Diana and her team were an absolute dream to work with!!!

During the year and half planning process, TYP attended to every detail, concern and question that we had. Diana and her team were attentive and responsive to all of our inquiries and did an incredible job offering suggestions and ideas, especially in respect to flowers, decor and fine details. Diana came with me to every vendor appointment and ensured that we were getting the best price for what we wanted. I trusted Diana and had so much confidence in all of the advice she provided. She was such a dependable person to have by our side, personally and professionally!
I loved all of Diana's ideas and I was so thankful that she had so many great suggestions that would add a little extra aspect of customization or elegance to our special day. Something that may have seemed so tiny and meaningless was given so much thought and consideration and we are so appreciative and fortunate that every last detail was considered and accounted for.

Diana and her team's help on the big day was immeasurable! I really couldn't imagine not having them by our side to ensure the day was flawless and ran as smooth as it could have. She was right there to keep the day and night moving as scheduled.

Diana's name "Truly Yours Planning" really does say it all - she ensured that our wedding was a direct representation of our relationship and what depicts us as a couple. It was important to her that the vision of our dream wedding was accurate and because of Truly Yours Planning, our vision come to life!

Diana has excellent rapport and relationships with the top vendors in the industry, and knows who would be perfect for a particular job or task at hand. All the vendors we came across raved about how lucky we were to have our day entrusted with Diana and her expertise! This is so important, as vendors in the industry not only respect her, but seek out opportunity to work alongside her as they enjoy and trust in her process and direction. 



Diana ensures that her entire team works to uphold the high standards and reputation she is known for in the industry. She has assembled a team of hardworking, kind, talented women who are as committed to her clients as she is. Collectively they saw to it that all details and the needs of all guests were attended to on the day of. Dependability, responsibility, and professionalism are never lacking in any aspect of the process. Our wedding day had its share of uncontrollable circumstances- a downpour, a no-show officiant, power outages (haha!)- and yet Diana and her team addressed each and every issue without flinching. They took appropriate action to resolve all hiccups in such a way that family and friends were none the wiser! Our guests raved about Diana and her staff and how wonderful a job they did- the look and feel of our event spoke for itself. They loved her so much that she was hired by a guest for their family wedding as well! 


There is no doubt in my mind or heart that our wedding day would not have been what it was without the guidance, friendship, and coordination that Diana provided. In hiring her you are investing in the knowledge, experience, expertise, talent, and love she has for this work. To hand over the burden of the most important day of your life to someone who wishes to wholeheartedly receive it, is incredibly freeing and rewarding. It is such a privilege to know her and have had her share in our love story. Without exaggeration, it would not have been what it was without her. She makes certain that from start to finish and beyond, she is truly yours.

Diana was extremely professional and helpful and above all patient with us during a stressful time. She did not settle and found solutions at competitive prices for all of our requests. I'd highly recommend her and her team!

This is a couple of months overdue but we still have Truly Yours Planning on our minds.
Our wedding was initially supposed to be taking place August, 2016. Unfortunately, our venue bailed on us and we were left with planning our big day all over again and instead chose to push it forward to April, 2016. Since we only had about 5 months to execute this wedding, we decided to enlist the help of Diana and her assistant at Truly Yours planning. We could not have made a better choice!!
We chose to go with the Wedding Day Coordination service since we had picked out most of our vendors. We sat down for a detailed meeting and went over our ideas, fears, must-have's, must-not-have's. Diana and her team created an extremely detailed itinerary that was easily understood and greatly appreciated by all our vendors and family as well. She was able to speak to and get all our vendors on the same page including vendors that we had locked in at the very last minute.
Diana put us at ease right away, with her confidence, strong attention to detail, organization and her ability to grasp our vision so quickly. Nothing felt impossible for Diana and that was exactly what any bride and groom needs to feel like the month/weeks leading up to the wedding. Fast forward to April 9th - wedding day! ? It could not have gone any smoother. From the delivery of our flowers, to the mass, the delivery of the cake and most importantly our venue setup, Diana and her assistant Brittany were absolute superstars. Our venue setup was impeccable, it was as if she had seen what we had pictured in our minds and recreated it. I had dropped red wine, yes, RED WINE on my wedding dress and Diana was able to get the stain off completely!
An important mention is the backdrop. I had planned for white draping behind the Head Table that only covered half the wall, but upon setting it up Diana figured it looked incomplete and she quickly got in touch with the lady handling my décor for the night (Creations by Gitta) and was able to get the entire wall covered. She absolutely made the best decision because our guests could not get over how beautiful our venue looked. Diana and Brittany played a very big part in our wedding day going off smoothly and we could not have been happier with it. Thank you Truly Yours Planning!

My husband and I were pretty on the ball with things leading up to the wedding, but once we met with Diana and TYP, and she started asking us questions during our first meeting, we realized how valuable her work was going to be!
She thought of things we never would have, like parking for our limo while we took photos. On our wedding day, we really had no worries at all because Diana and her team were on everything, making sure our schedule went according to plan, that people had what they needed, and that our vision was met.
The professionalism and dedication that TYP showed leading up to, and on our special day was way up there as the best I've ever seen in any profession.

Truly yours planning was absolutely amazing , very helpful , they were beyond our expectations !!!! They made sure everything went smooth and came along to all appt and on day of wedding, they were in the background but never to far away to help with anything !! I had Kristin provide day of coordination for my wedding and my goodness was she the glue that held everything together. It was so nice to put my feet up and enjoy the day knowing everything I had done prior to was being monitored by her. She was calm, cool and collected while I'm sure being pulled in a million directions behind closed doors! Thank you Kristin for being our wedding superhero!

The moment we met Diana Pires at Truly Yours, we knew right away that they are the ones the family wanted to work with. We had them do the day-of coordination and wanted to be sure all the work we had done was well executed and stress-free for the family. They did so perfectly! From the very beginning, they were very organized and truly give a genuine effort to understand our vision. We loved that they were totally on board with all our ideas and were so enthusiastic. They made us feel so much more at ease. They went above and beyond to help us meet our needs. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, they were very good at communicating our needs to the vendors while staying adaptable to unexpected changes/requests that came along the way.

Diana and her team at Truly Yours Planning (TYP) were a great help during the whole 1.5 years of the wedding planning process and execution of the big day. We went with the “Platinum Wedding Package” and were very happy with the results. We received great planning resources (budget breakdowns, to-do checklists, and itineraries) that helped us stay on track from start to finish. Diana was very effective in helping us identify our needs and sourcing reputable vendors that worked well within our vision and budget. The TYP team helped us build innovative concepts to make our wedding personal and unique.

Diana did a great job coordinating the logistics such as setting up vendor meetings and organizing all the paperwork. This was a very helpful and allowed us to keep our planning to evenings and weekends, accommodating our busy work schedules.
TYP was very helpful for day-of execution in coordinating our vendors, managing bumps along the way without needing to involve the bride & groom, and making sure everything continued to run smoothly and seamlessly for us and our guests. Diana is very dedicated to her clients and passionate about the whole event planning process and it really shows! Many thanks to all the talented individuals at TYP!

Initially we thought that we could plan a wedding on our own, but we discovered quickly that aside from the fact that the groom was busy running his company, and aside from the fact that we’re both notorious procrastinators (hence it took us four months to write this review after our wedding), the planning process also proved to be very overwhelming and stressful. We did secure a date and venue on our own, as well as a band and invitation design, but with the date just a few months away we hadn’t yet planned much else. So finally we decided that we needed a wedding planner, and we found Diana from Truly Yours Planning on Wedding Wire.

From the moment we met Diana, we knew she was the right choice for us. We met with other wedding planners as well, but Diana was the most professional, confident, and detail oriented of the bunch. She got to work immediately upon us hiring her, and in no time she introduced us to some incredibly talented people, including a photography/cinematography company, and a decorator. Everyone that Diana recommended are the best at what they do as far as we’re concerned, as is Diana herself.

Diana’s experience and organizational skills are for sure two of her biggest strengths. She scheduled all of our appointments for us, and booked them back-to-back whenever possible to save us time. She very quickly understood our vision in terms of design and was able to relay it with ease to the decor company, who then were very quick and efficient in showing us samples that matched what we wanted. Diana also made herself available for all of our vendor appointments to make sure we understood everything and that no detail was missed, and she was great at asking questions that we wouldn’t have even thought to ask, because she knew what we were looking for.
