I felt beyond comfortable with Amelia, she made this experience absolutely wonderful!
She is very attentive, very professional and is amazing at making connections with us as the bride to be as well as family or friends that came along to the appointment!

Amelia was amazing with helping me find the perfect dress!! Quick response with booking, and very professional and personable all at once. Did not push any dresses on me and let me take my time deciding, very patient. Honestly made the process of trying on and finding a dress a lot less stressful than i would have thought

I had a horrific experience as a bride, looking for a wedding dress. Prior to my appointment I had called to let them know that I found a dress elsewhere and wanted to change my appointment to an accessories appointment. They refused and said that because I was not coming to try on dresses, they were going to charge me a cancellation fee, which is NO WHERE in the cancellation policy. I still showed up to my appointment and they refused to provide me service and asked me to leave the shop abruptly. I had not wanted to cancel the appointment and had agreed to try on dresses if that was what they wanted. Other customers in the store got involved had called my mother and I both trash. I am so appalled and disgusted by this Stolen Hearts, and how they treat their clients. I did confirm that the owner Amelia was present during the time. Why be in the bridal business when you try and RUIN brides days? NEVER go here

Even though I didn't find the dress of my dreams here, I have to leave a review for the wonderful experience I had. I went in unsure of anything, not the style, not the material; I was lost. Amelia and her team made the experience so wonderful. If you are looking for a shop to give you the VIP experience, this is the place. Absolutely wonderful.

I went to Stolen Hearts Bridal for my first experience trying on wedding dresses and it was such a treat! First of all, it’s beautiful and clean inside with lots of natural light that helps you really get an idea of how the dresses look on! Amelia’s curated collections of dresses are beautiful and different, by thoughtful & talented designers. The SHB team really make the appointment flow and are so helpful and conscientious of how you’re feeling and what you are liking... not to mention Amelia makes sure you are comfortable and secured perfectly in the dress to get the right feel! I would highly recommend booking an appointment at SHB, you won’t be disappointed!

Debbie at Stolen Hearts Bridal made me feel so welcomed and comfortable during my appointment. I didn’t really know what I was looking for and she was an amazing help in narrowing down which styles worked for me. I am so grateful to her expertise and guidance helping me find the perfect dress!!

My best friend had an awful experience at Stolen Hearts Bridal in Waterdown. She had two appointments booked for the same day, the second being at Stolen Hearts, and she happened to find her gown during the first appointment. She called to ask if she could change the appointment to accessories since she still needs a veil, jewelry, hair accessories and possibly a bridal belt. She was rudely told that they would be cancelling her appointment and charging her the $75 no show fee since she had already bought her dress (which she told them as she didn't want to waste their time, but was still committed to shopping for accessories). She told them if they were going to charge her anyways then she would come try on dresses as she was already 5min away and planning on attending the appointment. When she showed up on time for her appointment they refused to let her try on any dresses saying that she cancelled the appointment and they would be charging her a 'no show' fee and then kicked her out of the shop. While there she was also yelled at by another bride who said some truly terrible things - apparently she had a bad experience as well and for some reason took it out on my friend. Would not recommend them to anyone unless you want to be treated like garbage.

I also tried on dresses at Stolen Hearts and was disappointed by the lack of size inclusivity in their samples as anything I was interested in trying on was a bridal size 6 or 8. The only reason I had suggested my friend book here was that she is petite so I knew sizing would not be an issue. Very disappointing overall and they ruined what was otherwise a wonderful day for my friend.

Stolen Hearts Bridal has amazing dresses in an excellent price range! Finding my dress was a fun and enjoyable experience and I cannot wait to wear it down the aisle!
