seeing all the beautiful gowns they have to choose from, but my consultant Madison was able to quickly understand and pull a variety of dresses to try on in the style I was looking for, and even some a little different for fun! With Love also has a ton of veils and accessories to choose from, and it was great to be able to try them on with the dress to see the overall look. I would highly recommend going to With Love for the ultimate Say Yes to the Dress experience!

I was absolutely in love with my dress and the fact that With Love Bridal is one of the only places in Ottawa that has larger bridal sizing in store! I was so nervous I wouldn't be able to fit into any of the dresses in store to try on and they actually had such a large selection! I was able to say yes to the dress in the first fitting! They also offer bubbly at the end of the session when you have said yes to the dress as a celebration. Such a cute addition to the appointment and makes it feel special!

The only issue I had was that there was a bit of a miscommunication on the day of regarding the sleeves/straps for the dress. I was told on the day (and can confirm with my friends who were there with me) that the dress could be ordered with just the straps and not the sleeves and that it would be slightly less with just the straps instead of the sleeve/strap combo. Our consultant chatted with the representatives of the company who made my dress as it was a trunk show day and so I thought it was possible to get the dress with just the straps. So I told our consultant to order the dress with the straps only. When I picked up my dress, there were no straps in sight. I emailed my consultant who said that the dress can only be ordered with the strap/sleeve combo. When I said this wasn't what I was told on the day of and that I got different information, the consultant didn't take responsibility for her mistake and I received no discount or anything to make up for this mistake. I ended up getting the strap/sleeve combo in the end and made use of the sleeves in other ways but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth that the consultant jus tried to sell me the dress with the wrong information -- but impressions can be wrong and it could have just been an honest mistake or miscommunication. Regardless, I would have bought the dress even with the strap/sleeve combo because I was so in love with the dress and have no regrets with going to With Love Bridal and getting the dress that I did. I would recommend the store for sure but just be cautious with what you are ordering because in the excitement things can get lost in communication.

I purchased my dress in September and Madie was my bridal consultant. I went to David’s Bridal first and left disappointed and unsatisfied with the customer service. I felt rushed and not cared for at all. So I was a little nervous going into With Love based on my experience at David’s. Completely different experience! I felt welcome, supported and cared for. Madie was amazing and actually brought me dresses that were what I described. She was there the whole time and ready to help me. The atmosphere is beautiful and I am so glad I went with With Love for my dress choice.

The selection they have is just gorgeous. They have payment plan options which was very relieving as my dress was over budget but as soon as I tried it on, I knew it was the one. Butterflies. Tears. The whole nine yards. You’ll definitely know when it’s your dress!

I said “YES!” to the dress last weekend and had the most amazing experience picking out my dream dress. Madison made my whole dress shopping experience from start to finish feel warm, welcoming, and most importantly, fun. I really felt heard by Madison as she would thoughtfully choose dresses for me to try based on every little comment/detail I would say. Such a great experience and I highly recommend this boutique when finding your dream dress!

Katelyn was an absolute delight! She was so kind and helpful, and made the day of choosing the right dress such an enjoyable experience. She took my thoughts and opinions on the dresses to heart, and absolutely nailed it! The third dress I tried on was the one, and I can’t wait to walk down the aisle in it!

I bought my wedding dress in January when Katelyn was my consultant. This was the second store I came to and was blown away with their selection and how Katelyn was able to understand what I thought I wanted vs what I actually wanted. After trying on a few dresses that were lovely but not the one, my maid of honour listed out a lot of random dress features that she wanted to see. Katelyn thought about it for a second, left, and came back in under a minute with 'The One'.

I was still indecisive, but I never felt any pressure from her to make a decision or a purchase before I was ready. Since my mom and MIL were visiting from out of town that weekend, Katelyn made arrangements to fit us in again the following morning so that I could officially say yes to the dress with these two in the room.

The dress came in much quicker than expected, and Katelyn was also a lot of fun at my meet the dress appointment.

From the moment we walked into the Boutique to the moment we left, we felt like family! Maddison was so wonderful and paid attention to every little detail of things that I wanted/ was looking for in my dress. Once I decided on my dress and had said "YES!" she helped bring my vision to life that much further by showing me different hair pieces that would accent the dress perfectly!
